Dalam sebuah organisasi maupun perusahaan bahkan lembaga pendidikan sekalipun, manusia menjadi syarat mutlak dan penting yang wajib dimiliki demi mencapai tujuan dari sebuah organisasi. SDM sendiri dapat didefinisikan seperti karyawan, pekerja, atau pegawai yaitu manusia yang mempunyai kontribusi dan pekerjaan langsung terhadap suatu organisasi. Pengeloalaan yang baik akan menghasilkan SDM yang baik dan menghasilkan SDM yang memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan yang apik. Dengan segala permasalahan yang dihadapinya akan mempengaruhi kinerja sumber daya tersebut, baik secara fisik ataupun psikis dalam pencapainnya kepada suatu tujuan. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian lapangan atau disebut Field Research. Yaitu melihat secara langsung fenomena social dan kegiatan yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang sumbernya langsung dari informan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah SMA IT Baitussalam Prambanan telah menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) untuk meningkatkan dan mencapai suatu kegiatan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya dengan menggunakan metode Total Quality Management, sehingga SMA IT Baitussalam Prambanan selalu melakukan perbaikan ataupun evaluasi secara konsisten demi peningkatan kualitas lembaga.
The selection of halaqah as the Al-Qur'an's learning system at Darut Taqwa Islamic Boarding School Ponorogo must be able to be an effective, efficient, and productive for learning. Moreover, this research is to strive for good governance. Based on this reason, the research study will focus on the management of halaqah and its thinking towards learning the hafiz of the Qur'an which will encourage qualitative renewal with case study strategies. Furthermore, the findings of the study show that; 1) Halaqah planning is arranged based on planning objectives, materials, strategies, students, and teachers. 2) Organizing halaqah is determined by taking the program, grouping students, and distributing teachers. 3) The implementation of halaqah is carried out with learning, motivation, and supervision by the Qur'an Division. 4) Evaluation is carried out periodically, semesterly, and annually. Meanwhile, the halaqah management is great for students, teachers, and institutions.
This article examines the discipline offered by Dolet Unaradjan as a solution in improving the academic procrastination mindset and behavior. Where the mindset always leads to the individual's mindset that will produce a behavior in their daily life, the wrong mindset will give birth to the wrong behavior, and vice versa. Mindset often encourages individual human beings to behave according to the desired mindset. One of them is the academic procrastination behavior in individuals, this habit often occurs in every human being. Many studies and studies have discussed this behavior, in which almost every individual human being has this behavior, including us personally who often do the habit of procrastinating a job. This behavior is a symptom that exists in every human individual that starts from the wrong mindset, resulting in the academic procrastination behavior. This article uses library research, which is an effort to use library research to obtain data from library documents such as books, books, magazines, and other documents. Thus, the authors hope that the discipline of Dolet Unaradjan will give a good contribution in solving existing problems. The contribution that the authors have found by conducting a study of this article is that discipline is able to have a strong influence in improving and changing the individual's mindset which ultimately results in a good behavior and attitude, so that academic procrastination behavior can disappear by itself.
