Abstrak: Teknologi sangat berperan penting untuk mendukung sebuah pendidikan yang mampu mempercepat pemahaman. di era digiatal ini semua kegiatan/Aktiviatas menggunakan teknologi, hal itu terlihat dari perkembangan industri 4.0 memudahkan kita untuk mengakses segala informasi yang kita butuhkan, terutama didunia pendidikan. digitalisasi pendidikan yang dilakukan di Indonesia dengan mengembangkan pembelajaran online (daring). mengamati pembelajaran online membuat segala sesuatu serba cepat dan mudah diakses dimana pun. perlu dilakuakan penelitian platform media pembelajaran apa yang efektif, dan mampu mengakomodasi semua mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online di masa New Normal. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang didukung dengan pengambilan data survey dan melakukan analisis deskriptif kualitatif terhadap data dan informasi yang telah diperoleh dengan survey maupun sumber-sumber lain. Hasil yang diperoleh  untuk pemilihan platform pembelajaran online meliputi : 1) pemilihan platform menggunakan WhatsApp dilihat sebesar  terlihat dari hasil suvey sebesar  46,4% Lebih memilih karena Apliaksi mudah diakses, respon cepat dan hemat kuota. namun kekurangan aplikasi ini tidak bisa melakuka conference/meeting secara banyak (hanya dibatasi 8 Orang);  2) Pembelajaran Daring secara langsung (Live) menggunakan Line, hal tersebut terlihat dari survey sebesar 44,3 % memilih, karena ketika pembelajaran  secara langsung sinyal yang stabil, kapasitas untuk melakukan meeting yang tersedia lebih dari 100 orang dan tidak berbayar.                Abstract: Technology plays an important role in supporting an education that can accelerate understanding. In this digiatal era, all activities / activities use technology, this can be seen from the development of industry 4.0 making it easier for us to access all the information we need, especially in the world of education. digitalization of education carried out in Indonesia by developing online learning (online). observing online learning makes things fast paced and easily accessible anywhere. It is necessary to do research on what learning media platforms are effective and able to accommodate all students in online learning during the New Normal period. The research method uses qualitative research methods that are supported by taking survey data and conducting qualitative descriptive analysis of the data and information that has been obtained through surveys and other sources. The results obtained for the selection of an online learning platform include: 1) choosing a platform using WhatsApp as seen from the survey results of 46.4% Prefer because the application is easy to access, quick response and saves quotas. but the shortcomings of this application are not able to do a lot of conference / meeting (only limited to 8 people); 2) Direct online learning (Live) using Line, this can be seen from a survey of 44.3% choosing, because when direct learning has a stable signal, the capacity to conduct meetings is available for more than 100 people and is free of charge.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan arah baru atau perkembangan historiografi modern Indonesia seiring dengan perkembangan teori dan metode sejarah. Metode yang dipakai dalam tulisan ini adalah metode sejarah dengan pendekatan historiografi. Historiografi modern Indonesia mendorong keinginan para sejarawan untuk menggunakan metodologi dan pola-pola baru dalam bidang ilmu sejarah. Kecenderungan ini didorong oleh pengaruh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, khususnya ilmu-ilmu sosial yang secara metodologis telah menyumbangkan pada pengembangan ilmu sejarah. Berdasarkan kecenderungan ini timbullah sejarah baru yang dianalisis berdasarkan pendekatan multidimensional.

This study aims to describe how the evaluation of the Family Hope Program, West Karawang District. This research is a qualitative research using the case study method. Data collection techniques use interviews with informants as objects of information that aim to achieve goals in order to obtain information in research. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews with informants in this study. The author uses the policy evaluation theory according to William N Dunn as a reference for analyzing which consists of aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, and accuracy. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of the Family Hope Program Policy in Karawang District was judged by several evaluation indicators as a whole that had met, namely, effectiveness, adequacy. Meanwhile, other indicators have not met, namely efficiency, leveling and accuracy. Several obstacles were encountered in the implementation of the Family Hope Program, namely the lack of PKH resources, difficulty in changing the mindset of KPM, and the uneven distribution of aid. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana evaluasi Program Keluarga Harapan Kecamatan Karawang Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan informan sebagai objek informasi yang bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan guna memperoleh informasi dalam penelitian. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan informan dalam penelitian ini. Penulis menggunakan teori evaluasi kebijakan menurut William N Dunn sebagai acuan menganalisis yang terdiri dari aspek efektifitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, dan ketepatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan Kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan di Kecamatan Karawang dinilai dari beberapa indikator evaluasi secara keseluruhan sudah memenuhi yaitu, efektifitas, kecukupan. Sedangkan indikator lainnya masih belum memenuhi yaitu efisiensi, perataan dan ketepatan. Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan masih ditemui beberapa kendala yaitu kurangnya Sumber Daya PKH, susahnya merubah cara pola pikir KPM, dan persebaran bantuan yang tidak merata.

The potential of Indonesian Halal Tourism is in great demand by foreign tourists, in the current Covid-19 period, one of the most visible influences is the internet. The Internet has become a liaison for the whole world in carrying out its activities. During the Covid-19 pandemic, a platform in the form of a digital application is needed that can load all destinations, from places, lodging, food, and facilities owned by tourist attractions that are labeled halal tourism to restore tourist visits. It aims to find out how to develop Halal Tourism Applications on Smart Phones (android/OS). This writing uses library research (library research), and is qualitative, descriptive analysis. The results of the discussion show that the Potential for Transforming Digitalization to an easy and efficient smartphone, strengthening digital infrastructure in the form of services and qualified human resources, increasing synergies between stakeholders that strengthen policies that are able to encourage the acceleration of digitalization, and branding halal tourism by conducting the "Halal Lifestyle Literacy Campaign".
