This paper aims to investigate the effect of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure on firm performance, which is measured by ROE. We also analyze the role of CEO tenure on the relationship between ESG disclosure and ROE. We used 159 samples of public listed companies in Indonesia during period of 2012 to 2016. We employed multiple regression technique to assess the research model. The findings show that ESG disclosure has a positive impact on ROE. The better the quality of ESG disclosure can enhance the level of ROE. In addition, we found a moderating effect of CEO tenure on the relationship between ESG disclosure and ROE. However, CEO tenure plays a role in decreasing the relationship between ESG disclosure and ROE. Our empirical evidence support the process of sustainability investment by using ESG data analysis, to get more comprehensive picture regarding companies sustainability performance. The findings of this study are expected to provide strong evidence regarding the importance of ESG disclosure in enhancing corporate performance. Furthermore, the findings are also expected to be able to ensure potential investors in using ESG disclosure to evaluate corporate sustainability performance.

ABSTRAKPrediksi hambatan kapal tipe planing lebih rumit dibanding dengan tipe displacement, hal ini disebabkan oleh gaya hidrodinamis yang lebih dominan pada bagian bawah kapal. Karakteristik hambatan kapal tipe planing sangat dipengaruhi oleh gerakan trim dan heave. Selain itu, bentuk hullform juga mempengaruhi hambatan kapal; seperti sudut dead-rise, chine, strip, stephull, dan lain-lain. Solusi untuk memprediksi hambatan kapal dengan menggunakan Finite Volume Method (FVM). Persamaan RANS (Reynolds- Averaged Navier-Stokes) dengan model turbulensi k-ε untuk memprediksi aliran turbulen dan Volume of Fluid (VOF) untuk mempresentasikan aliran 2 fasa. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode overset mesh untuk memprediksi hambatan kapal agar mendapatkan akurasi yang baik. Hasil simulasi hambatan menunjukkan trend yang baik. Pada kecepatan tinggi, prediksi hambatan tidak memiliki hasil yang baik. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada Numerical ventilation problem (NVP) adalah dengan menggunakan metode phase replacement.Kata kunci: CFD, planing hull, RANS, overset mesh, NVP ABSTRACTThe prediction of planing hull resistance is more complicated than the displacement hull. It is caused by the more dominant hydrodynamic force at the bottom of the ship. The planing hull resistance characteristics are strongly influenced by trim and heave movements. In addition, the shape of the hullform also affects the ship's resistance, such as dead-rise angle, chine, strip, stephull, and others. The solution to predict ship resistance is by using the Finite Volume Method (FVM). RANS (Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes) equation k-ε turbulence model was used to predict turbulent flow and Volume of Fluid (VOF) to present 2 phase flow. In this study, the overset mesh method was used to predict ship resistance in order to get good accuracy. Resistance simulation results showed a good trend. At high speeds, the prediction of resistance did not have good results. Penjadwalan dalam proses reparasi sering kali tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal di main schedule dari kapal tersebut. Keterlambatan dari suatu proyek pengerjaan bangunan kapal baru atau reparasi kapal akan menimbulkan kerugian yang berdampak kepada banyak pihak; baik pihak galangan, owner, dan pihak ketiga. Salah satu cara yang efektif untuk meminimalisir terjadinya keterlambatan adalah melakukan percepatan dengan Critical Path Method (CPM). Objek penelitian yang dipilih adalah reparasi kapal TB. Patra Tunda 3001. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan durasi baru setelah dilakukan reschedule reparasi kapal, menemukan aktivitas pekerjaan pada lintasan kritis, mendapatkan nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja, mencari waktu dan biaya paling optimal untuk mempercepat durasi proyek dengan adanya crashing melalui opsi perbandingan dua alternatif yaitu penambahan jam kerja (jam lembur) dan penambahan tenaga kerja. Total biaya normal sebesar Rp 9.360.000. Dari analisa pengolahan data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa penambahan jam kerja (jam lembur) dan penambahan tenaga kerja menunjukkan percepatan yang sama optimalnya dengan hasil 25% yaitu 4 hari lebih awal dari total durasi nomal proyek 16 hari. Terdapat selisih biaya 39,31% lebih besar dari durasi normal dengan alternatif penambahan jam kerja (jam lembur) dan selisih pengurangan biaya 27,35% lebih kecil dari durasi normal dengan alternatif penambahan tenaga kerja.
