This project aims to identify, in the scientific literature, nursing care for climacteric women in primary health care. Methodology: It is characterized as an Integrative Literature Review. Results: After all the methodological procedure, the search resulted in a total of 124 articles. Of these, 33 were found in the LILACS database, 79 in the PUBMED platform and 12 in SCIELO. After applying the inclusion criteria to integrate this study, a total of 119 did not meet the eligibility criteria and were excluded, leaving only 05 satisfactory samples. Conclusion: The activities carried out in the care of climacteric women are restricted to those who seek the service spontaneously, during the cytology collection and those who are part of groups of chronic diseases. Therefore, despite all the advances in public policies for women's health, there is still a gap in care for climacteric women, due to the delay in implementing strategies that directly affect the quality of life of these women, one of the solutions being a climacteric program composing the organization of assistance in primary care that follows the division by specialties or groups. On the other hand, this organization ends up fragmenting the service and making it close to the hospital environment, compromising the proposition of primary care, distancing the professional from the client and expanding the bond established with the community.
Objective: To elaborate a literature review to learn about the understanding and practice of nurses working in the ESFs regarding health care management. Methodology: This is a qualitative research, with an exploratory character, of the literature review type, with an approach divided into the stages of elaboration of the theme, definition of criteria for inclusion and exclusion of studies, indexing of descriptors in databases such as SciELO, BVS and PubMed, critical analysis and categorization of the literature in the time frame 2019 to 2022. Results: 10 articles were selected that showed that the professional nurse throughout his trajectory has been rediscovering his role through the performance in Primary Health Care, especially, for assistance in the Family Health Strategy, by creating and recreating nursing care in public health, ensuring the promotion, prevention and recovery of collective and individual well-being. Conclusion: It is emphasized that it is important for the professional nurse to understand that managing care in the strategy is to articulate care activities to have a care plan for each user of the services, guided by the policies recommended by the Ministry of Health.
The Covid-19 pandemic culminated in the rupture of the contemporary world's relationship with infectious diseases, as it is an unprecedented event. In this way, social distancing measures were necessary, through confinement and seclusion with the delimitation of some rules. To analyze the effects of implementing social distancing on the incidence of Covid-19 in a municipality in the Brazilian Amazon region. This is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional quantitative approach, about the impacts of social distancing in the pandemic in the municipality of Tucuruí, in the inner city of the Pará state. This work took place through the collection of secondary data in the public domain, therefore, dispensing with the Ethics Committee. It took place in 3 stages, namely data collection, tabulation and data analysis. Results: From January 2020 to December 2021, the Department of Epidemiological Surveillance of Tucuruí carried out 8,499 notifications of cases of Covid-19, with an average of 4,249 cases per year in this period, with 2021 being the highest incidence, with 65.81% (n = 5,594) reported cases. There were 4 lockdowns during this period, with an average decrease of 32% (n = 200) in notifications. In summary, it was noted that the weather caused by Covid-19 devastated the population and especially the health management system of the municipality. However, with the establishment of service management, it was possible to verify the control of new cases, favoring the quality of the conduct of the managing health institutions.
