Online learning is one of the solutions needed by educators and students in the COVID pandemic 19 periods that occurred in February 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning using the zoom cloud meeting application as an alternative to solving the problem of student learning activities at Nurul Jadid University in COVID-19 pandemic period. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods using survey techniques. The instruments used were observation, questionnaires, and interview online. Based on the results of the questionnaire the effectiveness of online learning using the zoom cloud meeting application reached 93.75% followed by the results of interviews and observations that can increase student motivation and learning interest.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian kinerja berbasi e-kinerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian adalah jenis studi kausal yaitu tipe penelitian karakteristik masalah berupa hubungan sebab-akibat antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang sebanyak 80 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh 37 responden sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur/path. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini antara lain penilaian kinerja berbasis e-kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, penilaian kinerja berbasis e-kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penilaian kinerja berbasis e-kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Artinya penilaian kinerja berbasis e-kinerja dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai. Peniaian Kinerja berbasis e-kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Artinya penilaian kinerja berbasis e-kinerja dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi kerja pegawai. Artinya keberhasilan pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan oleh organisasi mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang didapatkan. The Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a program designed to balance the company’s economic profits and its contribution to the economy, social, community, and environment. Food and beverage companies have a high production level that produces waste harmful of the people's lives. Public needs the information to what extent the company runs its CSR activities so the people’s right to live safely and healthily, the employee welfare, and the product safety is met. If the community perceives that the company neglects the social and environmental aspects, has no contribution to the community, and even causes a negative impact, it will lead to community resistance. Therefore, the disclosure of a company’s CSR activities is crucial. The research population was all manufacturing companies in food and beverages sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. There were 14 companies registered in 2012-2015 with the number of observations consisted of 56 companies’ annual reports. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method. Results show that profitability, company size, and public ownership have a significant effect on the level of CSR disclosure, while leverage and commissioners have no significant effect on the level of CSR disclosure. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh klaim, retakaful, hasil investasi, dan kontribusi peserta terhadap surplus (defisit) underwriting dana tabarru’ pada perusahaan asuransi umum syariah dan unit usaha syariah perusahaan asuransi umum di Indonesia. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk penentuan sampel penelitian ini. Populasi yang diperoleh berjumlah 26 perusahaan asuransi umum syariah dan unit usaha syariah, yang kemudian diperoleh 10 sampel perusahaan yang sesua1 kriteria. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klaim berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap surplus (defisit) underwriting dana tabarru’, retakaful dan hasil investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap surplus (defisit) underwriting dana tabarru’, dan kontribusi peserta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap surplus (defisit) underwriting dana tabarru’.
Business competition cannot be separated from the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the basic of the Indonesian economy. The number of agricultural sector MSMEs in East Java has a greater proportion than non-agricultural MSMEs. The economies in Jember Regency are supported by one from the agriculture sector. Maturity of business processes is one of the factors that greatly influences the readiness of MSMEs in implementing information systems in supporting their business operations. The assessment of business process maturity can be done using the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM) where this model has nine assessment areas. The study was conducted at three Agroindustry MSMEs in Jember Regency. This study compares the level of business process maturity of each MSME and provides input related to the areas that need to be improved by the three MSMEs. The results obtained from this research are the maturity of the third MSME business processes at level 1 (Ad Hoc) where the Mister Te maturity value is 3,859; UD Mitra Jamur of 3,484; and Bestcow 2,917.
