Turubuk pangsit merupakan makanan khas Kabupaten Karawang yang terbuat dari tanaman turubuk yang merupakan tanaman sejenis palawija namun pohonnya seperti pohon tebu. Turubuk pangsit merupakan makanan yang dihasilkan dari UKM Turubuk pangsit Desa Cintalaksana kecamatan Tegalwaru Kabupaten Karawang. Masalah UKM Turubuk pangsit Desa Cintalaksana kecamatan Tegalwaru Kabupaten Karawang yakni sumber modal, tenaga kerja, bahan baku dan pemasaran. Metode penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan berdasar pada pendekatan manajemen dalam meningkatkan hasil produksi dan hasil penjualan dengan 4 (empat) tahapan pelaksanaan program yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan. Hasil program pendampingan UKM turubuk pangsit makanan khas Kabupaten Karawang di Desa Cintalaksana kecamatan Tegalwaru Kabupaten Karawang Jawa Barat, menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang dialami oleh mitra program selama dan setelah pelaksanaan program dilakukan dapat dilihat dari 3 indikator perubahan yang dapat disimpulkan berdasar pada data-data yang diperoleh dalam setiap monitoring dan evaluasi program terhadap mitra. Indikator ini terdiri dari pengelolaan, produktifitas dan Hasil Penjualan.
This research is conducted based on the recently viral phenomenon of the Good Corporate Governance issue, yet in reality there is also absence in full realization by state-owned institutions to implement it as the necessity and as its obligation in community service. This proves in several corruption cases which are revealed both in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) and Region-Owned Enterprise, especially in Bandung. The aim of this research is to identify the influence of internal control and internal audit to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance both directly and indirectly in BUMN and BUMD in particular in Bandung. This research uses the population of BUMN and BUMD in Bandung as many as 18 enterprises which consists of 14 BUMNs and 4 BUMDs. The method used for this research is analytical description with path analysis system. The results of this research show that the implementation of internal control and internal audit systems in BUMNs are significantly better than in BUMDs. This condition is caused by the rule of Good Corporate Governance binding the BUMNs to apply its organizational management better than in BUMDs. It also proves in statistical result that shows that internal control and internal audit systems have positive effects on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. Directly, internal control system affects positively for 61.4%, while internal audit system does for 19.2%. Indirectly, both internal control and internal audit systems affect 80.6%. From this results showed, it can be concluded that internal control system in an organization supported by the efficiency of internal audit function will result in the satisfactory implementation of the Good Corporate Governance in the organization.
Indonesia is a disaster-prone country but public awareness of disasters is still low. To improve community disaster literacy, schools are the most effective vehicle. Improved disaster mitigation literacy can be achieved by integrating disaster education into subjects taught in school and associating it with the local wisdom owned by the community. This research aimed to determine and learn from the local wisdom of lamban langgakh (stilt houses), develop a disaster mitigation literacy model for subjects in schools, and identify the level of disaster mitigation literacy of junior and senior high school students in the West Coast District (WCR) of Lampung Province. The study was conducted in two stages: identifying and analyzing comprehensive information about lamban langgakh and developing an indirect teaching model as a students’ disaster mitigation literacy model through the ADDIE development model. This research produced a new model to improve students’ disaster mitigation literacy by integrating it with school subjects and local wisdom owned by local communities.
This research aims to explore the kinds of rituals done by the society in around Merapi mountain facing volcanic mountain eruption threat in Cangkringan and find educational meaning in the ritual. This research uses qualitative approach, phenomenology. Research informants are Cangkringan society, Merapi mountain caretaker, and Cangkringan figures. Data collecting technique are participant observation; the researcher involved directly in the ritual. Data then analyzed by using domain, taxonomic, componential, and cultural theme. Research result shows that Cangkringan society in facing Merapi mountain eruption threat is still traditionally by labuhan ritual , laku topo bisu ritual, and sedekah Gunung ritual. These rituals are representation of educational values and local wisdom whose most fundamental objectives are to maintain nature, the values of togetherness, in order and respect to achieve outer and inner harmony.
Sustainable development is a global agenda with issues of economic growth, environment, and welfare. The instrument for realizing sustainable development is through sustainable tourism. Agrotourism as an effort to apply the principles of sustainable tourism focusing on environmental, social, and economic dimensions. This study aims to find a sustainable tourism model in Pagilaran Tea Plantation Agrotourism. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study concept. The data collection techniques used in the study were observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data were analyzed by source triangulation and the data were analyzed with the help of Atlas.ti.8 software. The result of this study was the model of sustainable tourism in Pagilaran Tea Plantation Agrotourism that involves social, economic, ecological, cultural, and educational dimensions. The novelty of this study is that the Sustainable Tourism model in Pagilaran Tea Plantation Agrotourism involves the University element and is committed to upholding the principles of Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education, Research, and Community Service. Pagilaran Tea Plantation Agrotourism implements Pentahelix collaboration in realizing sustainable tourism by involving academics, companies, communities, government, and media. Pagilaran Tea Plantation Agrotourism is committed to being a vehicle for family tourism, the official tourism, and study tour by prioritizing edutourism and providing ecological insight. The tourism potentials such as Tea walking, Tea Factory, and tea picking dance become the uniqueness and attraction of Pagilaran Tea Plantation Agrotourism. The novelty result of this study is that the Educational dimension is an element that can strengthen the realization of Sustainable Tourism.
