Fertilizer administration is a way to increase the productivity of edamame plants. Synthetic fertilizer is commonly used in edamame cultivation today. However, excessive use of synthetic fertilizer could reduce soil fertility so that substitution of it with biofertilizer is needed. This study was aimed at assessing the effects of biofertilizer and synthetic fertilizer administration on the growth and production of edamame plants. A completely randomized design in a factorial pattern was used. The first factor was biofertilizer rates consisting of three levels namely no fertilizer (0% R), 5 ml/l (50% R), and 10 ml/l (100% R). synthetic fertilizer was given in five levels consisting of no fertilizer (0% R), 25% recommended rate (urea 37.5 kg/ha, SP-36 37.5 kg/ha, and KCl 25 kg/ha), 50% recommended rate (urea 75 kg/ha, SP-36 75 kg/ha, and KCl 50 kg/ha), 75% recommended rate (urea 112.5 kg/ha, SP-36 112.5 kg/ha, and KCl 75 kg/ha), and 100% recommended rate (urea 150 kg/ha, SP-36 150 kg/ha, and KCl 100 kg/ha).Results showed that plants given biofertilizer by 100% recommended rate had significantly higher height, number of leaves, and fresh and dry root weight in 5 weeks after planting (WAP). Synthetic fertilizer administration by 100% recommended rate gave significantly higher plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, and fresh and dry root weight in 5 weeks after planting (WAP). Interaction of 100% recommended rate of biofertilizer and 100% recommended rate of synthetic fertilizer resulted in significantly higher number of leaves and number of flowers. DasaPasanta" Sundanese leadership style, particularly, focuses on a certain way of giving orders in which the person commanded can follow the orders properly. DasaPasanta consists of the following aspects: 1) guna, 2) ramah, 3) ho'okeun, 4) pesok/reueus, 5) asih, 6) karunia, 7) mukpruk, 8) ngulas, 9) nyecep, and 10) ngalaangen. Those aspects are rich in leadership values that can be adopted by a school principal in performing school management. "DasaPasanta" is a method of governing employed in asserting Sundanese leadership. In my opinion, there are ethics or codes of practice that can be adopted and implemented by a school principal in performing school management. The implementation of Sundanese leadership values embodied in DasaPasanta in education leadership is a positive attitude every school principal should nurture in order to successfully perform education management, despite being faced by difficulties. A school principal should upholdsSundanese noble values in exercising his leadership with a great consistency so that the education process works productively. The impact of implementation of Sundanese leadership value 'DasaPasanta' on educational and management process is evident in the impact of development of 8 national education standards. The principal in the context of Sundanese leadership is demanded to be more creative in carrying out his duties and tasks. When implemented in the principal's leadership, the DasaPasantaSundanese leadership values can take the school in a direction to success with unique characters while still serving as the agent of change. This can be comprehended since the principal who understands DasaPasanta will manage the school into Sundanese local culture-oriented, and it will become a school with Sundanese (kasundaan) image. Although filled with local nuances, the school can still follow and adjust to the constant updates and developments especially in terms of education.
In this study, researchers will discuss about the communication used in the practice of guidance and counseling theraphy also known as therapeutic communication. The target of this study are students of the last semester Program Islamic Guidance and Counseling in UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya for 2015-2016 academic year. In general, students have a study period around 3.5 years up to 4 years. But not all students can finish their thesis on time. So, it makes an unrest effect on them. This occurs because it tends to delay their thesis. As a result, many students are unable to finish the thesis program within the specified time for their graduation. Therefore, there needs to be an effort to guide academic procrastination among these students. The BKI Program provides a consultation, namely Islamic Counseling Guidance. The purpose of this counseling guidance is to help student, so they don’t give up easily in terms of facing their problem. Like educational problems or personal problems (external or internal) and to help individuals maintain and develop good situations so as not to become a source of problems for themselves and others. Therefore, the method used in this counseling emphasized on politeness in language to provide guidance or advice to the students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with survey approach. This research refers to the problems or facts that occur. The technique of collecting data are by survey, interview and treatment.
Mojorejo Village, Karangmalang District, Sragen Regency is a village where the majority of the population are Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI). Mojorejo Village has been made a Productive Migrant Village (desmigratif) by the Ministry of Manpower and together with other ministries assisting the village so that it really becomes a productive village. PMI who had returned to the village then formed a group/community called the Indonesian Migrant Family (KAMI). This group carries out productive work in various businesses with assistance from related agencies. However, in the course of the program, many people have not been able to be productive and independent. On the one hand, Mojorejo Village also has tourism potential that has not been fully developed to increase the economic income of its citizens. Therefore, the UNS service team together with the Mojorejo Village community initiated the development of a tourist village. The objectives of this service program are (1) to analyze the potential of village resources, (2) to increase the capacity of rural communities, and (3) to develop tourism potential through community empowerment. The method used is a participatory approach. As a first step, the activity begins with identifying tourism potentials, knowing social and social conditions, knowing natural and human resources, knowing market potentials, helping communities make business plans, and opening networks. The result of this service activity is to carry out village branding in Mojorejo Village which is transformed from a Migrant Village to a Tourism Village.Desa Mojorejo, Kecamatan Karangmalang, Kabupaten Sragen merupakan sebuah desa dengan mayoritas penduduknya merupakan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI). Desa Mojorejo telah dijadikan Desa Migran Produktif (desmigratif) oleh Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan bersama dengan kementerian lain mendampingi desa ini sehingga benar-benar menjadi desa yang produktif. PMI yang telah pulang ke desa kemudian membentuk kelompok/komunitas yang diberi nama Keluarga Migran Indonesia (KAMI). Kelompok ini melakukan kerja-kerja produktif diberbagai usaha dengan pendampingan dinas-dinas terkait. Akan tetapi dalam keberjalanan program tersebut, banyak masyarakat yang belum mampu produktif dan mandiri. Di satu sisi, Desa Mojorejo juga memiliki potensi wisata yang belum dikembangkan dengan maksimal untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi warganya. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian UNS bersama masyarakat Desa Mojorejo menginisiasi pengembangan desa wisata. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini yaitu (1) Analisis potensi sumber daya desa, (2) Sebagai peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat desa, dan (3) Sebagai pengembangan potensi wisata melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatori. Sebagai langkah awal, kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi potensi daya tarik wisata, identifikasi kondisi sosial dan kelembagaan, identifikasi sumber daya alam dan manusia, identifikasi potensi pasar, mendampingi masyarakat membuat business plan, dan identifikasi promosi dan jejaring. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan village Branding di Desa Mojorejo yang bertransformasi dari Desa Migran menjadi Desa Wisata.
