As of March 19, 2022, Vietnam has officially announced 7,791,841 infections and 41,817 deaths. The place with the most severe epidemic is Hanoi with a total of 1,151,599 infections and 1,178 deaths. The lightest place is Ninh Thuan with 7,853 infections and 60 deaths. The pandemic has had a huge impact on Vietnam's economy and society. According to the Culture and Education Committee of the National Assembly of Vietnam, since the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 epidemic has had many negative impacts on the education industry. Preschool children, pupils and students have had to temporarily stop going to school for many consecutive months. Many teachers, children, and students are infected with COVID-19. Many important tasks of the education sector cannot proceed as planned. Faced with this situation, the Government of Vietnam has taken a series of measures to maintain and ensure the quality of teaching activities.
In Ho Chi Minh's thought, the issue of caring, fostering and educating the young generation holds an extremely important position. Because youth is the backbone of the nation, the future of the nation. Especially in the current period, with the process of deep international integration with the rapidly developing science and technology, Vietnamese youth need to cultivate their own revolutionary morality and adapt to the development of the world, having a breakthrough thinking, firmly overcoming all difficulties, always worthy of their position and role, with enthusiasm, energy, strong will to rise, living in a harmonious environment Peace, renewal and development of the country, Vietnamese youth will definitely uphold the pioneering spirit, bravery, solidarity and creativity, contributing to the construction and development of an increasingly prosperous and happy country.
Inheriting and promoting the long and fine tradition of the nation that considers "genius as the national spirit", Vietnam has adopted appropriate guidelines and policies to gather, unite, build and develop strongly promote the role of intellectuals, including Vietnamese intellectuals abroad, creating conditions and motivation for them to freely research, create and contribute. The results achieved in the work of attracting and promoting the resources of Vietnamese intellectuals abroad in the past time have confirmed the right direction of Vietnam, but there are still limitations barrier. That situation needs to be frankly recognized, in order to set out appropriate policies, further promote the achieved results, and overcome limitations and barriers.
From a country that subsidizes all areas of social life, non-state actors are not allowed to participate in providing social services. However, after 1986, Vietnam entered the Innovate period, all sectors were able to participate in social services, including education. Socialization in the field of education, which is a major policy of the State of Vietnam, has initially achieved certain results in mobilizing social resources to meet the increasing needs of the people. However, in fact, this field still has many limitations and obstacles, one of the basic and important reasons is that the awareness of socialization in the field of education still has inconsistent and inconsistent contents transparently at all levels, sectors as well as the whole society. Using qualitative research methods, this article will briefly outline the entire socialization work in the education sector in Vietnam, from which there are suggestions to promote the effectiveness of this work.
The ASEAN Economic Community – AEC was established to help shape the free movement of goods, services, investment capital and skilled labor in the region. A common labor market that the AEC aims to create will create opportunities for skilled workers in the ASEAN region to find suitable jobs, capable of developing their careers, providing a worthy source of income and many other opportunities. However, taking advantage of opportunities from the implementation of the policy of free movement of skilled labor in the ASEAN Economic Community is not easy because countries will have different reactions to protect the legitimate interests of ASEAN countries. This creates barriers to fully implementing commitments to liberalize the movement of skilled labor within the bloc. By statistical, descriptive, historical, and logical methods, the article presents the basic content of ASEAN's regulations on intra-regional labor mobility and presents the reality of workers moving within countries ASEAN and a number of issues raised in the following years.
