Aiming at the problems of disturbance, coupling and fluctuation of load existing in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),which is used in the servo system of self-propelled gun, the auto disturbance rejection control technique (ADRC) is introduced into in the servo system of self-propelled gun. It can play with the best effect of the servo control system. The simulation results show that ADRC makes the servo system of self-propelled gun has better accuracy and robust.
According to the automatic fire extinguishing equipment requirements for explosion suppression platform system, this paper using the flexible neural tree and the clonal selection principle, describes the creation method of flexible neural tree model, embedded virtual instrument technology, to solve the nonlinear system fault diagnosis problem, realize the fire (explosion) detection system control components, improves the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy. After the trial, the equipment illustrates high integrity, good versatility and high stability.
In this paper, according to the requirements of the self-propelled-gun’s hydraulic system test technology, using variable speed metering pump technology, a variable cain pressure predictive controller is developed. This method can improve response speed of pump-valve combined control. Then the self-propelled-gun’s external hydraulic source is developed, which can test a variety of self-propelled-gun equipment operation and its hydraulic system without starting the host. The trial operation proves: this test equipment is high common, high stability and high integration.
In order to test new type self-propelled Gun's power generate and supply system, based on modular structure and distributed control design method, using variable frequency control and dual-model control technique, the laboratory equipment was designed according to the technical requirements. Firstly, the structure of the laboratory equipment was build. Based on design of hybrid multimode synchronous teeth belt transmission, programmable load unit, programmable power source and data fusion operator, main composition of the laboratory equipment are developed. Distributed control is used to ensure the laboratory equipment work orderly. To improve ability of anti-electromagnetic interference, three methods are used. Practically use, the synthetically laboratory equipment is proved to being high stability, strong comprehensiveness, good generality.
