Berbicara merupakan keterampilan berbahasa yang digunakan sebagai media berkomunikasi sehari-hari. Kemampuan berbicara merupakan salah satu kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi guna menyampaikan berbagai macam ide, pesan, maksud dan pendapat kepada orang lain. Berbicara merupakan bentuk komunikasi yang paling efektif, penggunaannya paling luas dan paling penting. Kemampuan berbicara di Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang FPBS UPI diwadahi dalam mata kuliah shokyukaiwa 1 dan 2, chukyukaiwa 1 dan 2, chujokyukaiwa 1 dan 2, selama 6 semester. Perkuliahan kaiwa di setiap kelas merupakan kelas besar yang diikuti oleh sekitar 26 – 30 orang mahasiswa. Dengan demikian teknik pembelajaran yang bervariasi dapat memaksimalkan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang sangat diperlukan.Koutourenshuu(口頭練習)adalah salah satu teknik pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara secara langsung dari pengajar dan diulang serta diucapkan kembali sesuai dengan ungkapan yang diajarkan. Dengar-ucap, ucap-ulang, tanya-jawabdan role play merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan melatih keterampilan berbicara tingkat dasar. Makalah ini mengemukakan tentang pembelajaran mata kuliah shokyu kaiwa 1 dan 2 yang dilaksanakan di Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang FPBS UPI. Sesuai dengan apa yang dikemukakan Iskandarwassid dan Sunendar (2015: 286) pembelajaran berbicara tingkat dasar dalam mata kuliah shokyukaiwa 1 dan 2 bertujuan agar pembelajar dapat melafalkan bunyi-bunyi bahasa, dapat menyampaikan informasi, menyatakan setuju atau tidak setuju, menjelaskan identitas diri, menceritakan kembali hasil simakan, menyatakan rasa hormat dan bermain peran. Pembelajaran dilakukan dengan berbagai teknik pembelajaran diantaranya adalah ulang ucap (teks percakapan), lihat ucap (power point), wawancara (interviu sesuai materi), percakapan satu pihak (menyampaikan informasi hasil wawancara), dan bermain peran (pelatihan berbicara dengan ide pembelajar). Berdasarkan pengamatan selama perkuliahan berlangsung, pembelajar terlibat aktif berkomunikasi serta kemampuan menggagas dan menuangkan ide ketika bermain peran sangat positif. Speaking is a language skill that is used as a medium of daily communication. The ability to speak is one of the ability to communicate to convey various ideas, messages, intentions and opinions to others. Speaking is the most effective form of communication, its use is the most extensive and most important. The ability to speak in the Department of Japanese Language Education FPBS UPI is covered in courses shokyukaiwa 1 and 2, chukyukaiwa 1 and 2, chujokyukaiwa 1 and 2, for 6 semesters. Kaiwa lectures in each class is a large class followed by about 26-30 students. Thus a variety of learning techniques can maximize the ability to speak Japanese is needed. Kourourenshuu (練習 練習) is one of the learning techniques to improve the speaking skills directly from the teacher and repeated and recited in accordance with the taught phrase. Hearing, reciting, questioning and role play are activities undertaken to practice basic level speaking skills. This paper discusses the learning subjects shokyu kaiwa 1 and 2 which is held in the Department of Japanese Language Education FPBS UPI. In accordance with what is proposed by Iskandarwassid and Sunendar (2015: 286) the basic level of speaking in the subject shokyukaiwa 1 and 2 aims for the learner to pronounce the sounds of language, can convey information, express or disagree, explain identity, retell The results simultaneously, express respect and role play. Learning is done by various learning techniques such as repeating speech (text conversation), see power point, interview (interviews), and one-party conversation (conveying interview information), and role play (speaking training with learner idea). Based on the observations during the lectures, the learner actively engages in communication as well as the ability to initiate and present ideas when playing a very positive role.
