As a Study Program in the new Faculty, it has produced over 400 alumni, but for ten years there has never been test the alumni side or from the stakeholder side (end user), so it is necessary to conduct research to test the satisfaction level of alumni and stakeholders. The research method used is a mixedmethod with concurrent design, which uses quantitative and qualitative research. From the results of the study we can conclude it that the alumni feel quite satisfied with an average score of 3 on the three indicators; teaching and learning process, administration process and provision of facilities in Islamic Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Psychology. Therefore, it still needs to be improved in a lecture, computer and internet facilities. Islamic Psychology Study Program Faculty of Psychology has fulfilled most of the expectations of stakeholders and alumni. The advice given by stakeholders to the Faculty of Psychology to be more advance relates to improve physical facilities, human resources, services and competitiveness of graduates.
The approach used is a quantitative approach. The type of research is descriptive survey research, which uses the questionnaire as an instrument of data collection. The questionnaire used consisted of two types of questionnaires, namely self-identity questionnaire and satisfaction questionnaire on service quality. The satisfaction questionnaire is divided into 3 sections: teaching and learning process, administration process and student facility. Data collection was done by spreading the questionnaire to the subject and collected 159 complete questionnaires. After the data entry using the computer program excel, conducted frequency calculation techniques to illustrate the effect of service quality parameters with the level of student satisfaction. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive technique then converted and summarized into qualitative conclusions. From the research result, it can be concluded that teaching-learning process and administration process in Islamic Psychology Study Program Faculty of Psychology has been satisfied, just for the provision of facilities still need to be improved such as lecture facilities, computers and internet. Islamic Psychology Study Program Faculty of Psychology has fulfilled most of student expectation. Suggestions given by the students to the Faculty of Psychology to be more advanced in the future related to the improvement of physical facilities, human resources, service and graduates competitiveness.Keywords: Survey, satisfaction, student, service quality ABSTRAK Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitiannya yaitu penelitian survei deskriptif, yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan datanya. Kuesioner yang digunakan terdiri dari dua jenis kuesioner, yaitu kuesioner identitas diri dan kuesioner kepuasan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Kuesioner kepuasan terbagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu proses belajar mengajar, proses administrasi dan fasilitas mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada subjek dan terkumpul 159 kuesioner yang lengkap. Setelah dilakukan entri data menggunakan program komputer excel, dilakukan teknik perhitungan frekuensi untuk menggambarkan pengaruh antara parameter kualitas pelayanan jasa dengan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif kemudian dikonversi dan disimpulkan ke dalam kesimpulan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses belajar mengajar dan proses administrasi di Prodi Psikologi Islam Fakultas Psikologi sudah cukup memuaskan, hanya saja untuk penyediaan fasilitas masih perlu ditingkatkan seperti fasilitas perkuliahan, komputer dan internet. Prodi Psikologi Islam Fakultas Psikologi sudah memenuhi sebagian besar dari harapan mahasiswa. Saran yang diberikan mahasiswa untuk Fakultas Psikologi agar lebih maju dimasa mendatang berhubungan dengan Peningkatan fasilitas fisik, SDM, pelayanan dan daya saing lulusan.
This research intends to find out whether there is an influence in played a role play on social skills at early-aged children. The type of research used Quasi Experimental design with Time Series Design. The sample in this research amounted to 8 students with a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was ceklist observation, a teacher questionnaire, and parents questionnaire based on aspects of social skills according to Jarolimek (1993) which was analyzed by Paired Sample t test with the help of the program SPSS versi 22 for windows. The results of the study get significance value (2-tailed) (0,000) <α (0,05). Which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accerpted, so it can be cocluded that treatment of role playing in this study influential in improving on social skills at early-aged children.Keywords : Role Play, Social Skills, Early-aged Children
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hipnosis dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada anggota Sriwijaya Hypno-Pranic Association Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Eksperimen Murni dengan desain Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang anggota Sriwijaya Hypno-Pranic Association kelompok eksperimen dan 3 orang kelompok kontrol dengan pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kepercayaan diri, checklist observasi kepercayaan diri serta kuesioner kepercayaan diri yang dianalisis dengan Independent Sample T-test dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian skala kepercayaan diri didapatkan nilai t hitung (4,596) > t tabel (2,774) dan hasil signifikansi (4,596) > t tabel (2,774), dan hasil dari kuesioner didapatkan t hitung (4,596) > t tabel (2,776) dan hasil signifikansi (2-tailed) (0,10) dan (0,27) < ɑ (0,05). Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh hipnosis dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada anggota Sriwijaya Hypno-Pranic Association Palembang.
Sales people often experience obstacle in marketing, it’s because they disable to face troubles that appear. Salespeople need creative problem solving ability to do their job. The main purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of creative problem solving training to increase job performance.This research use quasi experimental approach with the untreated control group design with pretest and posttest plan. Creative problem solving training is given to the experimental group and the control group did not receive this training. The subjects are salespeople of dealer motorcycle who face consumer directly. The subject is divided into experimental group (18 subject, middle area) and control group (18 subject, south area). Job performance form is made by researcher and company party to appraise job performance.The result of the data were analyzed by mixed anova with statistic programe SPSS 15.0 for Windows. The result showed that creative problem solving training can significant increase job performance in experimental group (F = 13,387; p < 0,01). The experimental group showed higher job performance than the control group. This research goes to show that Creative problem solving training contributes 28,3 % in increasing the level of job performance.
