It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the International Conference on Control, Electronics, Renewable Energy, and Communications 2017 (ICCEREC 2017), which is already the 3rd running; while the 1st and the 2nd were held in Bandung in 2015 and 2016, respectively. This conference provides an international forum for researchers, academicians, professionals, and students from various engineering fields and with cross-disciplinary interests in control, electronics, renewable energy, computer engineering and communications to interact and disseminate information on the latest developments.
Masih sedikit Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia yang menerapkan teknologi informasi. Pahala Fotokopi dan Digital Printing merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang fotokopi, cetak digital, dan penjualan alat tulis. Proses pencatatan transaksi-transaksinya masih menggunakan sistem manual. Pencatatan masih dilakukan menggunakan buku dan kalkulator sebagai alat bantu perhitungan sehingga menghabiskan banyak waktu, dan tidak terjaminnya keakuratan dan keamanan data. Permasalahan lain yang terjadi adalah kurangnya informasi yang didapatkan oleh pemilik usaha sehingga terjadi kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Solusi bagi permasalahan Pahala Fotokopi dan Digital Printing adalah sebuah sistem informasi penjualan yang digunakan untuk mencatat transaksi pengadaan barang, pemesanan jasa fotokopi dan cetak digital, dan penjualan alat tulis. Sistem informasi penjualan ini mampu menghasilkan informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan pemilik secara cepat dan tepat. Dengan diterapkannya sistem informasi penjualan ini, dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing bagi Pahala Fotokopi dan Digital Printing.
Pangudi Luhur Elementary School is an elementary school in the city of Yogyakarta that has library facilities to support teaching and learning activities. This library still uses conventional methods in its business process activities. The process takes a lot of time and increases the risk of errors in library data management. The manual system currently implemented is no longer sufficient for handling workloads, especially routine activities, such as book procurement, book cataloging, and borrowing books supervision. Such conditions require the use of computer technology-based information systems. One of them is a web-based information system that is applied to the library. This system was developed in the scope of the library including the ability to record library member data, library book data, borrowing and returning transaction data, calculate late fees, and make reports as needed. With this library information system implemented, it can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of time and energy, and facilitate librarians in compiling reports relating to library management. AbstrakSekolah Dasar Pangudi Luhur merupakan sekolah dasar di Kota Yogyakarta yang memiliki fasilitas perpustakaan sebagai penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Perpustakaan ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Proses tersebut menyita cukup banyak waktu dan memperbesar risiko kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data perpustakaan. Sistem manual yang saat ini diterapkan tidak lagi memadai untuk penanganan beban kerja, khususnya kegiatan rutin dalam bidang pengadaan buku, katalog buku, dan pengawasan peminjaman. Keadaan demikian menuntut penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi komputer. Salah satunya adalah sistem informasi berbasis web yang diterapkan pada perpustakaan. Sistem ini dikembangkan dalam lingkup perpustakaan mencakup kemampuan untuk mengelola data anggota perpustakaan, mengelola data buku perpustakaan, mencatat transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, menghitung biaya denda keterlambatan, dan membuat laporan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dengan diimplementasikan sistem informasi perpustakaan ini, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga, serta mempermudah pustakawan dalam menyusun laporan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan perpustakaan. A rapid development of image processing technique has been currently taking place. Image analysis is becoming an application which attracts a lot of attention among the other applications. It extracts image features to identify an object.Image analysis has been widely used in several fields such as animal husbandry.The object used in this study is the image of sow vagina. Determining the pig breeding time is something necessary for the breeders since it will greatly affect the number of piglets. The complexity in determining the pig breeding period becomes a main problem in this research. This system has been successfully established. The system can recognize patterns well with a maximum recognition rate of 98.7013%. In general Haar wavelets, db2 and coif1 produce better recognition performance. Haar wavelets are wavelets that have fewer computational loads than others. Abstract. Rumah Pembinaan Carolus Borromeus (RPCB) Syantikara is a retreat house that serves the development of lay spirituality, through retreat services for youth and adult groups. The reservation record until now is still done manually, raises problems such as: double booked, rooms and facilities do not fit the initial order, the reservation process took a long time. Management information systems and reservation is built to respond the needs of RPCB Syantikara in providing services and assisting managerial decision making. This system can handle management of reservation data, recording reservations, transactions, and reporting that can be monitored in real time. The results of system testing to the user indicate that all functionality has been running properly. This system can improve RPCB Syantikara performance, streamline the reservation process, reduce transaction processing time, and improve service quality.Keywords: retreat house, reservation, information system, information system management Abstrak. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Reservasi untuk Rumah Pembinaan. Rumah Pembinaan Carolus Borromeus (RPCB) Syantikara melayani pengembangan spiritualitas awam, melalui pelayanan retret bagi kelompok remaja maupun kelompok dewasa. Pencatatan reservasi hingga kini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan, seperti: double booked, ruangan dan fasilitas tidak sesuai pesanan awal, lamanya waktu untuk memproses reservasi. Sistem informasi manajemen dan reservasi dibangun untuk menanggapi kebutuhan RPCB Syantikara dalam memberikan layanan dan membantu pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Sistem ini dapat menangani proses pengelolaan data-data terkait reservasi, pencatatan reservasi, transaksi, sampai dengan pelaporannya yang dapat dipantau secara real time. Hasil pengujian sistem kepada pengguna menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsionalitas telah berjalan dengan baik. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja RPCB Syantikara, mengefisienkan proses reservasi, mengurangi waktu pemrosesan transaksi, dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.Kata Kunci: rumah pembinaan, reservasi, sistem informasi, sistem informasi manajemen
