Abstract. New data on proton and neutron single-particle energies E nlj of Si isotopes with neutron number N from 12 to 28 as well as occupation probabilities N nlj of single particle states of stable isotopes 28,30 Si near the Fermi energy were obtained by the joint evaluation of the stripping and pick-up reaction data and excited state decay schemes of neighboring nuclei. The evaluated data indicate following features of single-particle structure evolution: persistence of Z = 14 subshell closure with N increase, the new magicity of the number N = 16, and the conservation of the magic properties of the number N = 20 in Si isotopic chain. The features were described by the dispersive optical model. The calculation also predicts the weakening of N = 28 shell closure and demonstrates evolution of bubble-like structure of the proton density distributions in neutron-rich Si isotopes.PACS. 21.10.Pc Single-particle levels and strength functions -24.10.Ht Optical and diffraction models
The article presents a strategic model of the partnership in the field of business education that takes into
account the specificity of the globalization and current trends on the job markets. The main research tasks were to consider the theoretical
bases of relationship marketing and to examine the major trends and challenges of the job market in Russia. The article includes the results
of the research on the goals in life and motivation of secondary school students, the survey among the university professors on their opinions
about why students decide to study, and also the results of the international research among students of European and Russian universities.
The article present various activities that the business school can use to boost the cooperation between its main shareholders. The authors
suggest a matrix of interaction between universities and partner companies which composes of the tangible/intangible resources and tangible/intangible
effects with the characteristics of their impact and effectiveness for both the companies and universities.
Subject area
Social entrepreneurship.
Study level/applicability
Students in the middle or at the end of their undergraduate studies (BA level) in management and economics, graduate students (MA level).
Case overview
This case study deals with activities of the company, which has a direct social significance and social impact. Based on analysis of benefits and limitations of the stakeholders of the company, principles and tools of social return on investment (SROI) analysis, students should try to understand, how the company can ensure a stable market position and optimize its value proposition on the criterion of target stakeholders’ satisfaction in the implementation of social projects.
Expected learning outcomes
In this case study, students should learn to differ socially responsible companies and social entrepreneurs; be able to value and compare the costs and benefits of different kinds of companies’ activities for the stakeholders; be able to perform SROI analysis; strengthen their communication skills by summarizing the main arguments of articles from economic and business press, as well as from corporate sustainability reporting.
