This study aims to analyze the effect of the savings rate, population, human development index, and labor force participation rate on economic growth in Central Java Province from 2011 to 2018. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with dynamic panel regression using the Gereralized Method of Moment Arrelano Bond. The use of this method is intended to determine the effect of each independent and dependent variable in the previous year on the dependent variable in the research year. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variable has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable. Then there is an insignificant negative relationship between the saving rate and the population on economic growth. Furthermore, there is an insignificant positive relationship between the development index on economic growth and a significant positive relationship between the level of labor force participation on economic growth.

The purpose of this study is to determine community participation as a principle of good governance in implementing social change and rural development through village financial management and village potential. This research method uses a qualitative approach by observing and collecting primary data in the form of interviews with the community. The results of the study show that community participation in carrying out social change and rural development through village financial management is still not well implemented, it is because the existence of a fundamental problem from the community lies in the lack of knowledge regarding village regulations and policies. Whereas community participation through the management of village potential can be well implemented, due to mutual cooperation that has become a culture of the community. Social change needs to be done in increasing the potential and development of the village and there needs to be government intervention in facilitating and mentoring directed at the problems that exist in the community in conducting village management and development

At PT. Sukma Jaya Abadi (Land Transportation Expedition) there is no system based on technology or computerized to support their business processes, such as to track or monitor the delivery of goods that are being carried out. Therefore, in this study will design and build an android-based goods delivery tracking information system. The method used for the collection of data necessary to compile this report is obtained by conducting observations and interviews directly on the side of PT. Sukma Jaya Abadi (Land Transport Expedition). The method used to track or monitor the delivery of goods by utilizing the Google Maps API service to be able to display digital maps. As for designing the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling and for system development using waterfall method. The result obtained from the conduct of a research or development is an application of android-based goods delivery tracking system to track or monitor the delivery of goods by looking at the maps contained in the application, and this application can facilitate or speed up the process of delivery and receipt of goods delivery results that have been successfully carried out in a timely way.
