A professional teacher is meets several classifications, including the individual is a teacher with recognized, has teacher expertise or what is often called expertise in certain scientific fields related to his profession as a teacher, fulfills the aspects of coaching and development. who go through formal education or non-formal coaching. This research focuses on the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the perspective of Kiai H. Hasyim Asy'ari, especially referring to his book Adabu Al-Alimi Wal Muta'alim. This type of research uses a type of library research. The primary data is from Adabu Al-Alimi Wal Muta'alim The results of this study are three teacher positions according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, namely teachers as individual teachers regarding personal religious, teachers when teaching, and teachers to students. The pedagogic competence indicator according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari includes the attitude of purifying himself from all things that are not blessed by Allah Almighty, visionary, and having knowledge. Personality competence covers a calm person, tawakal, tawadhu ', and an independent person ,. Professional competence according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is a teacher's ability in knowledge and good at managing class. Social competence, according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is good at choosing jobs, good at choosing communities where to gather, avoiding places that socially can reduce the degree of teachers, and able to interact well.
Teknologi informasi pembelajaran mengalami perubahan seiring dengan perkembangan jaman. Hal ini berdampak kepada guru, siswa, orang tua dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Perkembangan dan penggunaan teknologi komputer dalam sistem pendidikan dapat membuat reformasi untuk sistem pendidikan yang lebih baik. Sejak pandemi covid-19 tahun 2019 hingga saat ini memaksa proses pembelajaran terus berlanjut untuk menjaga stabilitas penyampaian materi pada siswa. Keadaan kemampuan penguasaan teknologi informasi antara siswa, guru dan orang tua ada gap. Aneka ragam kemampuan tersebut memaksa penyamaan kemampuan, sehingga meminimasi ketidak berhasilan kemampuan dalam penyampaian dan penerimaan materi saat proses pembelajaran. Untuk itu diperlukan pendampingan, sosialisasi dan pelatihan sehingga penguasaan teknologi lebih baik. Adanya gap pemahaman dan kemampuan teknologi informasi menjadi masalah tersendiri saat pembelajaran daring di era pandemi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SDN Sumber wetan 1 Kota Probolinggo yang berada di jalan Genitu no. 45 Kedupok Probolinggo. Tujuannya adalah peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, sedangkan produk dari hasil pengabdian adalah media belajar untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa untuk membantu minimasi gap penguasaan teknologi informasi dan membantu pembelajaran daring terlaksana dengan baik serta penyerapan materi selama pembelajaran daring bisa maksimal
The number of factors that can affect satisfaction, researchers try to see from the aspects of competence possessed by lecturers, educational staff, prices or costs to be borne by students and service quality. This research was conducted in the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, University of Panca Marga Probolinggo with a sample of 100 management students from a total number of management students of 1000. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant influence between competence, price and quality of service on student satisfaction. Based on the results of research analysis shows that competence, price and service quality together have a significant effect on student satisfaction, where the magnitude of F is 19,060 with a sig level of 0,000. Whereas the results of the research analysis partially showed that the coefficient t of the competency variable, -0.201, proved that competence had no partial effect on student satisfaction with a sig value of 0.841. The coefficient t of the price variable, 2.609, proves that prices affect student satisfaction. If the price is raised and followed by an increase in service it will increase student satisfaction. So partially the price has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The coefficient of service quality t arithmetic which is 5,531 with sig 0,000 means that partially the quality of service has a significant influence on student satisfaction, while the quality of service provides the greatest influence on student satisfaction.
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, company image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the local water company (PDAM) in Probolinggo. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive approaches and associative analysis. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), observation, documentation and literature study. The data sources used are primary data in the form of a general description of the company and the results of distributing questionnaires and secondary data in the form of explanatory quotes of variables obtained from books on related variables. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with the current number of customers as many as 20,000. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed that (1) simultaneously (together) service quality, company image and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty in the municipal water company (PDAM) of probolinggo, (2) partially (separately) service quality, image company and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty in the municipal water company (PDAM) of probolinggo, (3) the most dominant customer satisfaction variable affects the variable customer loyalty in the local water company (PDAM) in Probolinggo.
The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of forecasting calculations using the moving average and trend projection methods as a means measuring tool in production planning at UD. Jaya Abadi Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Population and sample in this research is UD production data. Jaya Abadi Probolinggo Regerency from 2018 to March 2021. Data analysis using the moving average and trend projection methods which aim to predict future production or the next period. The results showed that the value of MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) and the MSE (Mean Square Error) moving average values are higher than the MAD and the MSE trend projection, so the company you should use trend projection because when viewed from the results of the comparision of MAD and MSE, this method has a smaller error rate than the moving average method.
