Breast milk is a natural food that contains nutrients needed by babies in the first six months. Breast milk can meet the nutritional needs of infants during the first year to the second year of life. Breastfeeding is the first immunization of children, providing protection from respiratory tract infections, diarrheal diseases, and other potentially life-threatening diseases. Breastfeeding also has a protective effect against obesity and non-communicable diseases. Objective: This study was to examine the relationship between employment, education of postpartum mothers on breastfeeding attitudes in the Independent Practice of Midwives Nuryanti in 2022. Methods: The research design was cross sectional with a population of all postpartum mothers who Maternity in the Independent Practice of Midwives Nuryanti with a sample of 45 people. Results: Analysis using the Square-Test, the results of the research that got a job, the education of postpartum mothers on breastfeeding attitudes with a value (p value = 0.000). Conclusion: where it can be concluded that there are the relationship between work, education of postpartum mothers on breastfeeding attitudes.

Fulfillment of nutrition for pregnant women is indeed not yet fully realized by the people of Indonesia. It should be noted that the proliferation of junk food tends to result in a lack of nutritional intake which can cause congenital defects in the central nervous system and fetal brain. The aim of the study was to describe the knowledge of pregnant women about the consumption habits of junk food at the Bromo Clinic in Medan. Research is descriptive with a population that is all pregnant women who visit the Bromo clinic with a sample of 14 respondents conducted by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out descriptively.The results of the study showed that the majority of pregnant women's knowledge was sufficient (71.42%) and knowledgeable (14.29%). Based on the age of the majority of knowledgeable enough (64.28%), the majority of education is sufficiently knowledgeable (64,285), the work of the majority of sufficient knowledge (57,14%) and the majority of information sources are sufficiently knowledgeable (42,86%). The conclusion is that the knowledge of pregnant women about the consumption habits of junk food at the Bromo Clinic is knowledgeable. It is recommended for pregnant women not to consume junk food.

Desa Lestari Dadi berada di wilayah Kecamatan Pegajaha Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Provinsi Sumatera Utara, sekitar ± 45 km dari kampus STIKes Indah Medan, sebagai objek Pengabdian oleh Tim PKM Program Studi S1 Farmasi STIKes Indah Medan. Ibu-ibu anggota PKK sebagian besar turut membantu suami sebagai petani, terutama petani Padi dan Semangka. Jahe dan Pala menjadi produk sampingan desa Lestari Dadi. Minyak gosok merupakan suatu produk sediaan cair, sangat praktis dan nyaman digunakan oleh konsumen. Pendampingan oleh Tim PKM untuk melatih anggota Ibu PKK Desa Lestari Dadi memproduksi Minyak Gosok Berbahan Alami Sari Jahe dan Minyak Pala (Minyak Gosok Sahe Mila). Ibu-ibu peserta Tim PKK Desa Lestari Dadi mengikuti dengan cukup antusias dan produk Minyak Gosok Sahe Mila sesuai keinginan

The health sector has an important role in improving the health of the people in Indonesia. And one of the responsibilities in the world of health is to ensure the availability of quality health services and also have high quality. One of the characteristics of quality and quality health services is the satisfaction of antenatal care patients carried out in an effort to improve service quality at the Tutun Sehati Clinic. The research was conducted using qualitative research with sampling methods as well as research instruments in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The samples taken were samples from pregnant women who had ANC examinations at the Tutun Sehati Clinic. The results of the study show patient satisfaction related to the dimensions of service quality and also patient satisfaction at the Tutun Sehati Clinic. Based on the results of the research and also this discussion, it is concluded that there are several suggestions from the researchers which are taken into consideration that improving services at the clinic for Antenatal Care services must be continued. This is to provide quality and service quality to patients, especially pregnant women who use these services during their pregnancy check-ups.
