Food is a source of energy and nutrients and can be a source of microorganisms and bacterial growth. Prevention of damage and diseases due to food done through the action of the application of sanitary higiene towards referring to Permenkes no. 1096 / menkes / per / vi / 2011, ranging from the food , food storage , food processing , equipment , food storage so and the presentation of food .This research aims to review the application of sanitary higiene food in Cik Puan’s Market Pekanbaru. The research is descriptive qualitative research .This research will be done at food stalls of Cik Puan’s Market Pekanbaru . The informants are 8 the stall owners eat the cik puan pekanbaru .Data collection by conducting interviews and observations .Research results in food stalls in the cik puan Pekanbaru , we can see that the raw food , processing food , Processing food , and the presentation of food in 8 food stalls in the cik puan pekanbaru sanitation food hygiene have met the requirements , while storage raw material, cooking utensils and eat , and food storage that is discovered yet qualified .It is hoped that the market operators can provide socialize higiene sanitation stall owners in the cik puan pekanbaru
High noise levels in hospitals can contribute to stress and fatigue in hospital staff, reducing the speed of healing of patients. Noise level measurement is in accordance with the existing quality standard in Permenkes No. 7 of 2019 in Mesra Hospital, Kampar Regency, there are several rooms that exceed the predetermined standard values. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of noise against quality standards at Mesra Hospital in Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Interviews and observations were conducted to 5 informants through in-depth interviews. The location of the study was conducted at the Mesra Hospital of Kampar Regency in May-July 2020. The results of the study and the measurements made showed that in front of the intimate hospital had a high noise level such as the lobby during the day the measurements were made with 69 dBA results, for the results of corridor measurements / which hall from the measurement results during the day produces a value of 67 dBA, and the results of measurements during the day in the medical record room produces a value of 67 dBA. From observations and interviews with informants it was found that in handling noise levels were inadequate such as the absence of standard operating procedures regarding noise handling, as well as the absence of printouts of noise measurements that had been carried out and also the lack of noise control at the front of the mesra hospital. Still the loud voice of a traffic vehicle inside the lobby was caused by the lack of tree planting in the front of the mesra hospital.
Pencahayaan merupakan jumlah penyinaran yang berada di suatu lingkungan kerja yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan perkerjan dengan baik. Berdasarkan observasi, intensitas pencahayaan ruangan farmasi di Rumah Sakit Mesra Kabupaten Kampar kurang terang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui intensitas pencahayaan ruangan farmasi dan dampak bagi pekerja di Rumah Sakit Mesra Kabupaten Kampar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Kualitatif Deskriptif. Dilakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada 5 informan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Mesra Kecamatan Kampar pada bulan Mei-Juli 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencahayaan setempat di ruangan farmasi Rumah Sakit Mesra Kabupaten Kampar , pengukuran intensitas pencahayaan di ruangan farmasi dilakukan di meja kerja. Hasil pengukuran intensitas pencahayaan di ruangan farmasi menggunakan metode pencahayaan setempat diperoleh nilai 74,1 lux. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pencahayaan yang ada di ruangan farmasi Rumah Sakit Mesra Kabupaten Kampar belum memenuhi standart dari Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 tentang Kesehatan Lingkungan Rumah Sakit. Pencahayaan yang kurang terang mengakibatkan terjadinya keluhan kelelahan mata pada pekerja, Adapun keluhan kelelahan mata yang dialami pekerja berupa pedih disekitar mata, pusing, mengantuk dan nyeri disekitar mata.

