Aiming at the safety risk of storage tank in port area, the control measures of tank safety risk are analysed, and the quantitative risk correction method based on safety measures is studied to reduce the risk of tank accident in port area.
With the continuous development of nuclear energy, the spent fuel produced by the decay of radionuclides also increases. How to ensure environmental safety through safe transportation management and effective disposal of spent fuel is a new social proposition that needs to be considered and discussed in environmental protection. Based on the Web of Science database, the bibliometric tool Histcite is used to carry out a systematic metrological analysis of the research on spent fuel transportation, compares the status and priorities of spent fuel transportation research at home and abroad, grasps the current research trends and hot issues, and analyzes the development status of spent fuel transportation safety based on trend analysis. The research results show that the research related to spent fuel transportation first started in 1972 and the number of documents is increasing; the M-K trend test analysis results also show that there are obvious mutations in the related research. The internationally influential units in the field of spent fuel transportation are mainly concentrated in European and American countries such as the United States and Sweden, and the quality of the literature is high, and they are in an international leading position. The whole process of transportation assessment and environmental risk simulation are the research hotspots in this field.
With the thriving of Chinese nuclear power industry and spent fuel transport, the current transport mainly depending on road network can’t meet its demand. To solve the problem, China starts to establish a multimodal transportation using road-sea-railway. Based on safety principle, this paper studies various stages of sea transportation, proposes a transportation scheme for spent fuel, which covers port construction, ship selection, route selection and demonstration, and puts forward the corresponding transport organization system, safety technology supporting system for sea transport.
With the implementation of MARPOL convention and related environmental protection policies, LNG as fuel power has become an important technical means to promote the green development of shipping. The construction and operation of large ocean-going ships in the world put forward an urgent demand for LNG filling. This paper points out that there is an urgent need to issue the design and technical standards of shore-based filling stations, the approval and operation of filling stations, the regulations on ship navigation management, and the related research on safety and emergency, etc., which puts forward the work direction for the future coastal LNG filling work.
