Hybrid energy is a combination of two or more energy sources, some of which can be sourced from several renewable energies combined, or combined with fossil energy. Renewable energy diversity is implemented through the development of hybrid energy in order to obtain new energy sources that are more effective and efficient. Bibliometric analysis is directed to analyze topics that have novelty according to the time period of publication based on qualitative methods. Analysis of scientific literature sourced from scientific journals published in the last ten years with the topic of hybrid energy. The results of study stated that several topics that had novelty were obtained to be used in the development of further knowledge and technology, especially in the development of hybrid energy including energy density, renewable energy system, supercapacitor, storage system, algorithm, electric vehicle, and energy system. The development of hybrid energy is very important to be followed up in order to get more comprehensive source of energy diversity and has full support for development of green technology that has relevance in sustainable development.
Higher education institutions as public sectors are considered by some to be unable to provide optimal impact in meeting the needs of industries and businesses. This condition raises demands to operate entrepreneurially, leading to commercialization of research result to encourage the acceleration of innovation. Higher education institutions must be encouraged towards an entrepreneurial state of mind. In order to take a preliminary stage, this paper proposed model using 4 variables are: organization, learning organization, entrepreneurial orientation and public value. Respondents participate in this research 146 people from public and private universities. Almost all of hypotheses testing are proven to have significant influence using PLS (Partial Least Square). This study successfully proved that organizations can improve learning orientation and entrepreneurial orientation among middle manager in higher education institutions. This research also has succeeded in proving that entrepreneurial orientation and commitment to learning have been proven to improve public value (performance). In the future, this modelling can be used as a reference for conducting field studies, so that concrete facts in the field on the "possibility to achieve entrepreneurial university in Indonesia" can be obtained.
In companies engaged in hospitality services, where contact between employees and guests is relatively intensive, employee motivation will be a determining factor for the success of the company. Unsatisfied employees cause the quality of work to decrease and things can be felt directly by guests. Compensation is one of important variables that can affect employees’ working motivation. Good compensation for employees will encourage them to work well and more productive. Working motivation is closely related to employees’ perceptions of compensation and their proactive behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between employee perceptions of compensation and working motivation controlling for proactive behavior in hotel companies with a research hypothesis: “There a significant relationship between perceptions of compensation and employees’ working motivation controlling for proactive behavior.” A total of 700 employees working in 37 stars and non-star hotels throughout Indonesia were sampled in this study. Statistical calculations showed that the partial correlation of compensation variables and working motivation controlling proactive behavior is significantly correlated r(698) = .617, p<.01, significant 2-tailed. The coefficient is reduced or slightly weakened whilst taking away the effects of proactive variable comparing to. 814 with the proactive influence. However, the correlation of compensation and working motivation remains strong even without proactive attitude variable.
The Covid-19 pandemi has an extensive impact on the country's economy, including in the tourism sector, one of the most significant contributors to the country's foreign exchange. This study aims to provide an overview of the impact of Covid-19 on the Indonesian tourism sector and strategies made by the Government to overcome the problems and impacts of Covid-19 on Indonesian tourism. This study uses descriptive explorative qualitative methods and data collection and analysis through literature studies. Based on the analysis, it is found that the Covid-19 pandemic has indeed had a significant impact on the tourism sector and Indonesia's creative economy. One of the significance obtained is that there is an extreme decrease in Indonesia's income due to the circulation of money that does not work. However, the Government has designed policies and strategies to overcome these problems, preparing to complete the recovery of Indonesian tourism after Covid-19.
The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of PNBP targets, PNBP deposits and the number of aircraft movements on the realization of PNBP at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport. The hypothesis in this research was tested by multiple linear regression analysis using the t test with a significance level of 0.05. The population in this research were all financial reports that included PNBP targets, realized PNBP deposits and all air transport traffic reports containing the number of aircraft movements at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport. The samples used are financial reports covering PNBP targets, realization of PNBP deposits and air transport traffic reports containing the number of aircraft movements at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport for 36 months from January 2017 to December 2019. Partial test results (test t) shows that the tcount for the PNBP target variable is -173.347 with a significance of 0.000; tcount for PNBP payment variable of 418,725 with a significance of 0,000; tcount for the variable number of aircraft movements is -1.028 with a significance of 0.05. Thus, hypothesis one is rejected where the PNBP target variable (X1) partially has a negative effect on the realization of PNBP achievement (Y) at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport, the second hypothesis is accepted where the PNBP payment variable (X2) partially has a positive effect on the realization of PNBP achievement ( Y) at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport, and the third hypothesis is rejected because the variable number of aircraft movements (X3) has no effect on the realization of PNBP (Y) achievements at Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
