A teacher's dilemma in implementing education is how to create learning innovations that aim to increase conceptual understanding. The multiple intelligences strategy can improve student learning outcomes and understanding and can also find some student intelligence to be more active and interactive. Experimental quantitative research approaches, One-group pre-test and post-test designs. The population is 81 students and the sample is class VIII.3 with 27 students. Data collection techniques are test techniques. t test analysis results with a level of confidence α = 0.05, obtained tcount (8.696)> ttable = 1.703 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that it can be concluded that multiple intelligences strategy influences student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subject matter of Fiqh (sunnah rawatib prayer) class VIII.3 SMPN Sumber Rejo Musi Rawas Regency.
One of the efforts of an educator in creating a conducive teaching and learning atmosphere or class that gives a pleasant impression for students in listening and understanding the content of the subject matter explained by a teacher. Not infrequently also in the learning process there are various kinds of problems in children ranging from falling asleep during class hours, the lack of neatness of students, lack of uniform attributes, for example not cursing ties, belts and socks. In more serious problems, sometimes students can act out of bounds such as student delinquency and lack of student courtesy to the teacher. The problems arise from internal and external factors. Strategies in creating an effective and conducive learning environment, the role of the teacher here is not the same as being required to teach a material but the teacher must be able to control and coordinate the class and students, so it is necessary for the teacher's role in it to be able to direct students to things that better reflect students such as biological children and pay attention to behavior and a teacher must be fair in making decisions so that there is no jealousy among other students. A teacher should pay more attention to students like their parents. The approach taken by a teacher is a behavioristic, cognitive, and humanistic approach.
This study reviews the communicational ethics of the second semester students of the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting study program at STAI BS Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra. This research aimed to find out the degradation of ethical values in higher education, especially in communicational ethics that supposed to have a good communication skills. The research method used in this study was a qualitative method with a case study approach. In collecting data, the researchers used documentation, and messages. The research procedures were undertaken in observing and collecting forms of students’ communication through whatsapp. The researchers combined the ethics based on a quality system in contacting lecturers using cellphones. The results of the research analysis in several forms of students’ communication were classified into two categories; polite and impolite communication. Many efforts were made in anticipating impolite students in the forms of coaching and socializing the rules regarding ethics in contacting lecturers.
One of the most frequent phenomena discussed in a speech event is code switching. Code switching is the transition from one code to another. The phenomenon of code switching occurs minimally in bilingual or even multilingual speech communities; otherwise this phenomenon will not occur in monolingual speech communities. This study aims to find out the code switching used by Lubuklinggau community in making transactions either buying or selling in the Moneng Sepati traditional market. The descriptive qualitative is used as a research method in this study. The subject of the research was Lubuklinggau people who sell and buy things in the Moneng Sepati market and the data of Code-switching are taken from recording which was converted into transcription. The Lubuklinggau community which is a nonmonolingual speech community also experiences the phenomenon of code switching. The code which is a speech system in the Lubuklinggau community consists of various variants. Code switching at the speech community in Lubuklinggau is very easy to find, namely in a market where people often make buying and selling transactions and one of them is at the Moneng Sepati market. Code switching consisting of various variants also has various social functions.
