Technological development has brought about significant positive and negative global changes, including environmental degradation, human rights, the concentration of wealth, and increased poverty. That as a whole has resulted in the loss of human consciousness towards care and responsibility for the environment and sustainability. In some cases, out of ambition and in others out of necessity. The present study has the objective of showing that in the majors of Higher Technical University and Engineering, the study plans have been gradually incorporating into their plans and programs subjects that promote awareness of Social Responsibility (SR) among the university community, an effort that can be strengthened with other tools such as the NMX-SAST-ISO:26000 Standard, which is a guide to lead cross-cutting strategies and systematize the actions implemented by Higher Education Institutions (IES). In order to carry out this research, we used the longitudinal comparative method. The results of this research are divided into two moments; in the 2009 study plans in which they only incorporated up to 20 percent of topics related to Social Responsibility in the Business and Administration plans of the Technological University Subsystem. In a second moment, the 2017 study plans were analyzed, in which a significant advance is observed since 32 and 48 percent respectively of the study plan is incorporated into the business and administration subject sheets. To complement the research, a survey was carried out with the students in 2018 regarding the level of knowledge and management of concepts related to Social Responsibility, in which 75 percent of the students interviewed have at least a general idea of the subject.
Each six-year period raises public policies focused on addressing different aspects in societies, such is the case of young people denominated “nini” (neither studies nor works), term make up to characterize a segment of the population in that situation, INEGI* (National Institute of Statistic and Geography) reported in 2017, approximately 3.9 million young people in this condition according to studies carried out by this institute; in the effort to insert young people into the labor market, the current government starts the program called “Young people building the future of Mexico” that aims to bring young people closer to the company, so analyze the implementation of the youth program building the future of Mexico from the perspective of the employer and its environment, it will allow to understand the actors that take part from the reception of the young person, their follow-up and culmination of the program to later formulate an evaluation criterion that allows the hiring of the young person in the company.
The objective of this study is to solve the problem of the packaging process when handling canned food. In the thermal process the sterilization of the food product is carried out in addition to the cooking, a thermal shock is created to eliminate 100% the microorganisms that can damage the product; in addition it must comply with the NOM-130-SSA1-1995, Goods and services. Food packed in hermetically sealed containers and subjected to heat treatment. The temperature of exit is of 75 ° C, not being pertinent for the handle of the finished product and in agreement with the internal specification of the company, the temperature for the handle and packaging must be of 40 ° C. The methodology used is Newton's Law of Cooling for heat transfer, which states that the rate of heat exchange between an object and its environment is proportional to the temperature difference between the object and the environment. The differential equation is solved and the results obtained are validated with tests in the production line. The main contribution is that science is applied to solve a problem in a production line.
The purpose of the study is to explore on maintenance management in Industry 4.0 with its characteristics such as virtual reality, digitization of operations, connectivity, robotization, data in the cloud, automation, big data, etc., all to increase productivity in the cyber - physical system. The methodology developed is through a qualitative approach through an exploratory or approach study analyzing multiple subjective realities, derived from data mining and bibliographic search. For maintenance management, it seems more appropriate the proactive and predictive maintenance approach to achieve standard ISA 95 level 4 automation. This reflection seeks to contribute to identifying the challenges that companies must solve, in this case in the maintenance area using terotechnology, since it has a systemic approach that considers the Overall Equipment Effectiveness and CMD indicators (Reliability, Maintainability and Availability) and the horizontal and vertical structures as systems in the digitized factory, always taking into account personnel as a key element for success.
