Aiming at the problems of disturbance, coupling and fluctuation of load existing in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),which is used in the servo system of self-propelled gun, the auto disturbance rejection control technique (ADRC) is introduced into in the servo system of self-propelled gun. It can play with the best effect of the servo control system. The simulation results show that ADRC makes the servo system of self-propelled gun has better accuracy and robust.
According to the communication equipment fault characteristics of complexity, hierarchy, relevance, delay and uncertainty, the method of extracting diagnosis rules based on rough set is presented in order to obtain diagnostic decision rules with good adaptability and maximum matching capabilities. This method can process a large amount of fault data and it can reduce both attribute and attribute value.4 evaluations are selected to evaluate the effectiveness and reasonableness of decision rules, and finally core value table of decision rules which has a certain ability to adapt. Example shows that this method can remove noise in fault diagnosis sample, reduce the computation and improve the efficiency of diagnosis effectively.
This paper briefly recommends the conception and syntax construction of the expert system language – CLIPS. Aim at fault happening mode, the paper build up fault analysis model of certain self-propelled gun servo system with CLIPS, compiled knowledge base and reasoning engine, realized embedded programming of CLIPS, and illuminated the application of CLIPS in fault diagnosis of self-propelled gun servo system.
As the research object based on a variety of models of self-propelled artillery electromechanical equipment, detailed analysis was carried out on the self-propelled guns electrical equipment failure mode by using the artificial intelligence diagnosis and data mining technology, and a comprehensive, universal and high stability fault diagnosis and maintenance support system for the new self-propelled artillery electromechanical equipment is developed, which realize offline testing, FBI test and quality assessment, a combination of fault diagnosis, maintenance decision-making and information management. Based on the system hardware platform, the fault diagnosis model and maintenance information management system are established, the corresponding fault diagnosis and maintenance support system are finally developed.By passing test, the system have strong comprehensive ,good versatility and the characteristics of high stability.
