Abstrak Tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat merupakan komponen yang sangat penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan kesehatan pasien yang dirawat. Namun, dimasa pandemic covid-19 tenaga keperawatan akan merasa berbeda dikarenakan rentannya terpapar dengan virus covid-19 dan lebih mungkin akan mengalami kecemasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan perawat ruangan isolasi covid-19 di RSUP Prof. R. D. Kandou Manado. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian descriptive correlation dengan teknik total sampling dengan menggunakan 151 perawat yang bekerja di ruang isolasi covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar tenaga keperawatan yang bekerja di ruang isolasi covid-19 tidak merasa cemas saat bekerja dengan nilai persentase mencapai 95%. Lebih lanjut data menunjukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat kecemasan para perawat jika ditinjau dari jenis kelamin dengan nilai p = 0.175 > 0.05, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan saat ditinjau dari ruang perawatan dengan nilai p = 0.003 < 0.05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perawat yang bekerja di ruang perawatan isolasi covid-19 RSUP Prof. R. D. Kandou Manado tidak merasakan kecemasan baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, tapi terdapat perbedaan tingkat kecemasan perawat antara ruang perawatan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat direkomendasikan bagi institusi rumah sakit untuk memperhatikan kariawan yang bekerja di ruangan isolasi covid-19 khususnya diruangan Anggrek 1 dan Irina F. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, nursing staff will experience the difference of being exposed to the Covid-19 virus and are more likely to experience anxiety. The purpose of this study was to determine the anxiety level of nurses in the Covid-19 isolation room at Prof. RSUP. R.D. Kandou Manado. A method of descriptive correlation was utilized in this study with 151 nurses working in covid-19 isolation room which are selected using total sampling technique. The results of the study show that most of the nursing staff who work in the COVID-19 isolation room did not feel anxious while working with a percentage value of 95%. Furthermore, the result shows that there is no significant difference in the level of anxiety of the nurses when sex is considered with a p value of 0.175 > 0.05, and there is a significant difference when nursing ward was considered with a p value 0.003 < 0.05. Conclusion that the nurses who work in the Covid-19 isolation room at Prof. R. D. Kandou Manado did not experience any anxiety either male or female, but there is a difference in the level of anxiety of nurses when the nursing word is considered. The recommendation for hospital to pay attention for the employees who work in the Covid-19 isolation room, especially in the Anggrek 1 and Irina F.
