Today, the transformation processes taking place in the modern economy lead to the restructuring of agricultural production on a new technological and socio-economic basis, which requires the formation of a more rational management mechanism, perhaps the most important part of which is the resource base. The change in the return of the resource base for the period in the dynamics is analyzed as the main criterion of expediency of attracting additional capital as the basis of the resource base. It has been established that the issue of the need to attract additional funds for the reproduction of the fixed capital becomes relevant for agricultural producers because an unjustified increase in value leads to an increase in the cost of production, and reduces the value of the final results of the activity. The cost of sale acts as a reserve for obtaining additional income, which can be obtained at the expense of an increase in the sale price. It is proved that there is a direct relationship between the indicators of resource equipment and profitability, with the growth of the resource base used, the profit received by enterprises increases. It is substantiated that the efficiency of resource base use is closely related to specialization and its level, and changing the structure of marketable products to only plant specialization reduces the return on additional investments in the resource base. The existence of a relationship between the indicator of the fund of 100 hectares of agricultural land and the profitability of 100 hectares of agricultural land in the cross-section of enterprises of various specializations using the methods of mathematical statistics is substantiated. Built models by types of groupings by specialization can be used as an additional factor in forecasting and planning the production plan and forming the structure of the company's products.
Conditions of innovative development of economy make significant changes in the system of social – labor relations, their new forms appear, which accompany the transition of social – labor relations from collectively – contractual to more individual and socially vulnerable. In this regard, new challenges are emerging for the whole system of regulation of social and labor relations. The most significant form of manifestation of changes in this area of social relations is remote social – labor relations, which focus on providing the ability to perform work responsibilities without being in the workplace due to modern technologies. Compared to our country, telework is well developed in foreign countries. Foreign companies have already experienced the benefits of remote employment: saving time to get to work, solving transport problems, reducing environmental tensions, reducing unemployment, increasing time for family communication and leisure. The concept of remote employment, the main problems of this form of employment and ways of their solution, practical application of it in modern organizations, all advantages and disadvantages of working in a remote format are analyzed. The prospect of further spread of remote employment in the country, methods of motivation of workers working remotely were evaluated. The peculiarities of personnel management with regard to remote employment in organizations were identified and a strategy for remote employment management was proposed, which would allow to understand the problems related to remote work, which management needed to solve: finding the right balance between work and personal life, overcoming isolation at work in place, compensation for lack of personal communication and compensation for lack of employee visibility. Ways to increase the efficiency of work of remote employees, motivate them to work, as well as increase their level of adaptation in the company and involvement in the workforce. Key words: motivation, control, personnel, remote work, flexible work, flexible schedule, remote work, innovation.
The priority of the agrarian vector of development is for Ukraine not only a historical reality, but also an opportunity to occupy an important place in the system of international economic integration. This is facilitated by the powerful natural resource potential and strong historical traditions. Today, the transformational processes taking place in the modern economy lead to the restructuring of agricultural production on a new technological and socio-economic basis, which requires the formation of a more rational management mechanism, the most important component of which is fixed capital. Slowing down the development of domestic agricultural machinery in combination with unsatisfactory volumes of replacement of shortages with corresponding imports deepens the problem of technical re-equipment of the main assets of agricultural enterprises. They are often morally obsolete and physically worn out, which leads to the technological backwardness of agricultural enterprises. A natural consequence is a decrease in economic efficiency and an increase in the energy and resource intensity of both products and production as a whole. Qualitative reform of agricultural industries in the direction of their technical and technological reequipment, provided that the requirements of efficiency and increase in production productivity are taken into account, is a way to realize the existing potential of the agricultural industry, including export, and will lead agricultural producers to economic independence and stability. The purpose of the study is the scientific justification of approaches to the formation of the fixed capital of agricultural enterprises and the development of practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of its use, as a basis for the growth of the economic potential and the effectiveness of the enterprises. The principles of regulating the process of formation and reproduction of the fixed capital of agricultural enterprises as a condition for the implementation of extended reproduction using the developed methodical approach, which is based on the adaptation of self-financing mechanisms to the modern economic conditions of agricultural enterprises of various specializations with the priority of maintaining control over the financial condition of the enterprise, are substantiated. It is proposed to systematize the indicators according to the areas of analysis of the formation and use of fixed capital and supplement them with separate indicators that specify the impact of the size of the fixed capital on the unit cost of the manufactured products and the final result of the enterprises’ activities.
Abstract. The systemic development of the agrarian sector of the regional economy is balanced (i.e., corresponding to the ideas about the optimal structure and proportionality of the agrarian subsystem of the regional socio-economic system) development of the subjects. The systemic development of the agrarian sector of the regional economy needs strategic management, which must meet the requirements of the following basic principles: complexity; parity of group, intragroup and regional interests; consistency; purposefulness; efficiency; optimality. Strategic guidelines for systemic development and management of the agricultural sector of the region's economy must be justified taking into account the impact of the level of resource potential usage, namely fixed capital by agricultural enterprises. It is proposed to evaluate and present in the form of a model the impact of changes in the multitude of selected factors in the set of indicators of efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises with the help of correlation-regression analysis. It is noted that the cost accumulation of fixed capital is inappropriate without assessing and reviewing the quality, quantity and need for available capital in the agricultural sector. The need to attract additional funds for the formation of fixed capital and the impact of the value of available fixed capital on performance indicators in terms of major agricultural sectors have been justified, namely: separately in crop production, mixed specialization and livestock. Sustainable balanced development of the region is a development aimed at achieving the goals of the subjects of the regional economy on parity basis and ensuring their stable functioning in the long term on the basis of continuous innovation improvement, while maintaining and improving the economic, social and environmental situation Keywords: management; strategy; resource potential; agricultural sector; market; competitiveness; livestock; crop growing.
