Purpose: determine the relationship of pedagogical leadership and educational management considering a primary level educational institution. Theoretical framework: The literature has reported good findings on pedagogical leadership independently from educational management, which is one of the reasons why it was decided to investigate both categories. Design/methodology/approach: Under an exploratory and basic study, with a qualitative, relational approach, the bibliographic analysis was performed, using a documentary guide. Findings: After reviewing and analyzing the articles published in Scopus and other academic platforms, it was shown that pedagogical leadership and educational management maintain a very significant relationship, since by having certain skills of managers, teachers and administrative staff, educational management will be adequate, allowing to improve the results in educational institutions. Research, Practical & Social implications: It is suggested that researchers study pedagogical leadership and educational management together, using a mixed survey and interview approach. Originality/value: It was found that as long as the authorities of the educational entities exercise pedagogical leadership in each of the administrative and academic activities, there will be a better teamwork that will allow achieving institutional goals through efficient educational management.
Purpose: In recent years, countries have been suffering social crises that have led to the growth of immigrant students. The main purpose was to determine the relationship between Intercultural Education and Student Climate at the School of Organizational Management, UNIFAL-Bagua. Theoretical framework: The existing literature provided good findings on both cross-cultural education and student climate. However, there is still much to research and learn about these variables as it is an ever evolving development Design/methodology/approach: The methodology used was mixed, basic, with non-experimental and phenomenological designs, with an interview to 07 teachers and a survey to 53 students. Findings: The data revealed that there is no acceptance of the academic and intercultural activities that this house of studies has been executing by the student body. Also, the faculty does not take the appropriate measures to generate equality between native and mestizo students who study in this institution, and it is evident that there is no viable communication in all departments that exist in this entity. Research, Practical & Social implications: We propose new agendas for future research and highlight contributions made to intercultural education and student climate. Originality/value: It is concluded that the lack of professional competence of the teachers in the courses they oversee is the fundamental cause of the students' dissatisfaction with their training, and that neither the teachers nor the students are happy with the commitment they have received in the past, because they have not achieved the goals, they proposed at the beginning of each school year.
Purpose: The objective was to determine the relationship between business innovation and service quality in companies in the sports betting sector. Theoretical framework: Existing theory provided a great deal of knowledge on business innovation and service quality, but there is very little information on these variables together and with the dimensions that have been studied, which is why this research is very important because it contributes new knowledge to scientific research. Design/methodology/approach: A mixed, non-experimental, grounded theory, basic, descriptive-correlational approach was considered, applying the interview to 06 managers and the questionnaire to 50 customers of the companies in the sports betting sector. Results: The findings revealed that there is a connection between the variables, but with some dimensions it was necessary to accept the Ho. Research, practical and social implications: To remain competitive in the face of increasing market demand, companies must take advantage of all opportunities. Originality/value: Concluding that companies urgently need to have a competitive trend that allows them to increase the demand for the services they are offering, but for this, it is necessary to implement strategic management systems with emphasis on service, costs, technology, and the provision of services, since this allows in the long term to position the firm in the market.
