The aim of the article is to identify the conditions of the development of students' creativity in the process of studying in higher education institutions. The article draws on the results of authors' qualitative and quantitative studies. Qualitative research is represented by expert in-depth interviews with specialists in the field of higher education. Quantitative research consists of questionnaire of students of four Moscow higher education institutions. Analysis of recent studies conducted on the topics of youth employment, higher education, the problem of mismatch between the education system and labor market was used. The article shows that in the context of higher education, creativity is considered as an integrative property, the key characteristics of which are the ability to produce original ideas, result-orientation, solution of practical problems, originality and speed of thinking, openness to new experience, and tolerance for uncertainty. The authors have identified the factors, conditions and levels of the process of creativity development of students in higher education institutions and analyzed its content. According to the authors, the defining contribution to the development of students' creativity is the application of a comprehensive, systemic concept at a higher education institution in accordance with three distinguished levels: personal, procedural and environmental.
The article considers students' satisfaction with interactive forms of training with elements of gamification. Based on the empirical study, the level of students’ satisfaction with interactive forms of training with elements of gamification has been measured. The study has been conducted at 6 educational organizations that carry out educational activities on educational programs of higher education – bachelor, specialist and master degree programs. A set of sociological methods has been used in the study: a questionnaire survey of students, an expert survey of teachers working at higher education institutions, an analysis of documents; content analysis; a method of mathematical data processing (correlation analysis, using the software package SPSS Statistics 23). Based on the analysis of the scientific literature and the results of the sociological research conducted, it has been established that the students are more satisfied with the quality of interactive sessions with elements of gamification (57.01%) than with the quality of training by traditional methods (23.36%) and the quality of the content of classes conducted by traditional methods (19.63%). It has been revealed that the use of interactive forms of training with elements of gamification is the most effective: to increase the effectiveness of mastering the training material (20%); for decision-making (17.33%); to heighten interest in learning (15.33%). The closeness of the views of students and teachers on the assessment of interactive forms of training with elements of gamification and assessment of classes conducted by traditional methods has been determined by means of Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. The obtained data of the correlation analysis have shown a rather high level of correlation and indicated the closeness of the views of students and teachers on the phenomena studied.
The aim of this study was to identify the most appropriate technologies to improve the university efficiency by using the motivational artificial intelligence (AI). Methods of the study were as follows: the questionnaire survey by using the Google Chrome electronic service, content analysis, methods of statistical analysis, and a focus group. The authors' version of the questionnaire was made by using the Likert methodology taking into account indicators of the QS World University Rankings rating system. The data obtained during the three stages were generalized and analyzed by using the descriptive statistics. The regression analysis was used to study the relationship between the motives of the academic staff (AS) and the nature of the stimulating effect of the university authorities on the staff of the university. Results: The discrepancy between the AS motivation structure and the range of stimulation methods applied by the university authorities, a continuous increase in the burden from introduced innovations, and the formal style for employees to fulfill new tasks have been revealed. The analysis of the results on using the techniques and methods by the university authorities to motivate and stimulate the staff has shown the need in new combinatorics, an innovative system that harmoniously combines the advantages of natural and artificial intelligence to motivate the AS in training HR for the digital economy of the 21st century. The new system should be universal and flexibly respond to constant changes in the socio-economic environment. It is important to timely eliminate the contradictions in needs and teachers' opinion on the ideal assessment system of their activities and offered forms of stimulation by universities authorities. The vectors of their activities must be constantly coordinated, based on the AI capabilities. The introduction of AI in the activities of universities improves the competitiveness of promising, innovative teachers and has positive impact on the image, efficiency, academic reputation, and citation index of universities. The authors for the first time ever have studied the problems of using the AI in the motivational system of the university's AS and offered technologies to improve the efficiency of universities by using the motivational AI. The practical importance of solving the problem is related to the real possibility of applying the offered technologies by the university authorities that strive to improve their efficiency and competitiveness in the educational market. The main advantage of the work is related to the advanced solutions of the emerging problems on using the AI in motivating the university staff identified during the three-stage study. The interdisciplinary nature of the study and the offered technologies can serve as the basis for the further study and an additional element that expands the views, approaches, and the framework of categories and concepts of the world science. Conclusion: The most suitable technologies for the university that strives to be effici...
Paper discusses the career opportunities of the management's personnel reserve, considering theorists and practitioners basic issues on organizations' abilities to ensure reservists' career growth. The study analyzes staff opportunities to get into the management's personnel reserve and employees' expectations on the management's personnel reserve. Using questionnaires we revealed that it is difficult to get into the management's personnel reserve, the most of the respondents (62%) has no such opportunity. As the most valuable career opportunities respondents consider professional growth (58%) and personal managerial skills development (55%). They also hopes on the clarification of personal development trajectory, career advancement and acquisition of new relationships that are enable to facilitate further promotion. Gender approach proved men priority in sociability. While women in the personnel reserve are looking for more independence. The age aspect also influences the reservists' ability. Despite some advantages of youth, managerial sphere highly needed for experienced staff at the age of 31 -40 years. Significantly reduced career opportunities are typical for employees older than 50. Based on the research, it was concluded that the career opportunities of the management's reserve should not be limited -all employees' potential has to be aimed at organization competitiveness increasing and takes into account the reservists' gender and age characteristics.
The objective of the article is to identify the nature of the impact of the pandemic on the quality of education and the image of a university that uses distance education and artificial intelligence. The research methodology includes a complex of general scientific and special methods. A questionnaire and detailed interview have been formed with regard to the indicators of the leading rating systems of higher education. The data obtained have been summarized and analyzed using a focus group. The regression analysis has been used to examine the connection between students' motives for making life easier in the context of the pandemic and distance education and the dangers of the professor-student-administration system. The sustainable links and tendencies of changes in the quality of education and the image of a university have been revealed. The following traps for students are referred to the stable connections: the absence of a valid system of control over the authorship of the executed works; the possibility of the unauthorized use of various electronic sources during the answer; the coronavirus quarantine leads to the erasure of the boundaries between the study and everyday life, personal space and social environment of students; the growth of students' desire to have high marks in the subjects with the decrease of interest to study. Tendencies: the increase of the workload of professors and supporting (technical) staff; constant redistribution of time spent on the performance of official duties with a different degree of efficiency; the growth of willingness, a desire of the administration and university professors to improve the competitiveness of the university as a high-tech educational organization, included in the world map of science; the growth of dissatisfaction with the distance form of education, the degree of efficiency of return on investment in human development; the decrease in the responsibility of students to acquire knowledge through distance learning. The practical relevance of the work lies in the possibility of considering the identified sustainable links and tendencies to improve the education system at both national and global levels. This will enable attention to problem areas at the local level to achieve their overcoming with minimal financial and human losses through proactive actions. The theoretical relevance of the work lies in adding scientific and methodological elements to the theoretical foundations of the concept of development of higher education. The authors studied for the first time the problems of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the quality of education and the image of a university. The originality of the research is determined by the original methodological model, which allowed the participants of the educational process to assess the essence of the ongoing changes associated with the coronavirus quarantine and with the help of an expert group to identify sustainable links and tendencies in changes in the quality of education and the image of a university
