STATUS OF VOLUNTARY MEDICAL INSURANCE IN THE CONTEXT OF CONSIDERATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF INSURANCE COMPANIES У статті охарактеризовано сучасний стан добровільного медичного страхування та запропоновано шляхи удосконалення програм страхування вітчизняних страхових компаній. Окреслено місце та роль медичного страхування в загальній системі суспільного страхового захисту. Досліджено місце та показники розвитку ринку медичного страхування в Україні за перше півріччя 2017-2018 років, за рахунок визначення частки ринку медичного страхування у загальному обсязі страхового ринку. Визначено динаміку показників ринку медичного страхування на основі розміру валових страхових премій та виплат, а також розрахункового показника-коефіцієнта страхових виплат. Запропоновано методику складання рейтингу страховиків на основі страхових премій та виплат. Проаналізовано умови програм добровільного медичного страхування вітчизняних страхових компаній та на основі отриманих результатів запропоновано перелік найбільш вигідних для страхувальників варіанти. Виділено основні проблеми функціонування системи добровільного медичного страхування та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення. The article describes the current state of voluntary medical insurance and suggests ways to improve the insurance programs of domestic insurance companies. The place and role of health insurance in the general system of social insurance is outlined. Differences in voluntary and compulsory health insurance are distinguished. The structure and dynamics of insurance premiums for the first half of 2018 are analyzed. The main types of insurance that have collected the maximum number of bonuses are allocated. It is found out that the most popular is the continuous life insurance. This type of insurance takes the 3rd place in the general structure of net insurance premiums and 2nd place in the structure of insurance payments. The ratio of insurance payments by types of insurance is analyzed. It was found that the highest level of payments is observed for health insurance. The methodology of rating insurers on the basis of insurance premiums and payments is offered. The conditions of the programs of voluntary medical insurance of domestic insurance companies are analyzed. The basis was the following criteria: the price of the insurance policy, the insured amount, the age of the insured person, the ratio of the sum insured to the insurance payment, the period of the contract, the amount of the sum insured, the complexity of the policy for basic health insurance services. On the basis of the obtained results the list of the most favorable options for policyholders is offered. It is revealed that domestic insurance companies offer practically the same health insurance programs with a similar set of services. The main reasons for distrust of domestic insurers to insurance companies and voluntary medical insurance are offered. The article is dedicated to the issues of improving a system of organizational providing of investment constructional activity at the real estate market of Ukraine. The authors suggest modern approaches to organizing different stages of investment and construction process. In particular, legal bases for organizing real estate development project concept design stage are analyzed and the ways of permissible procedures simplifying in construction are defined. Suggestions concerning choice of approaches to evaluating real estate projects development effectiveness of realization are made, where an important place belongs to development land improvement estimation. Real estate development project estimation methodology for various real estate types considering special aspects of conducting marketing research is offered.  The article conclusion contains means recommended for implementing by real estate development organizations while designing their strategy of development.

At the present stage of the company development as an open social and economic system the question of how existing methods of financial analysis meet the needs of users considering the dynamism and complexity of business processes remains relevant. The purpose of the article is study relationships between static and dynamic indicators of financial condition, to reflect its characteristics such as business activity and financial stability. The article defines the functional relationship between dynamic business activity indicators and static indicators of financial stability, grounds technique of factor analysis of financial stability. The economic content ratio of the assets turnover and equity is defined. The nature of its relationships with the dynamics of assets is considered. Both theoretically and practically it is determined that if the correlation of ratio of asset turnover and equity is bigger than the ratio of financial independence at the beginning of the period under study, the positive dynamics of the property will affect the company’s final financial stability and vice versa, if the ratio is less than the rate of financial independence at the beginning of the period under study, the impact of positive dynamics of property on the final financial stability will be positive. It is proposed to consider this dependence both for factor retrospective analysis and for financial stability forecasting.
