Hasil penelitian ditemukan 14,3% ibu mengalami abortus, variabel tingkat pendidikan ibu (OR 6.161), pekerjaan ibu (OR 8.000), status ekonomi keluarga ibu (OR 0.138), kondisi psikologis ibu (OR 5,497), peran suami (OR 0,95) dan kualitas Ante Natal Care (ANC) (OR 10,714)terdapat hubungan yang bermakna sebagai faktor risiko abortus. Dan variabelusia ibu, paritas tidak menjadi faktor risiko penyebab abortus. Hasil uji regersi logistic ditemukan kualitas ANC p=0,021, CI 95%, Exp B 6.871 adalah faktor risiko utama abortus dan variabel tingkat pendidikan ibu, status ekonomi keluarga dan peran suami menjadi faktor confounding karena perubahan OR> 10% di Kecamatan IV Koto tahun 2016. Kesimpulan pelaksanaan ANC berkualitas dapat menurunkan kejadian abortus, Harapan peneliti kepada dinas kesehatan untuk melakukan pembinaan sumber daya kesehatan untuk meningkatkankan kualitas ANC terpadu. <div><strong><em>Background</em></strong><em>: Diabetic diet management can be done by the family because the family is the main assistance in carrying out dietary compliance. <strong>Purpose</strong>:The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between family support toward Diet Compliance Of Diabetes Mellitus Type II Patients in Semerap Community Health Center, Kerinci Distict, 2020. <strong>Methods</strong>:The Type of this research was quantitative research. With Cross Sectional approach. Purposive sampling Had been used to select the samples.. Then, it was analyzed by Statistical test with Chi-square. <strong>Result</strong>:The results showed that from 50 respondents, 16 (76.2%) respondents did not obedient and received less family support related to the diet. 21(72.4%) respondents obeyed a good diet and received good family support toward in their diet. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results of statistical thes showed that the p-value was 0.002 . It means that there was a significant realationship between family suppport and dietary adherence to type II Diabetes Mellitus Patien. Last, it is Suggested to diabetes mellitus patients type II to set the right amount of diet in the implementation of dietary compliance. Furthermore, families are expected to be able to better understand and participante in providing family support (emotional support) to patien suffering from diabetes mellitus.</em></div><div><em><br /></em></div><div><p><strong>Keywords: </strong><em>Family Support, Diet Compliance, Diabetes Mellitus tipe- II</em></p></div>
<p><strong><em>Background</em></strong><em>: Improving the degree of health is mandatory as a human effort in business, in healthy life activities and illness are the determinants of achievement, when sick, treatment and care efforts have become a benchmark for activities, as well as health must be maintained in order to stay healthy and able to take active and passive prevention in order to achieve optimal health. In maintaining health, it can be done in a modern or traditional way, one of the traditional treatments is Cupping which has become a recommendation from the Prophet Muhammad, SAW. <strong>Methods: </strong>However, not many people are ready for this bekan action, so a study was conducted to determine the client's first experience of cupping therapy with a qualitative descriptive phenomenological approach with 13 participants, collecting data by interview and observation, and processing data analysis using Hubberman. <strong>Results: </strong>The results of the study were found to be traumatic invasive procedures, psychological responses, striving for health, which became the theme of the research results. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>It is recommended for health workers to provide education to the public that cupping can be used as an alternative therapy in improving health status with safe procedures and will not cause traumatic invasive procedures, so it is safe and comfortable to use.</em></p><p><em><br /></em><em></em></p>
<p><strong><em>Background</em></strong><em>:</em> <em>Teenagers cannot survive without gadgets. Teenagers today are a generatbehavior in adolescents due to the use of gadgets is an urgent problem, this is caused because ion that cannot survive without gadgets, laptops, and cell phones for a minute. The use of gadgets causes dependence, one of the impacts that arise is violent behavior through social media. Gadget dependence in adolescence is a small part of the population, but has a very large contribution. This study aims to look at the characteristics of adolescents as gadget users, duration of use, applications that are widely used and the distribution of mental health of teenagers who use gadgets. <strong>Methods: </strong>This study uses a quantitative design. The research was conducted in West Sumatra. Children are given a questionnaire and fill out related to how the individual's mental response in using gadgets. The data were then analyzed using descriptive methods. <strong>Results: </strong>This study resulted in 273 respondents, 3.7% of respondents experienced delays in completing activities according to plan, 11.4% of respondents experienced a lack of concentration in learning, 20.2% of respondents experienced feelings of emptiness without gadgets, 11% experienced feelings of dependence on friends at school. virtual world than friends in the real world, 17.2 states that they never miss the latest news through gadgets, 10.6% of respondents feel angry when they are cannot used gadgets. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: This research shows that teenagers experience a variety of responses that they cannot control. Therefore, it is very important for families to set limits on the use of gadgets by limiting the duration of gadget use, increasing physical activity and returning children to the real world.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>
<div class="WordSection1"><p align="center"><strong></strong><em><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></em></p><p><em><strong>Background:</strong> Health problems that are often found and spread throughout the world, one of which is Gout Arthritis or what we know as Gout. When uric acid levels get higher and pass normal levels, the uric acid will gradually settle and crystallize. Sedimentation This causes the joint to become inflamed which is marked by signs and symptoms such as pain, swelling, and redness in the joints. <strong>Methods:</strong> In the implementation, complementary therapy was applied to gouty arthritis patients, namely warm ginger compresses and bay leaf water decoction.. <strong>Results:</strong> Significant results on the pain scale and changes in uric acid levels were before the intervention scale of pain 8 with uric acid levels of 8.7 mg / dl and after the intervention scale of pain 2 with uric acid levels of 7.8 mg / dl. <strong>Concluion:</strong> The application of complementary therapy of warm ginger compresses and bay leaf decoction which was done showed improvement in patients suffering from gout.
