This study aims to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing on Customer Loyalty (Study in Mahakam Lantern Garden Customers). The existence of tourism activities has a very big impact, one of which is reducing unemployment and increasing the standard of living of the surrounding community.
The population in this study were visitors to Mahakam Lampion Garden, the sample in this study were 100 visitors. Methods of data collection are carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to respondents who become the research sample. This study used data analysis tools, namely the validity and reliability tests, so this study used the partial least square (PLS) analysis method. The tools used in data processing using the PLS Smart program. The results showed that 1) Experiential marketing had a significant effect on Mahakan Lantern Garden customer loyalty, 2) Experiential Marketing and Customer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Mahakan Lantern Garden Customer Loyalty,

The development of technology and the high of globalization, bring change to many people in the world. The rapid development of information technology has made telecommunication necessary. Communication service operators, such as the Mobile Telecommunication Sector that serves cellular telecommunications networks, always try to provide the best service so that people feel satisfied and become loyal to these communication services. This study aims to detect and analyze the effects of customer satisfaction and switching barrier on customer loyalty. Quantitative models are used in this study. Quoting sample used is Purposive Sampling with total of 100 customers of prepaid mobile telecommunication in Samarinda. The pattern of data accumulation is by questionnaire method and data analysis method by multiple linear regression analysis. To determine customer loyalty (customer loyalty) can be measured by variable of customer satisfaction and switching barriers.
This study aims to assess whether the service quality of academic and educational facilities affects either jointly or partially on student satisfaction. The population in this study were students numbered 130, the number of samples taken as many as 88 students. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using Likert scale which is based on the construction summarized from various theories that translate them into operational variable, while the testing of research instruments is done through validity and reliability test.
