The article highlights the approaches to the development of sports and health activities and sports tourism in various spheres of society. It is proved that the current standard of quality of life in Ukraine is characterized as not satisfactory. Many factors affect the quality of life: lifestyle, genetic and environmental factors. However, one of the main issues remains the underfunding of development. The work investigates the state of financial support for health care, which is closely related to the level of low healthy life expectancy. It is determined that in modern conditions physical culture and sports are a necessary element of life of every Ukrainian. It is justified that grant programs are the main financial source for the development of physical culture and sports. It is proved that the state and non-state policy of development of physical education and sports should be built on creation of the corresponding concept for the next five years, which will include the appropriate strategy and program of development of physical culture and sports. The purpose of the article is a study of the peculiarities of organizing sports and health activities in different spheres of society and mechanisms of financing physical culture and sports in Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: to reveal the role and importance of organizing sports and health activities in different spheres of society; to conduct an analysis of the current state of financing of health care, physical education and sports; outline strategic guidelines for improving state and non-governmental policies on financial provision for physical education and sports. Subject and object of study. The subject of the research is theoretical and practical aspects of organization of sports and health activities in different spheres of society. The object of the research is the process of managing sports and health activities in different spheres of society. Research methods. For a comprehensive study of the necessary information the basic methods of information research in management were used. In the study of the current state of financing the health care, physical education and sports the methods of statics and dynamics were used. The dynamic method was used to analyze health care expenditures in percentage terms to GDP and total expenditures, average life expectancy at birth in Ukraine, transition from one equilibrium state to another for the period from 1995 to 2017. The static method involved a comparison of the amount of annual funding from the State Targeted Social Program for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports and the actually allocated funds. An economic model of the dynamics of health care expenditures in percentage terms to GDP and total expenditures, average life expectancy at birth in Ukraine in the form of a graph is constructed.
The article highlights approaches to the development of health-improving tourism. The purpose of the article is to investigate medical and health tourism in Ukraine and to identify the preconditions for forming measures for further development. The subject-matter of the study is the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of health and wellness tourism in the country. In the course of the study, the following methods are used: dialectical, logical, and system approaches – to identify patterns and factors of development of health-improving tourism, graphical analysis – for the schematic representation of the generalized theoretical and practical results of the study, logical generalization of the results – to substantiate the main approaches to the development of health-improving tourism in the country. A healthy nation is a key to a successful country, therefore, studying the conceptual issues of ensuring and implementing methods of medical and recreational activities among the population is very relevant. Among the main methods of health-improving activities of people is tourism. An analysis is made among the main development indicators of health-improving tourism, where: during the study period, there was an increase in the number of subjects of tourist activities, including travel agents and subjects carrying out excursions, but negative is the reduction of tour operators; increase in the number of employed; increase in the number of tourists served by tourist enterprises; the average annual increase in the number of tourists, tourists traveling abroad, tourists within Ukraine. The number of places in the health-improving tourism establishments has decreased, while the servicing of visitors, on the contrary, has increased. Positive is the increase in the arrival of foreigners. There is justified the establishment of the central fund for the promotion of health-improving tourism development in order to increase the efficiency of state regulation, stimulate innovation-investment processes in health-improving tourism, which in turn will ensure an increase in the quality and standard of living of the population, which will lead to the sustainability of the socio-economic development of the state. The main goals and tasks of the central fund for the development of health-improving tourism are defined; directions of its activity and sources of financing are outlined. The work of the fund will enable intensifying tourist and sports activities in the country and increasing the efficiency of medicalrecreational processes of the population in the current conditions of integration.
According to the competition calendar, a one-cycle training process for highly skilled mini-football players in the annual macrocycle was selected. Participants: 15 players of the First League of Ukraine in the futsal mini-football team “Fortetsya” (Kamianets-Podilskyi City), among them 1 player – Honored Master of Sports, 1 – Master of Sports of International Class, 4 – Candidate to Master of Sports, 9 – players of 1st rank. In the competitive period, non-specific means of highly skilled players in mini-football amounted to 40.2%, specific means - 59.8%, including special-prepa- ratory – 6.6%, leading – 30.9% and competitive – 22.3%. Aerobic loads ranged from 40.3 (4-day inter-cycle micro-cy- cle) to 53.6% (4-day competitive micro-cycle) during competitive and inter-gaming micro-cycles of this period. The use of mixed (aerobic-anaerobic) loads in the competitive period of futsal players training ranged from 45.0 (7-day inter-game micro-cycle) to 53.1% (4-day inter-game micro-cycle). The ratio of training means during the competitive period, the volume of training loads of different orientation in micro-cycles of competitive mezocycles of prepara- tion, the ratio of training loads of different orientation: aerobic (49.2%); mixed (46.1%); anaerobic alactatic (2.4%); anaerobic glycolytic (2.3%) have been identified. Taking into account the structure and content of a single-cycle variant of training process structure for the players of the first league team of Ukraine, the volumes of training loads of different orientation, the ratio of the training means of the players in the competitive period were determined.
