Production planning is very important in business processes. Production planning aims to minimize the total cost of production. In this research, automation of production planning is done using data obtained based on school business processes. The purpose of this study is to determine the best production costs for the smooth production process of schools. This research uses descriptive research. Descriptive research aims to obtain information in the implementation of school business process planning. The calculation of production costs in this study uses the Activity Based Costing (ABC) technique and is carried out using Microsoft Excel. The calculation of this research is done by first determining the total target and raw materials from the school production process, then calculating the production costs of this school production process. The results of these calculations found that the optimal production cost for each student of a total of 300 students during the 3-year learning period is Rp. 605,728. From this study, it is also known that the total number of students and labor directly affects the amount of production costs. AbstrakPerencanaan produksi sangat penting dalam proses bisnis. Perencanaan produksi bertujuan untuk meminimalkan total biaya produksi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan otomasi perencanaan produksi menggunakan data yang didapat berdasarkan proses bisnis sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya produksi terbaik bagi kelancaran proses produksi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dalam pelaksanaan perencanaan proses bisnis sekolah. Perhitungan biaya produksi pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Activity Based Costing (ABC) dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Perhitungan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu menentukan total target dan bahan baku dari proses produksi sekolah, kemudian dihitung biaya produksi proses produksi sekolah ini. Hasil dari perhitungan tersebut ditemukan bahwa biaya produksi yang optimal untuk setiap siswa dari total 300 siswa selama masa 3 tahun pembelajaran adalah Rp. 605.728. <p class="MMTopic1" style="text-align: justify;"><em>Abstract</em>— Pesantren is an institution or organization that is engaged in Islamic religious education-based community education diniyah or integrated with other types of education. As a boarding school organization requires good management information systems by implementing an integrated boarding school. The information system is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that covers all business processes in a boarding school and focused on planning and documentation of transactions. ERP is the application used by the manufacturing company in operation. There is therefore a fundamental conceptual differences between the manufacturing process with the process of education at boarding school, so as to generate the appropriate ERP and can be used by the boarding school, the system needs to be modeled. Modelling done by creating a process diagram and diagram data.</p>
Ekstraksi common fragment process dilakukan untuk memperoleh proses bisnis umum, dimana proses bisnis tersebut selalu ditemui pada proses bisnis setiap organisasi dengan ruang lingkup yang sama. Perhitungan nilai kemiripan proses bisnis dapat diperoleh berdasarkan structural similarity, dan behavioral similarity menggunakan algoritma jaccard coefficient similarity, dan pembentukan alur yang digunakan pada proses behavioral similarity menggunakan causal footprint, dan semantic similarity menggunakan wu palmer, dan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Ketiga aspek kemiripan tersebut, kemudian dicari nilai akumulasinya dengan melakukan pembobotan. Nilai bobot kemiripan dihitung menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil akumulasi nilai kemiripan proses bisnis digunakan pada proses clustering. Hasil dari clustering digunakan dalam penentuan commont fragment. Data uji dimodelkan menggunakan Bussiness Process Modeling and Notation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan kemiripan model proses bisnis terjadi sebanyak 45 kali perhitungan. Komposisi nilai bobot structural, behavioral, dan semantic sebesar (0.33, 0.10, 0.57). Pada proses clustering dari nilai pembobotan kemiripan terbentuk 3 cluster dengan nilai threshold 0,49. Hasil ekstraksi common fragment berupa elemen-elemen dari semantic, structural, dan behavioral dijadikan satu kesatuan sebagai model proses umum yang dimodelkan dalam bentuk Bussiness Process Modeling and Notation.
Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in which religious values are taught as guidelines to be applied in everyday life. Islamic boarding schools are also analogous to enterprise in which there must be a business process to achieve the objectives of the establishment of boarding schools themselves. The design of business processes in Islamic boarding schools may be able to produce the desired results but sometimes it is not in accordance with the desired costs or desired time. These problems can be overcome by running a business process simulation, which aims to help the analysis and understanding of business process models. Anylogic is used in this study to simulate the boarding school business processes and use the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method to analyze problems in business processes and methods BPMN (Business Process and Notation Model) as a tool to describe or create business process flow models in graphical form. AbstrakPondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional dimana di dalamnya diajarkan nilai-nilai agama sebagai pedoman untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pondok pesantren juga dianalogikan sebagai enterprise dimana di dalamnya pasti terdapat proses bisnis untuk mencapai tujuan dari didirikannya pondok pesantren itu sendiri. Rancangan proses bisnis yang ada dalam pondok pesantren mungkin dapat memberikan hasil yang diinginkan tapi terkadang tidak sesuai dengan biaya yang diinginkan atau waktu yang diinginkan. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan menjalankan simulasi proses bisnis, yang bertujuan untuk membantu analisis dan pemahaman tentang model proses bisnis. Anylogic digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mensimulasikan proses bisnis pondok pesantren dan menggunakan metode Peningkatan Proses Bisnis (BPI) untuk menganalisis permasalahan pada proses bisnis dan metode BPMN (Model Proses Bisnis dan Notasi) sebagai alat untuk menggambarkan atau membuat model alur proses bisnis dalam bentuk grafis.
Islamic boarding school is a place of learning in which there are very many facilities and services. Good mastery of language, creativity, religion, leadership and all kinds of knowledge must already exist in the boarding school. The current condition of many Islamic boarding schools does not yet have a specific and integrated information system architecture in Islamic boarding schools in accordance with the needs and objectives of Islamic boarding schools, the cause is because Islamic boarding schools have not yet focused on the process of developing their information systems. Therefore we need an information system in Islamic boarding school. In this study the author raised the information system design of Islamic boarding school by using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The output that can be achieved from the design of Islamic Boarding School Information System is to produce a model and basic framework (blue print) in developing integrated boarding school information systems to support the needs of Islamic Boarding Schools.
