The objective of the article is to identify the nature of the impact of the pandemic on the quality of education and the image of a university that uses distance education and artificial intelligence. The research methodology includes a complex of general scientific and special methods. A questionnaire and detailed interview have been formed with regard to the indicators of the leading rating systems of higher education. The data obtained have been summarized and analyzed using a focus group. The regression analysis has been used to examine the connection between students' motives for making life easier in the context of the pandemic and distance education and the dangers of the professor-student-administration system. The sustainable links and tendencies of changes in the quality of education and the image of a university have been revealed. The following traps for students are referred to the stable connections: the absence of a valid system of control over the authorship of the executed works; the possibility of the unauthorized use of various electronic sources during the answer; the coronavirus quarantine leads to the erasure of the boundaries between the study and everyday life, personal space and social environment of students; the growth of students' desire to have high marks in the subjects with the decrease of interest to study. Tendencies: the increase of the workload of professors and supporting (technical) staff; constant redistribution of time spent on the performance of official duties with a different degree of efficiency; the growth of willingness, a desire of the administration and university professors to improve the competitiveness of the university as a high-tech educational organization, included in the world map of science; the growth of dissatisfaction with the distance form of education, the degree of efficiency of return on investment in human development; the decrease in the responsibility of students to acquire knowledge through distance learning. The practical relevance of the work lies in the possibility of considering the identified sustainable links and tendencies to improve the education system at both national and global levels. This will enable attention to problem areas at the local level to achieve their overcoming with minimal financial and human losses through proactive actions. The theoretical relevance of the work lies in adding scientific and methodological elements to the theoretical foundations of the concept of development of higher education. The authors studied for the first time the problems of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the quality of education and the image of a university. The originality of the research is determined by the original methodological model, which allowed the participants of the educational process to assess the essence of the ongoing changes associated with the coronavirus quarantine and with the help of an expert group to identify sustainable links and tendencies in changes in the quality of education and the image of a university
Abstract: The article describes the nature of the use of natural and artificial intelligence in the talent management system in the Moscow Region. The extent of using talent management technology, the tools, the ratio of demand for natural and artificial intelligence in talent management, and the level of employee confidence in man (robot) in management are analyzed. It is revealed and substantiated that personnel management services and the management of companies do not effectively use natural intelligence in the framework of the talent management system, relying on chance and a typical approach. Ambiguity in the assessment of artificial intelligence by both employees and company management was revealed. Increased use and fears of the negative impact of artificial intelligence become opposing factors in talent management. It is proposed to quickly implement advanced technologies based on artificial intelligence, with no harm to the human and his potential. It is also proposed to constantly keep in focus the risks of intercepting initiatives in the management of artificial intelligence and the crowding out of a person from the labor market. The main advantage of the article is an integrated approach to the study of the pattern of using natural and artificial intelligence in the talent management system. The authors considered the issue of identifying the ratio of artificial and natural intelligence in talent management for the first time. The results can serve as a basis for further research in the system of human resource management, as well as good support for making management decisions in the implementation of artificial intelligence in business processes and organization management.
The transition from a semi-digital to digital society depends on the nature of work with information, and the speed and quality of digitalization largely depend on Generation Z. The purpose of the article is to identify and evaluate Gen Z’s views in Russia and Slovakia on the search and assessment of information in a semi-digital society. The empirical research methods are a questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews, and a focus group. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, they were conducted remotely. The study reveals that the views of the Slovak and Russian Generation Z are similar in terms of searching and speeding up the acquisition of information and especially in the high assessment of their capabilities in information search and low confidence in advertising campaigns. The Slovak Gen Z is informationally mature and, at the same time, Internet-dependent. A difference in the perception of AI in Russian and Slovak Gen Z is identified. The results can be used to improve youth policies and provide information to society in the transition to fully digital life.
The article discusses the nature of the influence of artificial intelligence on the development of human potential from the point of view of the Orthodox clergy and their parishioners. Methodologically, surveys and statistics were used to find out the opinion of the study subjects. A common phenomenon in the study was a unique consolidated position of all categories of Orthodox respondents on the danger that artificial intelligence represents. Most Orthodox are concerned about the unpredictability of creating and using artificial intelligence, especially in a pandemic. The authors considered the position of clergy, parishioners with and without a church on the nature of artificial intelligence's influence on human potential, the threats and risks to humans that come from artificial intelligence. The main advantage of the work is the results obtained on the basis of the comparative analysis of the positions of different categories of orthodox respondents on the nature of the influence of artificial intelligence on the development of human potential. In conclusion, the results can be used to develop a categorical-conceptual apparatus, to systematize knowledge about the use of artificial intelligence in the social and spiritual spheres.
