Bandung is one of the halal tourist destinations in Indonesia. With the increasingly rapid growth of cafes and restaurants, the competition is getting tougher. One of the highlights is whether the café and restaurant are halal certified. This becomes very important because Indonesia is one of the largest Islamic countries in the World. It is proper if halal is the main concern. The business people do not understand and realize the importance of fulfilling the halal standard set by the government. So through this community service will be carried out socialization regarding required halal tourism. The method used in this study is the Deplat Pastisipatif which is conducting activities in the form of providing counseling and guidance on halal tourism and halal standardization on SMEs in the culinary sector in the city of Bandung, especially the Jatinangor region. Counseling was carried out by inviting from the tourism , youth and sport agency and also the MUI. Culinary business begin to understand halal standardization and the importance of having halal certification. There is still a need for assistance to be able to implement halal tourism properly.
In today's business world, increasing competition requires businesses to innovate in a variety of fields. Innovation is not easy, and it takes hard work, knowledge and experience. This study aims to explore the innovations made by businesses so that businesses can compete and succeed in their class. The key success factors in innovation are based on primary data obtained through observation and interviews, or secondary data obtained through literature. This study is a qualitative study using the case study method, in which an interpretive approach is used to build knowledge about the companies' innovation to observe and interpret human interactions in real activities. Data collection was conducted to elaborate information in understanding the background of business, consideration of the internal aspects of the company, the factors of competitors, customers, and how to get the business idea, how to design the products and produce as well as how to commercialize the productsecondary data collected from various sources, i.e. websites, magazines, books, and research reports. Cases were taken based on criteria such as receiving various awards or being the first in its industry, and their business remain continues and exist. The case study in this research is based on the creative industry Interactive game subsector represented by PT Kummara and Television and Radio subsector represented by Ardan Radio Bandung. This study has identified several key success factors grouped into idea generation, product design and production, and commercialization.
Health is the most common thing and becomes the primary need of every human being. One way to keep us healthy is to diligently exercise. There are various kinds of sports that can be done, and there are also many facilities provided for sports. One of the facilities that can be utilized is the fitness center. One fitness center in Bandung has an increasing number of consumers and members. This shows the existence of consumer satisfaction, one of the variable to meet customer satisfaction is the existence of good quality service. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using primary data and secondary data, the data that has been obtained is then processed, analyzed and entered into the Cartesian diagram. The results obtained from the quality of services provided are in a fairly good category and many indicators are included in the B quadrant where quality is considered important as a factor supporting consumer satisfaction.
Persaingan semakin ketat untuk para pelaku bisnis terutama dibidang kuliner. Salah satu cara untuk dapat memenangkan persaingan adalah penetapan harga yang sesuai dengan pangsa pasarnya. Harga merupakan salah satu unsur yang dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan. Salah satu kuliner terkenal di kota Bandung adalah sate Hadori. Untuk memenangkan persaingan dengan kuliner sate yang lainnya, adalah dengan menetapkan harga yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu, paper ini mencoba untuk menganalisis penetapan harga yang dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar perusahaan dapat menentukan harga yang tepat dan sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen sehingga akan meningkatkan penjualan. Metoda penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metoda deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, serta dilakukannya uji t untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan jumlah penjualan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan kenaikan harga. Hasil yang diperoleh ternyata walaupun telah dilakukannya kenaikan harga sebanyak 2 kali dari tahun 2016-2018 jumlah penjualannya mengalami peningkatan.
