MSMEs is populist economy based on local wisdom whose existence is capable of being a foundation for Indonesia’s economic growth. So that this MSMEs activity can grow and develop there are certainly several factors that influence it. This study aims to determine the supporting factors for the development of MSMEs. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive exploratory approach. Data collection techniques consist of primary data obtained from unstructured interviews and secondary data (literature). From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the supporting factors for the development of MSMEs were related to capital, product quality, and marketing. But in reality, the main problems faced by MSMEs are the quality of human resources, capital, product innovation, the use of information technology, and the creativity of MSMEs players and the lack of guidance and support from local governments. Therefore the role of the regional government, especially related institutions and banking support is very necessary for the development of MSMEs.
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan, Disiplin, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Gardautama. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, yaitu untuk mendapatkan gambaran, pola hubungan dan pengaruh dari variabel-variabel penelitian yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelatihan pada tingkatan baik, disiplin pada posisi yang kurang baik, serta pengembangan karir ada pada tingkatan baik. Secara umum, pelatihan, disiplin, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh pelatihan adalah paling signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh secara parsial variabel pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 28,60%, variabel disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 27,20%, dan variabel pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 20,70%. Pengaruh secara simultan pelatihan, disiplin, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 76,50%, sedangkan 23,50% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian, maka variabel pelatihan, disiplin, dan pengembangan karir memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Gardautama.
This study aims to determine the factors that can influence consumers have loyalty to a product produced by a company. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. From the results of research conducted, it is known that customer loyalty is needed by producers, especially to market their products as well as the commitment of management to provide satisfactory service and quality products needed by consumers. The role of the government is often needed especially to overcome the high price of production raw materials because it is still imported from abroad.
This study aims to determine the factors supporting the creative industry effort. The method used is quantitative with analytical descriptive approach with the number of respondents as many as 58 people. Data collection in this research was conducted by questionnaire technique, and documentary study. The data obtained is then processed using SPSS version 23,00. From the results of the data show, the contribution provided by human resource variables of 23.40%, competence of 17.90%, innovation by 21.50%, and marketing by 21.20% of creative industries. While the rest of 21.20% is another factor that is not researched.
This research is to know and analyze about Work Discipline, and communication to job satisfaction and its implication to performance of field of Higher Education and High Education Office of West Java Province. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Methods of data collection is done by interview and questionnaire, while data processing used SPSS software version 23.00. Based on the results of research, it is found that work discipline, communication, job satisfaction and performance of employees at good level. In general, the independent variable working on job satisfaction is 0.479 or 47.90%, and communication variables to job satisfaction of 0.293 or 29.30%, and variable earnings on performance is equal to 0.783 or 78.30%. From the results of research conducted, then all the broad variables will have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Higher Education and Higher Education Department of West Java Province.
