Public Hospital (RSUD) of Banten Province, as the Province Referral Hospital, is required to always improve the quality of service in every line to achieve excellent service and also to give satisfaction to the public. Public satisfaction is one of the goals that must be considered by Banten Province Public Hospital because one indicator in achieving the success of health services is the achievement of public satisfaction. On this basis, it is important for the Banten Province Public Hospital to make measurements on the public satisfaction. Related to that, this study aims to find out the quality of public services in Banten Province Public Hospital, which is measured through Public Satisfaction Index (IKM), including problems faced in the provision of public health services in Banten Province Public Hospital. The research method used is survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The data is obtained through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The sample size is 100 people, which is determined by quota sampling technique. The results showed that quantitatively, the quality of public service in Banten Province Public Hospital based on Public Satisfaction Index reached 75.71, which is qualitatively categorized as good. Although it has been categorized as good, of the ten elements assessed, there are some elements that need to get serious attention, namely elements of information, complaint handling, the behavior of service personnel, service time, and supporting elements.

Data yang ditunjukan oleh website resmi covid19.boyolali.go.id di kabupaten Boyolali tercatat 1330 kasus COVID-19, 55 meninggal dunia,dan 120 dirawat. Untuk di kecamatan Simo tercatat 1280 di konfirmasi positif. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pencegahan penularan COVID-19 berbasis keluarga untuk membantu kesadaran masyarakat di kp.sambengan.Target sasaran pengabdian adalah Kelurahan kel. Gunung, kec. Simo, kab.
Boyolali. Dari seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah disebarkan berbagai konten digital yang sangat mudah diakses. Pengabdian pada masyarakat terintegrasi magang ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan sebagai berikut: 1) tahap perencanaan; 2) tahap persiapan; 3) tahap pelaksanaan; 4) tahap evaluasi. Dari seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pelaksanaan magang pengabdian masyarakat ini telah disosialisasikan berbagai konten meliputi digital dan non digital. Daerah sasaran yakni yakni kp.Sambengan, kel. Gunung, kec. Simo, kab. Boyolali sudah disebarluaskan poster melalui media sosial berisikan perlunya pencegahan masyarakat mengenai virus COVID-19. Kemudian siap untuk menghadapi New Normal untuk masyarakat serta kelurahan agar tetap waspada. Serta pemanfaatan poster untuk Instagram oleh para anggota pengabdi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pencegahan dan angka kasus positif di masyarakat secara konkrit terkait COVID-19
This study aims to describe school strategies, supporting factors, and obstacles in internalizing the value of the gotong royong character in students at SMP Negeri 1 Prambon Nganjuk. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method. The theory used in this research is Thomas Lickona's theory of character education. The focus of this paper is on the school's strategy in internalizing the value of the gotong royong character, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for internalizing the value of the gotong royong character and its solutions. Data collection techniques using observation, guided free interviews, which are a combination of free interviews and guided interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the school strategy in internalizing the value of the gotong royong character in students at SMP Negeri 1 Prambon Nganjuk was carried out through: (1) classroom learning guided by the teaching module, (2) co-curricular activities, (3) exemplary, (4) habituation. Supporting factors in internalizing the value of the gotong royong character in students at SMP Negeri 1 Prambon include: the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure in internalizing the value of the gotong royong character, the potential of the school, good commitment and motivation from teachers and students, there are school activities that support the internalization of gotong royong. The inhibiting factors for the internalization of the value of the gotong royong character in students at SMP Negeri 1 Prambon include: different student characteristics, lack of student commitment and motivation in doing mutual cooperation, there are still teachers who have low awareness and concern for student character.
