This article aims to 1) Produce products in the form of e-modules for Early Class Indonesian courses using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Application; 2) To find out the feasibility of developing an e-module based on the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Application in the Early class Indonesian language course; 3) To find out students' responses to the development of e-modules based on the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application in the Early Grade Indonesian course. The type of research conducted is research and development (R&D). The development model used in this study is a 4-D development model (four D Model), namely define activities, design activities, development activities and are validated by experts and see the practicality of e-module products. 1) The results of material expert validation obtained an average of 86% in the very feasible category. Second, media experts get an average of 93% in the very decent category. Third, linguists get an average of 87% with a very decent category. Then, in individual trials, students responded to this e-module in the very good category with an average percentage of 93%. In the small group trial, the students' responses were in the very good category with an average percentage of 92.25%. Meanwhile, in the limited field group trial, the criteria of "good" were obtained with an average score percentage of 87,08%. Based on this percentage, it can be concluded that this e-module is suitable to be used as teaching material for Indonesian language courses in the Early Class of HKBP Nommensen, Pematangsiantar University. This study aimed to improve the professional competence of Indonesian language teachers in applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model at State Senior High School 1 Muara. This research is a Classroom Action Research involving 6 Indonesian language teachers. The research was conducted in two cycles, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Aspects measured in the observations were teacher teaching performance, teacher interaction with researchers, interaction with other Indonesian language subject teachers, collaboration with other teachers, making lesson plans, learning processes, evaluating the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL). From the data analysis, it was found that there was an increase in teacher activity and competence in implementing the PBL model. In the initial condition, from 54.00 (criteria for poor score) increased to 66.00 (criteria for sufficient value) and 76.00 (criteria for good value). In the aspect of learning implementation, the average score of 55.21 (criteria for low scores) increased to 65.43 (sufficient value criteria) and 75.43 (good value criteria) in the second cycle. In the aspect of assessment of learning outcomes, from an average of 53.58 (criteria for poor scores) to 65.42 (criteria for good scores) and 77.42 (criteria for good scores). Also, in the aspect of classroom management from 54.00 enough and 75.83 ( good grade criteria). From the results above, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model with academic supervision has been proven to improve the professional competence of teachers in managing the learning process
Abstract This study aims to find out how "The Relationship of Effective Sentence Mastery Ability to the Ability to Analyze Official Letter of Subject by Students in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program Semester V T.A. 2018/2019 ". The method used in this study is a descriptive correlational method, which is a method or research technique that reveals clear facts about the symptoms and relationships that exist in an object of research. Data collection tools used are objective and subjective tests. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Product Moment correlation formula. From the results of correlation analysis between the ability to master effective sentences (X) by analyzing letters with a letter (Y), the coefficient price is 0.531 and after consultation with the r table at a significant level of 95% (0.361) and at a significant level 99% (0.463). Thus rh> rt (0.588> 0.361) and (0.588> 0.463), so the hypothesis states that there is a significant relationship between the ability to master effective sentences with the ability to analyze letters with a proven subject matter and work hypotheses accepted. This can be proven from the average ability of effective sentence mastery, namely 13 people (44%) are in the medium category and 17 people (56%) are in the high category while the ability to analyze the subject matter is high with 14 people (46%) are in the medium category and 16 people (54%) are in the high category. Based on the results of the correlation test it was found that the relationship between the ability to use conjunctions has sufficient correlation (by 0.588). So, there is a significant relationship between the ability to master effective sentences with the ability to analyze the subject matter by students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program 2018/2019. Keywords: Relationship, Ability, Effective Sentences, Official Letter of Subject Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana �Hubungan Kemampuan Penguasaan Kalimat Efektif terhadap Kemampuan Menganalisis Surat Resmi Berperihal oleh Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Semester V T.A. 2018/2019�. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional, yaitu cara atau teknik penelitian yang mengungkapkan fakta yang jelas tentang gejala-gejala serta hubungan yang ada pada suatu objek penelitian. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes objektif dan subjektif. Pengujian Hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment Dari hasil analisis korelasi anatara kemampuan menguasai kalimat efektif (X) dengan menganalisis surat berperihal (Y) diperoleh harga koefisien 0,531 dan setelah dikonsultasikan dengan r tabel pada taraf signifikan 95% (0,361) dan pada taraf signifikan 99% (0,463). Dengan demikian rh > rt (0,588 > 0,361) dan (0,588 > 0,463), sehingga hipotesis menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan menguasai kalimat efektif dengan kemampuan menganalisis surat berperihal teruji kebenaranya dan hipotesis kerja diterima. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari rata-rata kemampuan penguasaan kalimat efektif yaitu 13 orang (44%) berada pada kategori sedang dan 17 orang (56%) berada pada kategori tinggi sedangkan skor kemampuan menganalisis surat berperihal adalah tinggi dengan 14 orang (46%) berada pada kategori sedang dan 16 orang (54%) berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi ditemukan bahwa hubungan kemampuan menggunkan kata penghubung memiliki korelasi yang cukup (sebesar 0,588). Jadi, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan menguasai kalimat efektif dengan kemampuan menganalisis surat berperihal oleh Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Tahun Pembelajaran 2018/2019. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui metode pembelajaran Cooperatif Learning Tipe Zigsaw pada sub tema tumbuhan sahabatku kelas VI SD RK Nomor 3 Sibolga. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan kolaborasi antara peneliti, guru dan melibatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VI SD RK Nomor 3 Sibolga tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket sederhana. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap: (a) perencanaan tindakan, (b) pelaksanaan tindakan, (c) observasi dan interpretasi, dan (d) analisis dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode pembelajaran Cooperatif Learning Tipe Zigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penerapan metode pembelajaran Cooperatif Learning Tipe Zigsaw Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang telah dilakukan di kelas VI SD RK Nomor 3 Sibolga dapat disimpulan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada sub tema tumbuhan sahabatku. Kesimpulan hipotesis dapat diterima.
Participants in this multimode socialization activity were the teachers of SD Negeri No. 122372 Pematangsiantar, totaling 10 people. This socialization activity was carried out on Monday-Tuesday, 23-24 October 2018 starting at 09.00 WIB. This socialization activity aims to: (1) provide knowledge to teachers of SD Negeri No. 122372 Pematangsiantar nature and stages of implementation of multimodel in learning; (2) increase the creativity of SD Negeri No. 122372 Pematangsiantar in the learning process in the classroom. The method of implementing Community Service Activities is carried out in the form of socialization and direct practice in the classroom. This multimodel socialization activity has been carried out well according to the schedule of activities, starting from the initial, core and final activities. In general, teachers have been able to apply multimodel in learning according to the first phase to the fifth phase. This can be proven from 10 respondents 24.04% voted strongly agree that the use of multi-models in learning is very important and useful, while 75.96% said they agreed that the use of multi-models in learning is very important and useful.
