This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and economic growth on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression with a random effect model, which was processed using the EViews 10 application. The population in this study was all provinces in Indonesia in 2016-2018. The sample in this study was 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of this study indicate that inflation and economic growth have a negative and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Based on the F test and t test, inflation and economic growth variables have no significant effect on the unemployment rate in Indonesia, either partially or simultaneously.

This research aims to investigate the influence of social skills and life satisfaction towards organizational commitment on generation Y nurse. Organizational commitment was measured using Organizational Commitment Questionnaire by Richard T. Mowday, Richard M. Steers, and Lyman W. Porter (1979). The measurement that was used for social skills is Social Skills Inventory (SSI) by Ronald E. Riggio (1989). While, the mesurement of life satisfaction Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) by Ed Diener, Robert A. Emmons, Randy J. Larsen and Sharon Griffin (1985). The respondents of research are 109 nurses that has been working in some hospitals in Jakarta for minimum of one year. The method used were non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data was processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that social skills significantly influence organizational commitment, life satisfaction significantly influences organizational commitment, social skills and life satisfaction significantly influence organizational commitment. This regression model produced R squared amounted to 0,295. 29,5% of the organizational commitment was influenced by social skills and life satisfaction. That means the higher social skills, the higher organizational commitment. Moreover, the higher life satisfaction, the higher oganizational commitment.

Keterlibatan perempuan dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan berkaitan erat dengan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kondisi ekonomi keluarga. Kegiatan yang inovatif memungkinkan mereka mempelajari berbagai macam keterampilan untuk memperoleh penghasilan dan memperluas jaringan, karena telah terhubung dengan kesempatan dan inovasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Bungaeja. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pelatihan kewirausahaan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah meningkatnya kemampuan atau keterampilan dasar usaha. Selain itu, juga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan, baik secara perorangan maupun kelompok untuk mendorong kemandirian ekonomi keluarga.
