In this study, the problem is limited factors relating to the learning effectiveness and teacher competence in improving the teacher performance. Therefore, this study will try to get explanations from some main issues which include the learning effectiveness issue, and teacher competence to increase teacher performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Serang, Banten, Indonesia. The goal in this research is to get facts about correlation and to see the levels of effectiveness learning and teacher competence as well as the teacher performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Serang, Banten, Indonesia. This research is directed in describing and analyzing the data findings in depth are using the quantitative analysis methods of descriptive and inferential. Collecting data is using the instrument, about the instrument is used as a primary assessment way to collect the information about factors of effectiveness learning, teacher competence, and teacher performance. The samples are 150 Teacher in Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Serang, Banten, Indonesia. The results of this research is there is a relationship between learning effectiveness and teacher performance, there is a relationship between teacher competence and teacher performance, the results of this study can be concluded that increasing teacher performance can be carried out in the presence of learning effectiveness and teacher competence in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah, teachers who have the good performance seen from an process of learning effectiveness as well as the teacher competency.
This systematic review aims to determine the management strategy for improving the quality of madrasah in Banten Province. The method used is a systematic review. The number of research results (journals and theses) reviewed is 4 documents. The inclusion criteria used are related to the management strategy for improving the quality of madrasas in Banten Province. The protocol used in the review is the Prism model. The conclusion of this review is that the management strategy for improving the internal quality of madrasas, for example, is carried out by managing the quality of education and intensifying local content, increasing the formulation of the vision and mission of madrasah, improving the quality of teachers, improving active learning processes, improving the quality of facilities, and improving the quality of output. Another strategy, for example, is to integrate learning values and local culture for the public of Banten Province.
ABSTRACT Management is a process of activities that are planned and carried out intentionally and continuously to all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to participate in the learning and teaching process effectively and efficiently. Learning achievement is the level of humanity students have in accepting, rejecting and assessing the information obtained in the teaching and learning process. A person's learning achievement is in accordance with the level of success of something in learning subject matter which is expressed in the form of grades or report cards for each field of study after experiencing the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the extent of implementation, acceptance, student management, efforts made, as well as the implications of the application of student management in At-Thiriiriah Junior High School in improving the quality of students. This study uses a qualitative approach using a type of case study research by taking a background in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, Gunung Bunder I, Pamijahan, Bogor. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method. Based on the process of data collection and data analysis, researchers can conclude several things including: (1) The application of student management that takes place at At-Thiriahah IT Junior High is classified as good, where the concept of student management starts from the planning and implementation of new students, monitoring or control and evaluation can be applied by all at IT Thohiriah Junior High School. (2) In an effort made by schools related to student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, among others: improving discipline including a). At-Thiriahah Junior High School students arrive at 07.00 WIB, b) Wearing Uniforms. (3) As for the implications of the implementation of student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriah Gunung Bunder I Junior High School, seen from the academic achievement in the form of UN scores that have increased, non-academic achievements achieved by At-Thiriahah IT Middle School students have also increased, and graduates of At-Thiriiriah IT Middle School were accepted into public and private schools. This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership on innovative behavior through psychological empowerment as a mediation variable. This study used quantitative methods. The data collected by interviews and questionnaires. The samples were taken using a saturated model from 42 responden of student association of Islamic Education Management Study Program, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The data were analyzed using descriptive, regression, and path analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership significantly influenced students' innovative behavior directly or mediated by psychological empowerment variables. The resulting impact of pathway coefficients on psychological empowerment has a considerable effect on the innovative behavior of students with a p-values value of 0.003 < from 0.05; transformational leadership has a substantial impact on innovative behavior through psychological empowerment with a p-values value of 0,000 > 0.05. It shows that improving students' innovative behavior can be achieved with transformational leadership roles through psychological empowerment variable in student association of Islamic Education Management Study Program, UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The association of students are expected to pay attention to students needs and activities, create a comfortable organizational environment to optimizing student activities.
