Mobile BCA atau yang biasa di sebut M-BCA, merupakan sebuah aplikasi perbankan diperuntukan kepada semua nasabah BCA yang memiliki tabungan, namun M-BCA tidak diperuntukan kepada nasabah tahapan tabunganku, karena tahapan tersebut hanya diperuntukan bagi anak-anak. Aplikasi M-BCA dapat diinstal pada smartphone, seperti Android dan IOS. Cukup dengan terhubung internet dan mengakses M-BCA, maka seluruh urusan perbankan selesai dalam hitungan menit.Ada banyak menu yang disediakan pada aplikasi M-BCA seperti m-info, BagiBagi, Flazz, m-Info, m-Transfer, m-Payment, m-Commerce, Cardless (khusus OS Android dan IOS), QR, m-Admin, Aktivasi BCA Keyboard. Dengan adanya aplikasi M-BCA perlu dilakukan identifikasi masalah untuk mengetahui seberapa puas pengguna terhadap aplikasi M-BCA. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk mengevaluasinya adalah dengan menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service). Berdasarkan metode PIECES yang terdiri dari Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency dan Service dalam mengukur tingkat kepuasan terhadap pengguna aplikasi m-BCA dapat dilihat tingkat kepuasan pengguna dari masing-masing domain, dimana Performance memperoleh nilai 4.23, Information memperoleh nilai 4.44, Economy memperoleh nilai 4.60, Control memperoleh nilai 4.59, Efficiency memperoleh nilai 4.62, dan Service memperoleh nilai 4.65. Karena masing-masing nilai berada di 3.4 - 4.91, yang berarti pengguna merasa PUAS terhadap aplikasi m-BCA.
One of the developments of information technology in Indonesia was the developments in Fintech (financial technology) that made it easy for people to access financial products, facilitated online transactions and also increased financial literacy. The development of fintech occurs when the use of cash was reduced to cashless when making payment transactions so that transactions would be more practical, easy, safe and comfortable. The purpose of this study to improve the quality of decision tree modeling and accuracy in the selection of digital payments. This research was focused on determining the fintech applications that were widely used by the people of Indonesia, namely Gopay or Ovo by comparing the advantages of applications and features of each fintech application. Optimization method of Decision Tree Algorithm (C4.5) and Particle Swarm Optimization by selecting several attributes including the level of ease of use, data security, application trust and convenience, maximum balance increase, discounts, cashback, ease of top-ups, range of existing merchants, return the money and customer complaint services. The results of the development of a decision tree algorithm based on particle swarm optimization provide a good classification and increase the validation value in the selection of digital payments.
In this study aims to determine the classification of Alzheimer’s disease, this disease is a dangerous disease that can eliminate memory loss and can even result in a loss of ability to remember. For this reason, early detection of this disease is needed so that it can prepare for medical treatment. In this study the proposed method is to compare several decision tree methods with feature or attribute selection using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm with the Alzheimer OASIS 2 dataset: Longitudinal Data from kaggle.com. The results of experiments with ten-fold cross validation, by testing the decision tree algorithm before the feature or attribute selection is performed, the highest accuracy value is obtained from the random forest algorithm with a value of 91.15%. The feature selection process is carried out using the PSO algorithm and the experiment is repeated using the Decision tree, the PSO-based random forest algorithm has the highest accuracy value of 93.56% with a kappa value of 0.884. Feature or attribute selection using the PSO algorithm is proven to be able to improve the accuracy of the decision tree algorithm, and is included in the algorithm with a very good range of values.
Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah banyak perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang yang mengalami peningkatan permintaan jasa pengiriman barang, yang mengakibatkan terjadinya antrian pelayanan pelanggan. Permasalahan antrian pelayanan pelanggan ini tentunya dapat mengakibatkan ketidaknyamanan para pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa pengiriman mereka. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi, untuk itu penggunaan metode Waiting Line diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan yang lebih baik pada perusahaan jasa pengiriman barang. Dalam pelayanan terhadap pelanggan yang ingin melakukan transaksi pengiriman barang ,dipisah menjadi 2 bagian.yakni pendataan barang yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan pada sistem yang sudah berbasis website maupun mobile. Dan verifikasi transaksi pengiriman barang yang dilakukan oleh petugas. Sehingga pekerjaan petugas hanya pada proses verifikasi , yang nantinya pelayanan terhadap pelanggan menjadi lebih cepat. Hasil lain yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan efektifitas pelayanan terhadap pelanggan sehingga diharapkan meningkatnya kedatangan pelanggan yang akan melakukan proses transaksi pengiriman barang.
Abstrak : Sekolah merupakan suatu institusi yang di dalamnya terdapat komponen guru, siswa, dan staf administrasi yang setiap individu mempunyai tugas tertentu dalam menjalankan program. Tidak hanya itu, didalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran juga sangat erat kaitannya dengan pelaksanaan sistem ujian. Baik itu berupa ujian tengah semester, hingga ujian akhir sekolah yang juga bertujuan sebagai penilaian seberapa jauh pengetahuan yang sudah diperoleh oleh para siswa. Dalam tahapan proses pengembangan sistem ini, penulis menggunakan metode Agile untuk mengutamakan fleksibelitas terhadap perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi selama pengembangan. Bahkan, kalau pun nantinya masih ada perubahan ataupun penambahan pada saat fase terakhir dapat segera teratasi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan mengenai Aplikasi Ujian Online, serta wawancara dengan bagian akademik Mts Al Muddatsiriyah. Dapat di simpulkan sistem Rancangan Aplikasi Ujian Berbasis Web ini, dapat menggantikan sistem ujian berbasis kertas dan bisa diakses oleh siswa menggunakan jaringan internet. Based on the results and discussion of the Website-Based Examination Application Design system, as well as interviews with the academic section of Mts Al Muddatsiriyah. It can be concluded that this Web-Based Exam Application Design system can replace the paper-based examination system and can be accessed by participants using the internet network .
