Anemia suppresses a condition where hemoglobin rates in the blood is lower than its normal value which is commonly caused by a lack of some gizi nutrients in foods that our body desperately needs. According to world Health Organization (WHO) data, anaemia in putri teenagers is still high enough, the world's anemic crossings range from 40-88%. The purpose of this scrutiny to verify whether there is a video media complimentary influence on the knowledge and attitude of anaemia in teenage daughter SMPN 1 Turikale. The type of scrutiny used is quasi Experimental ruin scrutiny using the normal reinsuance plan design also we mentioned with the term "One Group Pre and Posttest". The population on this scrutiny is the SMPN 1 Turikale siswi, a sample intake on this scrutiny using Purposive Sampling techniques with a total of 40 siswis. This review shows the increased knowledge and attitude of the graduates after completion using video media. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test test shows that compilation using video media has meaningful influence on the knowledge and attitude of graduates about anemia with the knowledge results of p=0,000 (p<0,05) and attitudes of 0,001 (p<0,05). There is a influence on the influence of compilation using video media against knowledge and attitudes about anaemia on the teenage daughter of SMPN 1 Turikale 2020. ABSTRAK Anemia merupkan suatu keadaan dimana kadar hemoglobin didalam darah lebih rendah dari nilai normalnya yang biasa diakibatkan oleh kurangnya beberapa zat gizi pada makanan yang sangat diperlukan oleh tubuh kita. Menurut data World Health Organization (WHO), anemia pada remaja putri masih cukup tinggi, persentase anemia di dunia berkisar antara 40-88%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menetahui apakah ada pengaruh penyuluhan menggunakan media video terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang anemia pada remaja putri SMPN 1 Turikale. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain rancangan perlakuan ulang biasa juga kita sebut dengan istilah “One Group Pre and Posttest”. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswi SMPN 1 Turikale, Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan total samel 40 siswi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap siswi setelah dilakukan penyuluhan menggunakan media video. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan menggunakan media video memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap siswi tentang anemia dengan hasil pengetahuan p=0,000 (p<0,05) dan sikap 0,001 (p<0,05). Ada pengaruh penyuluhan menggunakan media video terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang anemia pada remaja putri SMPN 1 Turikale tahun 2020.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan lintasan produksi pada divisi sewing yang seimbang dan efisien. Perbaikan lintasan tersebut dilakukan dengan menghilangkan bottleneck dan melakukan penyeimbangan lintasan. Metode studi gerakan Methods Time Measurement(MTM) digunakan untuk mengurai operasi yang menjadi bottleneck menjadi beberapa operasi. Untuk penyeimbangan lintasan digunakan lima metode heuristik yaitu Metode Bobot Posisi, Metode Pembebanan Berurut, Metode Wilayah, Metode Yamagumi Chart dan Metode Critical Path Method (CPM). Lintasan produksi yang dihasilkan dari kelima model tersebut kemudian dipilih yang memiliki efisiensi terbesar. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ada empat operasi yang menjadi bottleneck, kemudian setelah dilakukan studi gerakan dengan metode MTM diurai menjadi sepuluh operasi. Semula jumlah operasi pada lintasan produksi divisi sewing ada 20 operasi menjadi 26 operasi. Hasil penyeimbangan lintasan metode penyeimbangan lintasan paling baik adalah Metode Pembebanan Berurut yang menghasilkan jumlah stasiun terkecil dengan rata-rata efisiensi paling tinggi, yaitu 20 stasiun kerja dengan efisiensi 80%. Stasiun kerja hasil penyeimbangan lintasan, setelah diuji coba dengan menggunakan simulasi komputer, dapat mengefisiensikan proses di divisi sewing dengan menyelesaikan target produksi harian lebih cepat daripada lintasan produksi awal.
This study was undertaken to evaluate the microbial contamination of some locally prepared snacks sold by street vendors in Lagos mainland, Lagos State, Nigeria. A total of (20) twenty snack samples- Meat-pie, Sausage roll, Egg roll, Puff puff and Doughnut were aseptically purchased in a sterilized polythene bags from four different locations in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area. The snacks were analyzed by standard microbiological methods using Bergey’s manual to determine the colony-forming units per gram, to isolate and determine the number of microbiological population contaminants. Unilag showed the bacteria count on snacks as follows: Meat-pie 1.50 × 106 cfu/ g), Sausage 2.20× 106 cfu/ g, Doughnut 3.20× 105 cfu/ g, Puffpuff 1.58x 106 cfµ/ g and Egg roll 9.80x105 cfµ/ g. At Yaba - Meat pie had bacteria count of 1.82x102cfµ / g, Sausage 7.00x101cfµ / g, Doughnut 1.09x 102 cfµ /g, Puff puff 3.64x104 cfµ/ g and Egg roll 5.00x101 cfµ/g. Snacks from Oyingbo had no growth on Meat pie, Doughnut and Puff puff but had bacteria cou nts on Sausage (1.00x102) and on Egg roll (1.95× 105 cfµ/ g).At Abule-Oja- Meat pie had bacteria count of 9.75x104 cfµ/ g, Puff puff 1.65x105 cfµ/ g and Egg roll 1.95x105 cfu/ g.The location with lowest bacteria count was Oyingbo which had no growth on a Meat pie, Doughnut and Puff puff, but had on Sausage 1.00x102 cfµ/ g and Egg roll 9.60x102 cfµ/ g. There were no coliforms in all the locations. Bacteria percentage range was 10.52% to 36.84%while Fungi percentage range was 0.71% - 37.59%. Four bacteria and seven fungi were identified: Bacillus cereus, Bacillus substillis, Staphylococcus aureus, Lactobacillus delbruckii with Aspergillus niger, Penicillium notatum, Trichoderma spp., Aspergillus fumigatus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Fusarium spp. and Aspergillus flavus. Bacillus cereus had the highest prevalence of 36.84%, Bacillus substillis 31.58%, Staphylococcus aureus 21.05% and Lactobacillus delbruckii 10.52%. Bacillus species were present at all sampled sites. It is concluded that the quality of these snacks can be improved by following quality control protocol and good manufacturing practices (GMP) in food.
Status gizi (nutritional status) adalah keadaan yang diakibatkan oleh keseimbangan antara asupan zat gizi dari makanan dan kebutuhan zat gizi oleh tubuh. Status gizi yang kurang pada balita terus meningkat setiap tahunnya mengakibatkan setengah dari 10,9 juta kasus kematian anak didominasi status gizi yang tidak normal, sebab status gizi yang tidak normal bisa berefek ke penyakit lainnya juga, seperti campak dan malaria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi balita (6-59 bulan) di Puskesmas Tampo Kabupaten Tana Toraja Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survei Analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 88 responden, yang diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil uji diperoleh nilai p value masing-masing variabel yaitu pengetahuan (0,008), pelayanan kesehatan (0,000), riwayat ASI Ekslusif (0,013), dan riwayat penyakit infeksi (0,003). Penelitian menyimpulkan, pengetahuan ibu, pelayanan kesehatan, riwayat pemberian ASI Ekslusif, dan riwayat penyakit infeksi pada balita berhubungan secara signifikan dengan status gizi balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tampo Kabupaten Tana Toraja.
