This study aims to determine (1) the effect of work motivation on the performance of Obama Market Bireuen employees (2) the effect of the work environment on Obama MArke Bireuen employees, (3) The effect of work motivation and work environment on Obama Market Bireuen employee performance. This research is a causal associative reaserch using a quantitative approach. This research is categorized as a survey research, where the research, instrument are interviews and questionnaires. The sample in this study is a saturated sample by taking the entire population of employees at Obama Market Bireuen, amounting to 20 people. The validity test of the instrument used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), the reability test used Cronbach Alpha, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help os SPSS softwere. The result showed that (1) work motivation has a positive affaect on employee performance at the Obama Market Bireuen 1.088. The contribution of work motivation to explain employee performance is 0,768. (2) The work environment ha a positive effect on employee performance Obama Market Bireuen 0.296. The contribution of work environment to explain employee performance is a 0,301. (3) Work motivation and work environment together have a positive effect on Obama Market Bireuen employee performance by 0.894 or 89.4% and the remaining 10.6% is influenced by other variables.
Kegiatan di dalam sebuah perusahaan dibidang industry, perdagangan ataupun jasa, akan mengupayakan agar tercapainya tujuan yang sudah disusun dan ditetapkan sebelumnya. Pokok masalah pada hasil penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya motivasi dalam meningkatka hasil kerja pegawai pada PT. Telkom Lhokseumawe. Karena dari tahun ke tahun pada perusahaan tersebut jumlah karyawannya semakin menurun, sehingga produktivitas kerja semakin meningkat. Tujuan melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Lhokseumawe. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Motivasi internal dan eksternal berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan variabel yang paling dominan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan adalah variabel motivasi eksternal. Dalam hal ini PT. Telkom Lhokseumawe merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi dan mempunya misi yaitu sebagai penyedia jaringan komunikasi yang utama, dan memilki pegawai yang semangat dan termotivasi dalam bekerja secara efektif dan efsien, yang beriutnya menunjukkan hasil pencapaian kinerja semakin meningkat. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, tingkat motivasi seorang pegawai sangat penting dalam sebuah perusahaan, keberhasilan atau kegagalan dalam pencapaian kinerja yang baik sangat berpengaruh kepada kemampuan manajemen. Sehingga kemampuan manajemen dalam memberikan motivasi akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan atau kegagalan dalam pencapian tujuan perusahaan.
The Lhok Euncien Village Government established BUMDes as the driving force for the economy in the village, but its management has not been efficient. This is because the pond land which is a BUMDes business asset is handed over to a third party due to limited capital, so that BUMDes managers cannot work effectively and efficiently as they should. This research is focused on planning, organizing, mobilizing, and monitoring, as well as the obstacles faced in the BUMDes Lhok Euncien Village program. In addition, it also examines the limitations of capital and Human Resources (HR) and public awareness of the BUMDes program. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative methods. The results showed that at the planning stage, the pond had been purchased as an asset of BUMDes, but the limited capital to manage it was left to a third party. At the organizing stage, it was carried out according to the procedure, but it did not work and went according to plan. The mobilization stage is still constrained by a lack of concern from the village government, BUMDes managers, and the community about the problems faced. While at the supervision stage, BUMDes supervisors only supervise annual reports. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced are related to limited capital and the lack of human resources and public concern for the development of BUMDes businesses AbstrakPemerintah Desa Lhok Euncien membentuk BUMDes sebagai motor penggerak ekonomi di desa, namun dalam pengelolaannya belum efisien. Hal ini disebabkan karena lahan tambak yang menjadi aset usaha BUMDes diserahkan pada pihak ketiga karena keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki, sehingga pengelola BUMDes tidak dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien sebagaimana mestinya. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan, serta hambatan yang dihadapi dalam program BUMDes Desa Lhok Euncien. Selain itu juga dikaji keterbatasan modal serta Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap program BUMDes. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan sudah membeli lahan tambak sebagai aset BUMDes, namun keterbatasan modal untuk mengelola sehingga diserahkan pada pihak ketiga. Pada tahap pengorganisasian sudah dilakukan sesuai prosedur, namun tidak berfungsi dan berjalan sesuai rencana. Tahap penggerakan masih terkendala kurangnya kepedulian dari pemerintah desa, pengelola BUMDes, serta masyarakat terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi. Sementara pada tahap pengawasan, pengawas BUMDes hanya mengawasi laporan tahunan saja. Sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi terkait dengan keterbatasan modal serta minimnya SDM dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap perkembangan usaha BUMDes.
This study aims to describe the implementation of the Qanun policy of Gayo Lues Regency Number 4 of 2016 concerning tourism, one of its contents is about the development, management and services of tourism that must be developed. One of them is the Agusen tourist village, which is located in Agusen village, Blangkejeren sub-district, the development which is still not optimal is a serious problem for the Gayo Lues district government to develop this Agusen tourist village. As for the focus of research from the implementation of local government policies regarding the Agusen tourism village, it focuses on communication, resources, disposition of implementers, bureaucratic structure and obstacles faced by local governments in the development and development of the Agusen tourism village object. This research uses qualitative methods using data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the communication that exists between the Gayo Lues district tourism office and the Agusen village government is going well, but the communication carried out with the Agusen village community does not go as desired, the implementation resources in development and development involve several related parties such as the local government agency. tourism in the Gayo Lues district, the Agusen village government, visitors, and the Agusen village community, the obstacles faced from the implementation of this policy are the lack of public awareness of the importance of developing this Agusen tourist village, and the lack of budget to develop and build this tourism object. The suggestion is that the local government and the Agusen village community work together to develop this Agusen tourist village both in terms of infrastructure, services and human resources.
