School should be run with good management in order to reach goal related to the management of the educational process to achieve the goals set, both short term, medium term and long term goals. The purpose of this study was to describe a method of instilling multicultural values in students aged 8-9 years or more precisely, sitting in grade 2 of elementary school at Harapan Mandiri Private Elementary School in Medan. This research method uses qualitative research methods with the type of field research (field research), data collection using observation (observation) and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of Planning, Organizing, Implementation and Supervision of Multicultural Education at Harapan Mandiri Private Elementary School in Medan City went well. The learning that is applied by the teacher in its implementation by providing understanding and then being practiced, indirectly helps the formation of good morals for students in everyday life which is exemplified in the school environment. Obstacles in the field such as the lack of storytelling media/techniques used by teachers, the inconsistency of student behavior at school, at home and in the neighborhood. Efforts are being made to overcome this by holding regular meetings with parents/guardians for a certain period of time continuously in order to the learning more sustainable.
The tiktok application has a big impact on the development of children's character, it is not uncommon for this application to have a negative impact on children, for example they often dance alone without being controlled. The period of child development that is very sensitive is at the age of 5-12 years, as in early childhood, so it is often called the golden age (Titik Mukarromah, 2019). At this time all aspects of intelligence development, namely intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence experienced extraordinary developments that would influence and determine further developments (Muhibbin Syah, 2003). When a child is at the golden age, all information will be absorbed quickly. They become reliable imitators, they are smarter, smarter than they look and will form the basis for the formation of their character, personality and cognitive abilities. So you shouldn't underestimate children at that age.
This study aims to find out: 1) The difference between students 'social studies learning outcomes taught by local cultural-based learning approaches and students' social learning outcomes taught by conventional approaches; 2) Differences in social studies learning outcomes of students who have high diversity values compared to social studies learning outcomes of students who have low diversity values; and 3) Interaction between learning approaches and diversity values towards students' social studies learning outcomes. This research was conducted at 067774 Public Elementary School, Medan Johor District. The population in this study was fifth grade students consisting of 50 students. Data collection techniques in this study were the diversity of questionnaires and social studies learning achievement tests. The method used is quasi experiment with 2x2 factorial design. Data analysis techniques using two-way ANAVA at a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that: (1) There was a difference between the learning outcomes of students who were taught with the approach to learning based on local culture and the learning outcomes of students who were taught with conventional approaches (Fcount = 17.064; sig. = 0,000 <0.05); (2) There are differences in social studies learning outcomes of students who have high diversity values compared with social studies learning outcomes of students who have low diversity values (Fcount = 10.602; sig. = 0.002 <0.05); and (3) There is an interaction between learning approaches and diversity values in influencing social studies learning outcomes (Fcount = 22.115; sig. = 0.000 <0.05). The results of this study indicate that the learning approach and diversity values influence the students' social studies learning outcomes.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan tempat tinggal hasil belajar Mahasiswa Universitas Quality Berastagi Program Studi PGSD khususnya pada mata kuliah Konsep Dasar PKn. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kolerasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang mahasiswa kelas Universitas Quality Berastagi, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 50 orang mahasiswa kelas A11 dan A12 Universitas Quality Berastagi karena teknik pengambilan sampel merupakan sampel total. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan hasil tes pada mata kuliah konsep dasar PKn. Pada angket terdapat empat pilihan jawaban dan teknik pemberian skor berdasarkan skala Liker, yaitu 1-4. Dari hasil penelitian diproleh data kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkunga tempat tinggal terhadap hasil belajar Mahasiswa Universitas Quality Berastagi Program Studi PGSD. Dimana nilai t dalam hitungan= 22,87 , dan nilai t dalam tabel = 2,01. The Relationship Between Interpersonal Communication of Children and Parents Against Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class V Elementary School Students 106143 Like Advanced Academic Year 2019/2020. This study aims to determine the relationship between children's interpersonal communication and their parents on the science learning outcomes of Class V Elementary School Students 106143 Suka Maju Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is a kind of correlation research. The population in this study amounted to 27 grade V students of State Elementary School 106143 Suka Maju, and the sample in this study 27 Grade V students of State Elementary School 106143 Suka Maju because the sampling technique was the total sample. Data collection tools used questionnaires and documentation of mid-semester report cards in August. In the questionnaire, there are four answer choices and scoring techniques based on the Liker scale, namely 1-4. Where is the value r = 0,53 n =27 = 0,282 and dk = 25. Then the value is obtained = 3,134, terms of accept H1 if > to = 2,06 can be seen from the t value distribution table. Then > so accept so accept H1 or there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication between children and parents on social studies learning outcomes of class V elementary school students 106143 Suka Maju.
