Realizing the character building on students is a national education goal. The character education is very important for the students. Therefore, the socialization and enculturation of national character education in schools by using an effective and efficient method are needed. This study aims to understand the process of socialization of character education in elementary school, to find the effective way of socialization models of national character education for students in elementary school through comics, and to determine the impact of socialization models of national character education for students in elementary school through the comic for the character building of students. This research was conducted using qualitative methods (Research & Development). The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the socialization of the nations character education in primary schools is done in several ways; integrated with in the curriculum through the school management, and through extracurricular programs. Those ways do not seem to produce maximum results. Socialization model of the national character of education in the elementary schools through the comic is more effective to apply, because students are more interested in the visualization of interesting and familiar images.Menyadari pembangunan karakter siswa adalah tujuan pendidikan nasional. Pendidikan karakter sangat penting bagi para siswa. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi dan enkulturasi pendidikan karakter bangsa di sekolah-sekolah dengan menggunakan metode yang efektif dan efisien diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses sosialisasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar, untuk menemukan cara yang efektif untuk model sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa bagi siswa di sekolah dasar melalui komik, dan untuk menentukan dampak dari model sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa bagi siswa di sekolah dasar melalui komik untuk membangun karakter siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif (Research & Development). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa di sekolah dasar ini dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, terintegrasi dengan subjek termasuk, melalui manajemen sekolah, dan melalui program ekstrakurikuler. Mereka cara tampaknya tidak menghasilkan hasil yang maksimal. Model Sosialisasi karakter nasional pendidikan di sekolah dasar melalui komik lebih efektif untuk diterapkan, karena siswa lebih tertarik pada visualisasi gambar yang menarik dan akrab.
The Covid-19 pandemic has spread globally. In Indonesia, when the pandemic destroys the health system and global economy, social capital arrives as an alternative to sustain community resilience. This research aims to 1) describe a social capital within the community and how it is being campaigned and strengthened within the community by the actors in the community itself amidts their effort to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic; and 2) to describe community's response towards the social capital campaign. The study was conducted using qualitative methods. Observation was conducted towards various activism by Persit KCK XXXIX Pati; a women's organizations, in particular their activities in social campaign against Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this research suggest that social capital can be an alternative for community survival when economis capital destroyed. Solidarity and mutual assistance among community members without considering the financial benefits is crucial in a crisis situation of the Covid-19 pandemic. Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Branch XXXIX Pati through its various voluntary and non-profit activities has shown itself as one of the driving forces for the growth and revitalization of social capital within the community, especially through the networks that they structurally or non-structurally owned.
This Dieng Plateau Society is a community group in Central Java that has a belief about the existence of dreadlocked children as Descendants of Kyai Kolodete. Ruwatan ritual of dreadlocks haircut individual are rituals that are performed to keep the dreadlocked children from the influence of evil spirits. In the past, this ritual was matched to the children's weton. But nowadays, the dreadlocks haircut are integrated into the annual cultural festival of Wonosobo Regency, Carried out communally and no longer based on the children's weton. This study aims to explain the struggle between cultural identity contested by local people and cultural innovation initiated by local Governments in order to promote the cultural tourism in Wonosobo Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with observation, interviews, and document studies as a tool for collecting data. Data processing is done in four steps roomates are the data collection, data reduction, a data display, and conclusion. The results of the study show that: (1) the beliefs of the Dieng Plateau community about mythic elements from dreadlocked children are still strongly embraced even though the procession of ruwatan ritual of dreadlocks haircut has been changed due to adaptation for tourism interests. (2) Cultural identities and cultural innovations in the ritual of dreadlocks haircut ruwatan communally involve; different actors and different orientations so that both can be done According to Reviews their own interests.
