Abstract. The history of the formation of Bryansk scientific and philosophical school, which has gained high prestige in Russia, is considered. The school explores the issues of formation of the new direction of society development, known as technogenic, and a new direction of development of the world, called as a social-technogenic one, on the basis of science and technology. School representatives use a new methodological approach -a socio-natural one, which origin dates back to the works of V.I.Vernadsky, who regarded the problems of formation of the new world of the biosphere -the noosphere. The authors of this research direction come to the conclusion that the biosphere is being destructed and a postbiospheric world is being built. The technogenic world means transition of mankind from the biosphere to the technosphere, translating biological processes into it as a result of the creation of bio-technology industries. The most important discovery of the school is the change of life evolution on the Earth from the biosphere and biological, which has existed for about 4 billion years, to a socio-techno-natural one. Such a shift could lead to the destruction of biosphere life and formation of a new life shell -postbiosphere, if people follow the spontaneous market development of the world.
Virtual reality (Engl. virtual reality -possible reality) -a model image of quasi-reality with the aid of definite technologies allowing ensuring partial or complete human immersion in this representation creating an illusion of actual reality. The application of computer technologies is assumed as a basis of its creation which allows realizing in the most complete form the human immersion in an artificial world created by technical means. Virtual reality as the highest creation of the artificial world creates an illusion of man immersion in real events. But such abstracting of man from a social reality of natural life formed by thousands of his evolution years turns into a lot of negative consequences for man himself, destruction of many his natural functions and skills. The reasons, consequences and measures for counteraction to the deterioration psychological, physical and social human health under conditions of information society development and virtual reality enhancement are considered.
The retrospective analysis of the ergonomic characteristics of information technologies is carried out. Approaches to development methodical system of formation professional competences future designers-ergonomists in the course of exploration discipline ergonomics of information technologies are outlined. The strategy to choose the content of educational material with connection between object and the paradigm of ergonomic research is determined.
The concept of social and technogenic development was proposed by the Doctor of Philosophy Professor Eduard Semyonovich Demidenko in the depertment of Bryansk State Technical University exactly called Scientific and Philosophic Research School of Social, Technogenic and Natural Processes and Social and Technogenic Development of the World in 2002, which became quite well-known in the Russian Federation and is recognized by RAS, RAO, RAE, REA, MAI, Moscow Society of Nature Employers, established in Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in 1805. On the basis of this school the scientific and philosophical field-philosophy of social and technological development of the terrestrial world is developing. In recent years, E.S. Demidenko has paid special attention to various aspects of the life evolution on Earth and the need to form a long-term strategy for the development of Russia. He proposes the most likely, in his opinion, safe and promising scenario of escape from the deadly danger to humans and the biosphere, which (danger) comes from spontaneously chosen by mankind social and technogenic development of the world. He is talking about strategic, fundamental and generalized ideas, on the basis of which the social, technogenic and biosphere model of life will be consciously built.
The article discusses one of the latest ways to colorize a black and white image using deep learning methods. For colorization, a convolutional neural network with a large number of layers (Deep convolutional) is used, the architecture of which includes a ResNet model. This model was pre-trained on images of the ImageNet dataset. A neural network receives a black and white image and returns a colorized color. Since, due to the characteristics of ResNet, an input multiple of 255 is received, a program was written that, using frames, enlarges the image for the required size. During the operation of the neural network, the CIE Lab color model is used, which allows to separate the black and white component of the image from the color. For training the neural network, the Place 365 dataset was used, containing 365 different classes, such as animals, landscape elements, people, and so on. The training was carried out on the Nvidia GTX 1080 video card. The result was a trained neural network capable of colorizing images of any size and format. As example we had a speed of 0.08 seconds and an image of 256 by 256 pixels in size. In connection with the concept of the dataset used for training, the resulting model is focused on the recognition of natural landscapes and urban areas.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
