This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance in Printing Dimas City Palembang by using questionnaires as much as 52 respondents. It can be concluded that the value of regression coefficient for indicator of autocratic leadership style with value 0,413, democracy with value 0,422 and laise faire with value 0,412 at regression equation show positive value. It can be interpreted that the style of leadership of democracy has greater influence than other indicators. And for the indicator laise faire leadership style has the least influence compared to other indicators. result of hiptesis test of leadership style show significant level 0,001. This significant level is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study reject Ho and accept Ha.If P value <? = 0.05 then Ha accepted and can be interpreted leadership style has a significant influence on performance. <p class="13Institusi"><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is the employees of PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara </em><em>of the Palembang Branch Office</em><em>. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques are used for multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence on the variables of work discipline and motivation on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance</em><em>.</em></p>
Ketersediaan sistem informasi layanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem kesehatan di suatu negara. Dengan sistem tersebut, masyarakat akan dimudahkan untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan dari berbagai institusi kesehatan yang ada. Selain itu, masyarakat dapat berperan aktif dalam memberikan berbagai informasi tentang kesehatan yang terjadi di lingkungannya. Saat ini, kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi layanan kesehatan yang terintegrasi, sangatlah penting, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengambil keputusan dengan cepat dan tepat. Pada penelitian sebelumya telah dihasilkan prototipe sistem informasi layanan kesehatan. Prototipe tersebut dibuat hanya pada bagaian sisi user umum/masyarakat yang akan mengakses sistem informasi layananan kesehatan. Pada penelitian ini akan dibangun integrasi data pada halaman administrator sistem informasi layananan kesehatan yang dapat mengintegrasikan data pada instansi kesehatan.
This study aims to investigate the effects of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Yala Kharisma Shipping Cabang Palembang. Data of 40 respondents were collected through observation and questionnaires. This study deployed multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results evince that partially, each variable of work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, simultaneously work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This findings are benfifial for PT Yala Kharisma Shipping Palembang Branch. To improve employee performance, the company must pay attention to the factors of discipline and work motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Yala Kharisma Shipping Cabang Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner dengan responden akhir berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa secara parsial, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sama halnya, secara simultan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi PT Yala Kharisma Shipping Cabang Palembang, di mana untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan maka perusahaan harus memperhatikan faktor disiplin dan motivasi kerja. The purpose of this study was to find how the effect of democratic leadership style on employee job satisfaction was. The object of the study was PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Palembang. This study used qualitative and quantitative methods consisting of two variables: democratic leadership style as an independent variable and employee job satisfaction as a dependent variable. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. Techniques for collecting the data were interview, observation, questionnaire, documentation and literature study. In analyzing the data, simple regression analysis and t-test were used. The result of the study showed that the democratic leadership style partially had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. It could be seen from the R which was 0.626 that means there was a good correlation between the democratic leadership style and very good employee job satisfaction. In addition, the result of hypothesis testing through t-test also showed that the significance level was 0,000 which was greater than 0.05, and it means partially the democratic leadership style had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Democratic leadership style, Employee job satisfaction, Humen resource management
