Sebagaimana dikemukakan para pakar sastra bahwa karya sastra tidak berangkat dari kekosongan budaya, sistem sastra tertentu tidak tumbuh dan berkembang dalam isolasi mutlak, kemunculan karakteristik tertentu pada karya bukanlah sesuatu yang khas secara inheren pada dirinya sendiri. Hal-hal tersebut memiliki hubungan dengan aspek-aspek lain di luar sastra. Pendapat-pendapat tersebut menegaskan bahwa eksistensi karya sastra terkait dengan ekologinya. Yang dimaksud ekologi adalah segala sesuatu yang melingkupi proses dan karenanya menginspirasi penciptaan karya satra. Dalam paradigma ekologis, karya sastra diposisikan sebagai suatu species atau komponen dalam sebuah ekosistem. Hidup dan berkembangnya sebuah karya sastra adalah akibat aksi dan reaksi ekologis dalam kondisi ekosistem tertentu yang kompleks dan kait-mengkait. Dalam paradigma ekologi, kemunculan karya sastra bisa dipandang sebagai bukti adanya evolusi, adaptasi, atau kemungkinan-kemungkinan unik lainnya. Kajian ekologi terhadap karya sastra dimungkinkan karena ada kesejajaran antara fenomena karya sastra dan fenomena organisme dalam ekosistemnya. Oleh karena itu, kajian ekologi terhadap karya sastra juga dapat memanfaatkan pendekatan-pendekatan dalam penelitian ekologi.
The Community Service Program (Penmas) aims to improve the ability of teachers in terms of learning tools, improve the ability of teachers to use IT, and improve teacher administration skills. The implementation of Penmas is preceded by providing information to the Chair of the Foundation about the training activities that will be carried out, giving invitations to teachers who will be training participants, carrying out training from January 19-20 2022, and making reports on the results of implementing activities. The materials presented during the training were: 1) Administrative urgency for educators, 2) IT-based learning tools. Participants also get guidance on writing learning tools in tutorial activities and practice writing learning tools. The training participants were 40 SMK and MA Tanada Foundation teachers.
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of STAD-type cooperative learning based on a learning tool on critical thinking skills in the students' learning outcomes. This study is a 2x3 factor design quasi-experimental one. The data were collected through multiple-choice tests, descriptions, observations, and documents. Multiple-choice tests, explanations, observations, and documents were implemented to collect the data. Using the SPSS16 application, the hypothesis test by two-way ANOVA had a significance level of 5. In relation to the impact of STAD-type co-operatives learning based on learning tools for critical thinking skills in students' outcomes has shown significant values in the areas of cognition, psychomotor, and affective. The cognitive domain score was 0.314, the psychomotor domain score was 0.032, and the affective domain score was 0.038. The results of the test decide that the significance is less than 0.05, namely 0.00 < 0.05. The conclusions of this research are: 1) STAD-type cooperative learning based on a learning tool has a significant effect on critical thinking skills on student psychomotor and affective learning outcomes, 2) students' academic abilities do not affect student learning outcomes.
The aim of training in writing official letters at the village office is to increase the understanding of village officials about writing official letters that are good and correct. This community service program activity lasts for two days, namely on September 26, 27, 2020 at the Tamansari Yogyakarta hall. The total number of village apparatus / staff who attended this official letter writing training was 25 people. Based on the preliminary survey, the spelling scores of the participants in the activity were not good, meaning that there was a need for improvement in understanding Indonesian spelling. During the training, the activity participants and the implementation team conducted a reflection and evaluation of the material presented. Thus, activity participants can compile official letters properly and correctly according to the General Guidelines for Spelling in Indonesian.
Perkembangan hukum kewarisan di Indonesia dewasa ini mengalami kemajuan yang cukup penting bagi kedudukan ahli waris anak perempuan di dalam menerima harta warisan. Telah terjadi pembaharuan hukum dalam yurisprudensi dimana anak perempuan dapat menghijab (penghalang) bagi ahli waris lainnya seperti saudara pewaris dalam menerima warisan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertimbangan Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan serta untuk menganalisis implikasi sosial dan hukum putusan tersebut terhadap perkembangan kewarisan anak perempuan di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan melalui pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan fokus analisis adalah putusan Nomor: 296/Pdt.G/2019/PA.GM, tanggal 10 Nopember 2020 sebagai data primer disamping hasil wawancara dari hakim yang memutus dan data sekunder diperoleh dari bahan kepustakaan. Penggalian dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tehnik observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hakim Pengadilan Agama Lombok Barat dalam putusan perkara tersebut mengikuti pembaharuan hukum sebagaimana yurisprudensi (Putusaan MA. RI, No. 86 K/AG/1994), yaitu tidak memberikan bagian waris kepada saudara pewaris (paman/bibi) karena terhijab oleh keberadaan ahli waris anak perempuan dan faktor yang mempengaruhi pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan tersebut adalah rasa keadilan dan yurisprudensi. Putusan tersebut memiliki implikasi sosial dan hukum terhadap perkembangan kewarisan anak perempuan di Kabupaten Lombok Barat.
