"Physical culture" and "sport" are considered, first and foremost, in social terms, as a specific sphere of society's life (physical culture and health), an educational sphere (training and development of specialists in the field), and a competitive one (generating income and competitive advantages). Secondly, from an economic point of view, as a branch of the non-productive sphere, this field is a type of activity, useful from a social point of view, because it offers the population various types of services. This activity is carried out by enterprises, institutions, organizations of various forms of ownership and departmental affiliation, including individuals. According to the classification of the branches of the national economy in the Republic of Moldova, physical culture and sports are an integral part of the industry "Art, recreation and leisure activities" [3]. However, there is every reason to believe that this sphere has now formed an independent branch of the national economy, whose main product is social and cultural services, offering organized forms of exercise and sport for various purposes, as well as activities to ensure for its beneficiaries, sports facilities, organization of services, provision of sports competitions and entertainment events, professional training, scientific research, trade, rental and maintenance of sports equipment and inventory, sports insurance services, etc. Also, individuals and sports entities are the most important subjects of market relations in this field. Experts define a service as a type of activity that aims to meet the needs of others, in the process of which does not create a new material product, previously non-existent, but changes the quality of an existing product, created, i.e. services are provided (these are benefits provided not in the form of things, but in the form of socially useful activities). Thus, the provision of services itself creates the desired result. In this context, we can mention that sports services can be defined as a set of forms of activity, socio-pedagogical developed to meet the needs of different socio-demographic groups of the population towards improving fitness or to make a sports show.
Good governance in sport is an essential condition for the Olympic and sports movement in order to sustain its autonomy. Several sports organizations have established special regulations and codes of conduct, which aim to improve the self-government of sports activities. Self-regulation and good practice are essential for maintaining and developing good sports governance. However, recent surveys seem to indicate that the principles of good governance in sport introduced by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) have not yet been adequately taken into account if we refer to the standards of accountability, transparency and democracy that need to be promoted with priority. At the same time, the sports movement and the governing bodies of international sport face new challenges caused by the evolution of sport, in particular the significant growth of the commercial sector and the growing financial stake, which can create fertile ground for corrupt practices. In this context, the knowledge and correct application of the principles of good governance in sport are important factors in ensuring the efficient management of sports entities.

The evolution and constant development of sports organizations can be argued through the various activities in which they take part. The dynamics of modern technologies has brought and will continue to bring changes in professional life, whether we refer to the nature of work, its organization or the methods applied to it. The stress and tension accumulated during the active work of human resources, especially in the central nervous system, are factors that can justify the need for special measures to be taken by economic agents to stimulate physical shape and health of the active population. The aim of the research is to reflect the importance of using physical activities during working hours, namely to encourage economic agents to regulate their practice at institutional level, especially during the work break. The objectives of the research are to establish an information policy that will allow entities to take appropriate publicity measures to support these types of activities, as well as to reflect research results which will highlight that physical activity, especially during break, can contribute to reducing work-related accidents and exert a positive influence on institutional well-being and productivity. Thus, sports programs must be developed in accordance with the diversity of working conditions that will also aim at the development and maintenance of the interest shown by the participants.
Radical changes that take place in all society spheres (economic, social, political and cultural) of a state, directly and indirectly affect the development and functioning of the socio-economic system of physical culture and sports. A new category of human resources employed in the field of sports management is emerging, given that sports organizations are interested in forming a management system that ensures high performance, development opportunities and a stable market position. In the last decade, the system of physical culture and sports management has undergone substantial changes, as a result of the emergence of new sports events, the development of sports movement, the creation of innovative services and the production of special equipment / installations in accordance with the legislation in force, as well as due to modern trends in entrepreneurial activity in market conditions. The fulfillment of the management functions in these conditions, at a higher level, generator of performance and success can be ensured only by qualified persons who have received a special professional training (including additional, continuous training) and requalification. This training is necessary for all activities specific to the field of physical education and sports management, for the development and proper functioning of sports organizations. Management and marketing activities, innovative for physical culture and the national sports movement, require special knowledge, skills and an effective professional training of the specialists in the field.
