The emergence of labor absenteeism is extremely complex, which is supported by the fact that from today's perspective, it has resulted in a large number of organizational phenomena that are studied in detail. The sociological aspect of absenteeism as a primarily social phenomenon needs to be analyzed from the social aspect so it is studied through sociological, psychological and socio-economic factors, demographic characteristics, work socialization and health status, interacting with the working environment and the environment, which are interconnected and mutually conditioned. Numerous factors influencing work absenteeism can be grouped and defined as characteristics of work and work situation, individual characteristics and characteristics of out of work situation. Knowledge, monitoring and understanding of these factors, i.e. those organizational moments that are recognized as social causes of the emergence and development of absenteeism in the organization is of immeasurable importance, which is the focus of this paper.
REZIME: U uslovima zajedničkog rada javlja se potreba za koordinacijom tog rada, za podsticanjem i usaglašavanjem individualnih aktivnosti i iznalaženjem optimalnih rešenja koja će obezbediti ostvarivanje zajedničkih ciljeva. U tim okolnostima rukovođenje se javlja kao izraz nužnosti koja proističe iz prirode i karaktera zajedničkog rada. Zato je rukovođenje uvek bilo predmet interesovanja nauke i svakodnevne ljudske prakse.Koliko će rukovođenje biti uspešno zavisi od niza činilaca, među kojima značajno mesto zauzimaju osobine ličnosti rukovodioca. Zbog toga su i opravdana nastojanja mnogih autora da identifikuju svojstva ličnosti koja bi trebalo da ima jedan čovek da bi bio dobar rukovodilac. Tako su izdiferencirane brojne liste "potrebnih svojstava" uspešnih rukovodilaca, od kojih se ni jedna ne može smatrati univerzalnom, niti u potpunosti odbaciti. U ovom radu je učinjen pokušaj da se empirijskim putem identifikuju osobine ličnosti dobrog rukovodioca i utvrdi da li se sa promenama u našem društvu menja i značaj koji se pridaje pojedinim osobinama.
Establishing knowledge management means setting up, maintaining and constantly updating a state by generating new models and rules of its use, i.e. means process. Each process takes place in accordance with a logical structure and certain rules, supported by someone.It has a specific goal, directed content and it requires some assumptions,that is, characteristics of the environment in which it takes place. When it comes to knowledge management, its establishment and maintenance, the enterprises of the defense industry represent the environment and its properties condition the generation of knowledge management. On this assumption, questions can be asked and their answers explain the knowledge management generation.
