The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of learner autonomy as a strategy to enhance the quality of learner. In designing a dynamic and quality learning, it is necessary to design an appropriate strategy to achieve the goals. For that reason, the class environment should be designed to bring autonomy learning for learners. The autonomy learning itself has a close relationship with the ability of learners in expressing, becoming more creative, having self-esteem, understand conceptual learning and love to be challenged. The method used in this research is the descriptive method, with a sample of 20 students from the German Language education program as the analyst unit in 4th-semester batch 2018/2019, which had been selected randomly. The data had been collected through questionnaires which consist of five aspects namely; motivation, planning, perform, surprise and evaluation. The result of the research indicates that there is a significant correlation between Learner Autonomy and the quality of learner. It means that the students, (1) are more motivated to study; (2) actively involved in student learning; (3) decision-making opportunities, (4) encouraging reflection. Based on the results, it can be concluded, that student's capacity to learn for themselves is encouraged and they are encouraged to develop their own learning strategy.
Inductive word picture teaching model is an instructional model used for the students at beginner levelat the German Study Program to direct them to complete the complicated tasks applying higher thinking order.This research aimed at discovering the effect of this model towards the students’ writing skill in German. Thisexperimental research applied single design with pre- and post- tests in Faculty of Teachers Education, PattimuraUniversity, Ambon during the second semester of 2013/2014. The result of research showed, the model has significantinfluence to writing skill. This means, the model forces the students to think inductively in writing. As one type of literature, poetry, the unit called a rhyme, is the most unique genre. The uniqueness is due to all forms of expression that stick out in rhyme. In contrary to other literary works such as short stories, novels, or plays, poems written succinctly in the form of stanza and line. Due to the density of the message to be conveyed in such a confined space, then the choice of words and forms of writing that used very unique and complex elements by accentuating of poetic sense. That means, understanding a poem as a form of literary works the same as dealing with the texts of poems that are strung in a poetic language different with language in general. The uniqueness of the language used in the poem appeared on the use of symbols words that are figurative and the use of a distorted form of writing. Deviation form is for example the accentuation of cutting sentences or lines unreasonably, the use of words and sounds are repetitive, the use of words by imitating certain sounds or the use of meaningful associative words excessively. Modern German poetry lies in the harmony of the poetic elements that build a rhyme. Thus the resulting of rhyme and diction values and its imagery is based on how the elements that form the building of rhyme which is coherent and intact. The purpose of the service is to grow the entrepreneurial spirit and values of students for business independence from the aspects of entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial behavior, and business independence. The development of technology, especially information technology, has fostered an entrepreneurial spirit and is very important to be grown in one's soul. Among students, the interest in working in entrepreneurship is minimal, so they still think college is only for being an employee or employee. In addition, several factors cause students to be less interested in entrepreneurship, namely, there is no capital to start a business, or they are never equipped with knowledge about entrepreneurship. The mindset of students needs to be addressed to understand better how significant the role of entrepreneurship is in everyday life. This part of education, especially in higher education, is essential to foster student interest in entrepreneurship so that limited employment opportunities are no longer a big problem because students can run their businesses. The targets in service activities are students of the German Language Study Program in semester 3 of the 2022/2023 academic year. This research aims to describe the effectiveness of the online learning medium Google Classroom on the learning outcome of the subject German of the students at the XI-IPA 3 class SMA Negeri 3 Ambon. This research was carried out at the SMA Negeri 3 Ambon and the sample was twenty German learners from class XI-IPA 3 SMA Negeri 3 Ambon, academic year 2020/2021. This research has two variables, namely the learning media Google Classroom as a free variable and the learning outcome of the subject German as a bound variable. The method used in this research was experiment. The data of this research were determined through a questionnaire and learning outcome through a test (pre-test and post-test). The data from the questionnaires were processed with the Likert scale and then analyzed using the analysis technique “descriptive percentages of the questionnaires”. The data processing result showed that there was 71.62% in the “good” category. The learning results were then checked with the t-test and the result of the data processing showed that the value t calculation is greater than t table (t calculation: 16.96 ˃ 2.86 t table). That means that there is a difference between pre- and post-test in this result. The use of the learning medium Google Classroom is thus effective in helping German learners achieve better German learning results. Based on the result, it is suggested that this learning medium should use Google Classroom in German lessons