Wika Karaga-KSO merupakan perusahaan yang melakukan kerja sama operasi untuk menyelesaikan sistem pemasangan perpipaan air limbah Kota Pekanbaru Area Selatan SC-1. Ada 3 metode yang digunakan untuk pemasangan perpipaan air limbah Kota Pekanbaru yaitu sistem Open Trench, sistem Boring dan sistem Pipe Jacking. Dari 3 metode kerja yang ada, maka dalam penentuan konteks manajemen risiko yang dipilih adalah metode kerja sistem Open Trench karena merupakan galian terbuka yang memiliki risiko tinggi bagi pekerja proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko dengan metode open trench. metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ialah obeservasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pekerja. Dari hasil penilaian risiko, ada 12 sumber bahaya yang bisa menimbulkan 13 risiko lainnya, termasuk 4 risiko dengan kategori rendah, 7 risiko dengan kategori sedang, dan 2 risiko dengan kategori Tinggi. pengendalian risiko yang dilaksanakan sudah cukup baik dan perlu ditingkatkan agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kedepannya. Setiap rangkaian pada metode open trench sudah cukup sesuai dengan bahaya dan risiko yang ada. sehingga perlu dilakukan penilaian risiko lanjutan untuk mengevaluasi program pengendalian risiko yang sudah berjalan, agar para pekerja lebih efektif tanpa khawatir adanya bahaya dan risiko yang ada dilapangan. Wika Karaga-KSO is a company that is conducting joint operations to complete the installation of a wastewater piping system in Pekanbaru City, South Area SC-1. There are 3 methods used for the installation of Pekanbaru City wastewater piping, namely the Open Trench system, the Boring system and the Pipe Jacking system. Of the 3 existing work methods, in determining the context of risk management the chosen method is the Open Trench system work method because it is an open excavation that has a high risk for project workers. The purpose of this study was to determine hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control using the open trench method. The method used in data collection is field observation and interviews with workers. From the results of the risk assessment, there are 12 sources of danger that can cause 13 other risks, including 4 risks in the low category, 7 risks in the moderate category, and 2 risks in the High category. The risk control implemented is quite good and needs to be improved so that accidents do not occur in the future. Each series in the open trench method is sufficient in accordance with the hazards and risks that exist. so it is necessary to carry out a further risk assessment to evaluate the risk control program that is already running, so that workers are more effective without worrying about the dangers and risks that exist in the field.
Tingginya risiko kebakaran di rumah sakit, pemerintah dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 66 Tahun 2016 tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (K3RS) mewajibkan setiap rumah sakit menyelenggarakan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Sakit (K3RS) yang salah satunya berkaitan dengan pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran dengan pemenuhan alat pemadaman, alat pendeteksian kebakaran sarana penyelamatan serta adanya tim penanggulangan kebakaran. Tujuan penelitian mengetahuinya analisis pelaksanaan sistem tanggap darurat sebagai upaya penanggulangan bencana kebakaran di lingkungan RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian kualitatif dan desain deskriptif. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di RSUD Arifin Achmad pada bulan September tahun 2 Objek penelitian adalah manajemen proteksi kebakaran (organisasi, prosedur dan SDM dalam penanggulangan kebakaran), sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif (APAR, hidran, sprinkler, detektor dan alarm kebakaran) dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa (pintu darurat, tangga darurat, petunjuk jalan keluar dan tempat berhimpun) di RSUD Arifin Achmad.Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 orang, yaitu Ketua K3RS, Staf K3 dan Karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer, dengan analisa data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah manajemen proteksi kebakaran, sistem proteksi aktif kebakaran, dan sistem proteksi pasif atau sarana peneyelamatan jiwa di RSUD Arifin Achmad telah sesuai dengan standar peraturan yang digunakan, Disarankan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam mencegah terjadinya bahaya kebakaran di RSUD Arifin Achmad. (emergency exit, emergency stairs, directions for exit and meeting place) at Arifin Achmad Hospital. The subjects of this study consisted of 3 people, namely the Head of K3RS, K3 Staff and Employees. Collecting data using primary data, with data analysis using data triangulation. The results of this study are fire protection management, active fire protection systems, and passive protection systems or life saving facilities at Arifin Achmad Hospital are in accordance with the regulatory standards used. It is recommended to increase the ability of human resources in preventing fire hazards in Arifin Achmad Hospital.
