Today, the transformation processes taking place in the modern economy lead to the restructuring of agricultural production on a new technological and socio-economic basis, which requires the formation of a more rational management mechanism, perhaps the most important part of which is the resource base. The change in the return of the resource base for the period in the dynamics is analyzed as the main criterion of expediency of attracting additional capital as the basis of the resource base. It has been established that the issue of the need to attract additional funds for the reproduction of the fixed capital becomes relevant for agricultural producers because an unjustified increase in value leads to an increase in the cost of production, and reduces the value of the final results of the activity. The cost of sale acts as a reserve for obtaining additional income, which can be obtained at the expense of an increase in the sale price. It is proved that there is a direct relationship between the indicators of resource equipment and profitability, with the growth of the resource base used, the profit received by enterprises increases. It is substantiated that the efficiency of resource base use is closely related to specialization and its level, and changing the structure of marketable products to only plant specialization reduces the return on additional investments in the resource base. The existence of a relationship between the indicator of the fund of 100 hectares of agricultural land and the profitability of 100 hectares of agricultural land in the cross-section of enterprises of various specializations using the methods of mathematical statistics is substantiated. Built models by types of groupings by specialization can be used as an additional factor in forecasting and planning the production plan and forming the structure of the company's products.
The article considers certain aspects of realizing the workforce potential of the internally displaced persons. The scientific approaches to the category of the "workforce potential" and the interpretation of the "workforce potential of the worker" are defined. The current state of the workforce potential utilization in the country is analysed, the conditions and possibilities of realizing the potential of the internally displaced persons are described. External and internal factors affecting the internally displaced persons adaptation are considered. By statistical evaluation of displaced persons and measures to solve their social problems, conditions and reasons that impede the full realization of workforce potential are considered. It was determined that the problem of employment and the ability to realize their workforce potential is crucial for the internally displaced persons successful adaptation to a new place. The recommendations to stimulate the employment of the displaced persons and their better adaptation in the places of resettlement were formulated.
Purpose. To establish integrated innovation management based on developing a corporate innovation base at industrial enterprises in the context of post-conflict transformation. Methodology. In the course of the works, the methods of theoretical generalization, comparison, synthesis, analysis were used to reveal the general principles and to determine the basic categories of the study. Findings. A model of the integrated innovation management approach at industrial enterprises is developed. In modern corporate structures, innovations are divided into groups according to their independent properties. The innovation management system, if it exists, is considered as an independent system that has its own set of goals which are not integrated into the goals of the corporation itself. The paper considers the goals of innovation management in an integrated structure as the implementation of the goals of a corporation, where innovation management processes are integrated horizontally and vertically according to business processes. Innovation management is based on three approaches: transfer, algorithmic and creative ones. Originality. The paper offers the authors methods for managing innovation by using the system of methodological approaches (algorithmic, transfer, creative managements), based on processes of innovation management at the industrial enterprises in the context of post-conflict transformation, which have been identified applying the mathematical models. The study has developed: - the authors approach to the formation of innovation management objectives at industrial enterprises in post-conflict transformation context, based on eight key spaces, with the identification of five groups of goals: financial, production, marketing, human resource management, and information support; - a system of innovation management objectives with a of innovation management task subsystem in the field of financial activities, production process, marketing, human resource management and information technology support. Practical value. The practical significance of the results is that they can be applied in corporate integration structures to increase economic efficiency, making a profit from introduction.
The article deals with the problems of economic provision of renewable energy development in interaction with innovation and technological elements: technology transfer, nanotechnology, intellectual environment for knowledge generation. The system of certain elements interaction in the form of innovation-technology consortium is analysed. The structure and composition of the engineering platform bases of the consortium are determined. Significant effects of nanotechnology projects in the field of renewable energy are formulated. The priority directions of scientific and technical policy in the relevant fields are proposed.
A special place in the industrial enterprise’s financial relations belongs to the relationship with the State budget and the earmarked budgetary and non-budgetary funds regarding the tax and fees charges and payments. These relationships arise from the moment the enterprise was created and continue throughout the entire period of its operation. Determining the amount of taxes and fees that an enterprise should pay based on the results of its activities, ensuring the timeliness and completeness of tax calculations, forming tax potential, assessing it and optimizing the tax burden (tax planning) are important areas of work for the financial services of an industrial enterprise.