The evaluation of Shokyu Kaiwa1 and Shokyu Kaiwa2 courses (basic speaking level 1 and 2) were mainly conducted using role play method, where students in pairs conducted a conversation about a theme within a predetermined duration of time. It is known that this kind of evaluation is considered to be less optimal to explore students' speaking abilities. Conversational material only revolves around simple everyday conversations that have been memorized before, and it is possible that they only memorize certain parts of the conversation. With this background, in this research, a method of evaluation that is approximated to be able to explore the ability to speak more optimally is done through vlog (video blogging) which has recently become a popular thing, especially among young people. This research is a descriptive study, with a sample of the Japanese language students major in the second semester of the year 2018 in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The step taken in this study was stimulating students to prepare what must be discussed first, such as giving a variety of material relating to Japanese culture or Japanese habits. The results of this study showed that the students' speaking ability is increased, and students are conveying the conversation materials more freely. The sentence patterns used by students was not limited to the material that has been taught, but exceeded the sentence patterns given in the second semester. Further, students are able to develop the story materials given previously. Thus, it is known that the use of vlogs in evaluating the learning of the Shokyu Kaiwa course had a positive impact on improving the speaking skills of Japanese Language Education students.
for years, Bandung which earns a nickname as Paris Van Java is famous as a tourism destination, especially for the Japanese tourists. The Japanese tourists visit Bandung to enjoy the tourism and cultural places. Various tourist attractions and tourism activities have been developed so that it has attracted visitors from Japan. Japanese tourists who come to Bandung increase every year. According to data Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia in 2016 Japanese tourists who visited Bandung were 1,474. However, the Japanese tourists do not feel comfortable during their visit to Bandung. There are minimal information system services of tourism and culture destinations in Bandung, such as websites in Japanese. The rapid growth of tourism development in Bandung requires accurate information for foreign tourists. Therefore, we need innovation to develop tourism and cultural tourism information systems in Japanese in Bandung city. This study creates a Japanese website of tourism and culture destination at Bandung. The website is used by the Japanese when they are going to travel or stay in Bandung. Besides, this website is beneficial as a teaching material of Japanese language both for Indonesia and foreign learners. The research was conducted for three years in two courses Chujokyu Sakubun (Writing) and Chujokyu Kaiwa (Speaking) with the third level student's project work by using Research and Development (R&D). The results of this study create a Bandung's tourism and cultural information website in Japanese. The study contributes to creating the information about tourism and cultural destination in Japanese.
Industrial revolution 4.0 in the development of instructional media for Japanese language learning is one of the demands of the era that cannot be avoided anymore. Devices that cannot be released from the students' hands make it seems like it's the only source to search for information or answer in the learning process. Learning Japanese is not only through textbooks, but students are able to develop the teaching materials in the form of narratives of tourism and cultural destinations in the city of Bandung using Japanese. Those narratives about the information of destinations are packaged into a website that can be accessed anytime and anywhere, as an interactive instructional media that can increase motivation and interest about the city of Bandung in Japanese. The development of this website is not only for Japanese learners, but also useful as a source of information for Japanese people who will visit the city of Bandung. The latest information about the city of Bandung using Japanese consists of historical sites, tourist attractions, museums, and culinary. Japanese learners can access them at any time and can be used as a medium for discussion, and learners can explain it again about the city of Bandung to their friends. This innovation of learning media is a solution in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 to improve Japanese language skills both orally and in writing.
Abstrak.Dalam pembelajaran membaca bahasa Jepang, seringkali siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca dan memahami isi bacaan karena banyaknya huruf, kosakata, dan pola kalimat bahasa Jepang. Dalam membaca, siswa tidak hanya membaca saja melainkan siswa harus memahami isi bacaan tersebut. Hal ini dikenal dengan membaca pemahaman (dokkai). Dokkai bukanlah hal yang sederhana, sehingga diperlukan sebuah metode yang dapat mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam pembelajaran membaca bahasa Jepang terutama kesulitan terhadap dokkai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerepan metode PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) dengan teknik "temukan kesalahannya dulu" dalam pembelajaran membaca bahasa Jepang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu one group, pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 25 orang yang diambil dari populasi siswa kelas XI SMAN 15 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat diketahui nilai t hitung sebesar 7,03. Nilai t tabel sebesar 2,06 pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan 2,80 pada taraf signifikansi 1%. Dengan demikian, diperoleh hasil t hitung lebih besar dibandingkan nilai t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 1% (7,03> 2,80). Dengan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan membaca bahasa Jepang siswa sebelum dan setelah perlakuan dengan menggunakan metode PQ4R teknik "temukan kesalahannya dulu".Kata kunci: metode PQ4R, teknik "temukan kesalahannya dulu", membaca bahasa Jepang.
